My mother has blended into the community and loves the social interaction. There is something going on at all times. Balloon tennis is her favorite. 🤗 Everyone is friendly and helpful. She feels valued and cared for.

The whole experience was amazing from beginning to end. The staff was beyond capable of meeting every single resident's needs and they were always happy to do so. In my experience, they were always ready and willing to go above and beyond to make the best out of every situation possible. It made the whole experience much easier and comforting than it really had any right to be. It was fantastic.

The facility was clean and orderly, but the attitude of the staff was terrible. Everyone always had something rude to say and it seemed like they were only there to collect a paycheck. It always seemed like everyone was in an angry or agitated mood and it passed onto the residents. In addition, the food was almost always terrible. Either it was cold or just plain disgusting. Also it seemed like you couldn't make any suggestions without getting an eye roll or a defensive comment. If you could overlook all of that, you can find some diamonds in the dust. Some of the Certified Nursing Assistants had hearts of gold, but they were all over worked and under appreciated. It always seemed like they were afraid to schedule enough people to cover a shift.
