I visited this facility

Bickford of Fort Dodge showed us the different sized rooms and some of the activities they do. They gave us an overview of the cost of each room in the assisted living and what comes with it. It was a really nice tour. The lady we talked to, Jordan, was really nice. We loved her. She was really nice and she explained everything really thoroughly. I was really impressed with her, too. When we were there, they had a bingo game going on. They had a calendar with different activities they do every day. They give them three meals a day. Jordan asked about what kind of meals my mom likes and things like that. They would make certain things to accommodate them. It's a pretty nice place.

I visited this facility

Bickford of Fort Dodge was a beautiful facility. It's not affordable for my father-in-law because it wasn't Medicare certified. They have single room suites, and they have studio apartments. All in all, it's just an outstanding facility. The whole facility is assisted living. The staff we met was wonderful.

Provider Response

Hi Douglas, thank you for leaving us such an excellent review. We appreciate it very much!
