After researching and visiting several assisted living/memory care facilities, we moved my mother with Alzheimer's to Trustwell Living Mission Springs nearly 9 months ago. We have been very pleased. As Mom's condition has changed, it has been easy to work with both executive and direct care staff to make changes in her care plan. We visit frequently and have never arrived to find anything concerning. The apartment is very adequate with enough space and privacy. The common areas are kept very clean and orderly. Though there have been some staff transitions, there are always some activities during the day. Mom is very comfortable with her care staff, and they relate to her very well. The community is not enormous, and this has been a benefit. The surroundings are open and floor plan simple. Even though Mom is often confused, she has been able to navigate her surroundings without too much difficulty. Mostly, we just appreciate the staff. They are ever present and communication is very good.

Trustwell Living at Mission Springs seemed to have a very good relationship with their patients. One of them came up and even gave them a good review without me even asking, so I believe that they have a very good relationship with their patients. They had a very nice dining room. The person that guided me was very knowledgeable and very personable. I enjoyed the visit. The place was extremely clean.

My mom has moved into Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. I like that the price is reasonable. The place is very clean. There aren't that many RNs, but there are a lot of LPNs that can help people around there. And the food, she says, is very good. She is very picky about food, but she is saying that it's good. They have a lot of different things that they do. They have card games and bingo. Today they're taking them out to a barbecue place for lunch. So they get out there every once in a while, too. And if it's within 10 miles, they will transport my mom to the doctor's, too.

Trustwell Living at Mission Springs was beautiful and well-run. What I liked least was it was about $2,000 more a month and that was why we did not choose that one and it was a little far away. I just met the marketing director, and she was very nice. It was clean and it smelled good and looked very nice.

Trustwell Living at Mission Springs was very nice. It was just further away from where I lived and a little bit more expensive and a little bit more restrictive for what my mom was needing at the time. The staff was super friendly and very caring. The size of the rooms was a little smaller than where she ended up, but the overall facility was spacious.

My mom happily settled into Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. The staff is great, and my mother is happy. The rooms looked very nice. They're not big, but my mom has plenty of room. They come and help her. They make sure she doesn't miss her meals and gets her services done. I think it's a fine choice for her. The staff members are very caring, responsive, and competent. They have entertainment, music, storytelling, and games. They have a couple of different lounges with TVs, so they can visit each other. I think it's a great value for the money.

We toured Trustwell Living at Mission Springs. The staff was very nice. It was just an older place and it was further away, but the place was clean. Their rooms were basic. They had a salon and an activity room. The dining area was nice. The building was older, so it needed to be updated.

Location was important for us, but the main reason why we chose Trustwell Living at Mission Spring for my brother was that they had 2 RNs on staff, which not all of the other facilities had. The people are all very nice and trying very hard. They were just bought out so they're going through a lot of transition. As a result, they've lost a lot of people as they're bringing in new ones and they've been doing a lot of painting every night. It's in a nice setting. There's a little garden area that's easily accessible. They have the nicest activity directors that are just amazing and lovely. I've been really surprised at how much my brother is willing to get into the activities. He is going to play trivia this afternoon and he just checks every day what's available.

My husband has moved in. It’s been a favorable experience. We chose this one because of the therapy that was available. The room is a studio and very small. My husband is participating in a therapy, which takes up most of his time there. He has been in some of the groups that they have, like the musical group and the card group. The service is satisfactory. They have some outings, so my husband went out for lunch one day. The food is excellent.

My parents are settled in here, which has a very homey atmosphere. My parents were very impressed by the fact that when they first arrived, everybody knew who they were and called them by name immediately. From day one, the residents and the staff talked to us. They're all very caring. The room is rather small but very clean and has a kitchenette with a living room, bedroom, and bathroom. They have lots of activities, but they haven’t been involved in those much yet. They played bingo. They don’t have a work out center. The biggest thing that really impressed me is that they have continuum care, so they never have to be separated; if one needs to go into memory care, the other can go with them or if they need assisted, they can stay in the assisted side. That was very important to me.

It was a little nicer. This was my second preference. There’s a pleasant beauty shop, and everyone was extremely nice in this community.

My dad has been here for about six months now. So far, we like it really well, but we hope they have a few more activities for men. The staff has been very caring. He has a one-bedroom apartment with small refrigerator and a microwave. I have eaten there and the food is good.

My mom is just staying there for just 3 weeks but I can say that the service is really great. My mom is happy and we're satisfied with their service. And the best thing about it is that when we get in to the situation that we need to look for a place for my mom, it was the perfect place because of its location "“ it's actually just right by our house! They have this family-like environment and my mom seems happy and it's a good feeling that she's fine.
