My mom is at Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. She was on the independent side for a year and a half, and then we moved her over to the assisted living side. The CNAs are great and give great care. If my mom needs anything, they're there for her. My mom can't walk and she's in a wheelchair. They come and take her to dinner, to activities, and her doctor's appointments. They have a van that goes three times a week to your doctor's appointments or wherever you want to go. It's not very big, but my mom's got a sleeping area, a living area, and a bathroom that is wheelchair accessible. They're the only ones in the city that have respite care, which is equal to nursing home care, more or less. That way, I can keep my mom out of the nursing home. They have games and activities every week. They have people come in and sing in the community room. They sing a lot of the older songs that everyone can relate to. It's just a very nice community. I'm happy we found it. They play bingo and watch movies too. The meals are good, but they could be a little bit better sometimes.

I toured Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. It was excellent. They were very nice. I had a healthy lunch, and I thought it was strange to have a salad without lettuce, but my sister said her husband makes that all the time. I even used the bathroom, and they have an accessible tub that I can use because that was one of my main concerns.

I toured the Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. It looks very clean. Some of them look kind of drab when you walk into the rooms, and this one, the windows are big, it's very light and kind of inviting more than anything else. It is a studio apartment. It has an area where you can set up a kitchen area. The rest of it is an open area, and of course, the bedroom is off to the side-type thing. It was a little more spacious than what I was expecting when I walked in and it's nicely done. The staff was very personable and willing to give any information. She showed me around the place and the different amenities that they have that are special to their place.

I went to Charter Senior Living of Northpark Place. I like their rooms. Their rooms seemed to be very nice. I was very pleased with the cleanliness. They had a two-bedroom that I visited and a one-bedroom. I liked the two-bedroom, but the one-bedroom was very nice, and I think it would be very comfortable to live in one of them. The staff was wonderful. The facility was very nice, very clean, and had a very comfortable feeling.

My parents-in-law are living in Charter Senior Living at North Park Place in Sioux City, Iowa. It is a very nice place, very clean, and the staff is very friendly. The only issue we've ever had so far is that they changed hands from who owns them and the cost for the month-to-month rent went up already. They've only been there for a short amount of time, but they really enjoy living there, the freedom to come and go as they need to, the van that takes them when they want to go places, and the meals provided. They are enjoying their time. They got an apartment. They have independent on one side of the building and assisted living on the other side. I know they have a gym, and they also have different kinds of activities like church activity and bingo. Because of Covid, the number of things they are providing is limited. They can't interact with other people who live there and get to know anybody. Hopefully, once this is all over, they will get more involved with people. I know my in-laws like most of the meals. There are some that they don't like, so they buy their own groceries, but for the most part, they like it.
