Centennial Towers

Centennial Towers is located in the small city of Hays, KS. It has approximately 20,000 residents, including numerous seniors who live in this quiet neighborhood that's within walking distance of several medical care providers, shops, restaurants, parks and museums.

Seniors aged 55 and over can choose from or one- or two-bedroom apartments in Centennial Towers. Staff members are available 24/7 to help with activities of daily living for seniors who can live independently with some assistance. Every apartment has an emergency call system and private bathroom, and the facility provides laundry services and on-site maintenance.

All rooms are equipped with central heat and air and provide access to private balconies or patios. Kitchens are furnished with an oven and range, refrigerator and garbage disposal. Rent includes electric, gas, water and trash collection. A spacious indoor community room with a TV lounge and a large outdoor patio provide plenty of space for seniors and visitors to socialize. Residents also have access to shuffleboard courts, croquet and horseshoe playing areas, and seniors and guests are welcome to attend community events, such as potluck dinners and holiday celebrations.
