My grandma has been living here in the assisted living part over a year now and absolutely loves it! She raves about how so many aides, nurses, and housekeepers are extremely friendly, even how quality the meals are! We can also verify the food is good after eating several meals there. It's always a well kept facility and she gets regular baths, etc. You don't hear that often in SNFs. It has a pool, billiards, activities, large rooms. It is a bit pricey to stay here though. The staff at Heritage Pointe is very nice. They call me all the time if they have questions. The room is adequate, the food is okay, and they accepts Medicaid which is what we're looking for.

Heritage Pointe is a nice and historic establishment, with caregivers who are attentive to the needs of their patients. After my grandfather had surgery on his knee, he stayed at Heritage Pointe for a few weeks to recover before returning back home.
