We are so happy Mom found her home here. The staff is amazing! They are helpful, friendly, and kind beyond compare. We looked at three other facilities prior to EAP, and Mom knew the minute she walked in that the fit was perfect here. Her large one-bedroom apartment sweetened the deal. Since her move in late May, we have seen her rekindle her joy in spending time with others, her love of music, and her desire for independence. Her one complaint is the food, but we remind her that having so many differing residents is bound to bring differing dietary needs and tastes to the menu. There is no pleasing everyone all of the time when it comes to food. Lastly, my own relief knowing Mom will be well cared for in regard to her medications and general safety is extreme. I can now rest as easily as she does, knowing those needs are being well met by trained professionals. You can take my word for it, or better yet, visit and talk to a resident.

I liked Trustwell Living at Eagle Point Place better. I liked the room and I liked that the shower was bigger. Everybody seemed very friendly and the price was reasonable. Everything is included except if you want a TV, you have to pay for that. Also, if you would take a computer with you, you would have to get it set up, and that would cost, too, but the rooms are very clean and I was impressed. They're big and they're fully staffed.

Trustwell Living at Eagle Point Place is bright, clean, smells clean, and friendly. I loved it. The person who gave me the tour, her name is Caitlin, and I'm still communicating with her. She stays in touch with me. We're trying everything. She's wonderful. I haven't tried the food, but the dining area was nice, and it was very clean. They had a group of guys that, before, they got together, were just the men, which is what my father-in-law liked because he likes to socialize. When we went on the tour, they set up a time for him to sit with the little group of guys that do coffee and maybe have a couple of beers before dinner. They didn't have any activity that was going on. They do have a pool.

The guy from Eagle Pointe Place was very helpful. He showed us almost everything and was very helpful. He told us to call back if we thought of any questions, so overall, I thought he did a good tour. The rooms were nice. They're smaller, but they had a good amount of storage area for the size of the apartment. The dining area was also nice. They didn't have much of a courtyard as there were no trees.

I went to the Eagle Pointe Place. The tour was good, they were very informative, and they showed us all the amenities they have. We were happy with it. The staff was very pleasant, the rooms were nice, and they were clean. I really don't have anything negative to say about the place. The staff member, Mckenzie, she was very friendly and very informative. The choices of food looked nice, and the dining area was very clean. She said they had a lot of gatherings, socials, and yesterday they were doing fifties sock hop thing because you're looking at those age dynamics. That would interest my parents, to get to listen to music, and there's a lot of social stuff -- whether it's playing cards, bingo, and it's just like there's a lot of options for them to get out and do stuff if they choose.

Eagle Pointe Place was a very nice facility. The staff was very friendly, professional, and knowledgeable. I would definitely send my parents there, if my father was more independent. It's a great environment for someone who would like some interaction with others and community meals, but then have their privacy as well. There also is the safety and security of staff on site. I toured their assisted living about 6 to 7 weeks ago. I felt like it was a safe place to leave my dad. He would get the care he needed. It was aesthetically pleasing, and the services they offered were what I think others would want. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. We really only met the admissions person, but those that we interacted with on the tour were great too. They had an extra feature you don't usually see with the pool there. They had a salon on-site, and the rest of it was just very nice. I would have liked to see a better outdoor space. There was no walking path, and I'm not sure if we just didn't see it because we didn't go outside.

My sister had her own little apartment at Eagle Pointe Place. She had her bed, a living room and kitchenette. They came to her room and did her therapy. The meals were good. She got along okay there. They helped her with her bathing and in and out of bed, and towards the end of the 30 days, she was able to do that herself. She said she had good food, and she always had enough to eat. Activity wise, they tried to keep them entertained, made sure that their cable TV was working, and they had puzzles in their room or books to look at and read. The staff was excellent. The first day we helped her move in, they were very accommodating, asked her what she needed, and did what she wanted. She wanted her showers towards evening, so they did it. They did the best they could under the circumstances. We didn't get to see much of the facility because of the virus, but the little part that I saw was great. They came around every day to make sure that she had what she needed or she had something that occupied her time, so she wasn't sitting there bored. She never complained about anything. She was happy with everything.

Eagle Pointe Place was very nice, but they did not have facilities for Alzheimer's patients. It’s clean and very modern. It has a lot of people, and they’re friendly. There’s a lot of room for my brother to sit outside and visit. The staff was very pleasant. The lady didn’t know a few things that we asked her, but she did get back to us on it.

Eagle Pointe is nice and large, but my husband’s main objection is that it’s so large. It’s a long way from the apartment to the main center, elevator, or the main door, or even to go down for a meal. They had a handicap unit, two-bedroom units, and a one-bedroom unit with a sitting room and kitchenette. Some of their units didn’t have a full stove, just a toaster oven and a microwave; however, they said you could use the ones that they had downstairs.

Eagle Point Place was very nice with really good food. The rooms were very nice and had big closets and a very nice view outside the window. The staff people were very nice. It seemed like there were a lot of activities that they try to get all the patients involved in. They took them out to different restaurants and places.

Our experience was very pleasant at Eagle Pointe Place. The residents seemed very happy, and the staff was very nice. The accommodations appeared to be very nice as well. The apartments and the atmosphere were very pleasant. There were a lot of activities going on. They had some games, and some were relaxing out in the open area, reading, or just watching outside. I was impressed with the activities, the residents, the openness, and how relaxed it seemed. We weren't there for a meal, but they had a salad bar, and the dining room looked very nice, open, and clean.
