My stepfather is in Digby Place. Everything has been perfect so far. He's adjusting real well. They clean their apartments, they do the laundry for them, and they cook them three meals a day. They have activities of all sorts every day, they have church services, outings, and transportation to doctors' appointments. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. It's a fairly small facility, and it's all on one floor.

Digby Place was clean. It had a good layout and I thought it was well cared for. The staff was very nice, very informative, and accommodating. I had no complaints. They showed me their activity rooms and their TV rooms. There were people in the dining area. It wasn't eating time but they were hanging out there and waiting. Maybe the food was getting ready to come. They showed me a room where family members could have their own space with their parents. They had a courtyard, but it was cold, so we didn't go out there. The room size or their living space was just too small and some of the community gathering spaces were too small. It's a smaller facility.

We're hoping to move mom into Digby Place this November. It was very nice. I like that everything is on one level. It's all in a big square, so if my mom who has slight dementia gets turned around, then she's always gonna find her way back. We're gonna be allowed to kind of decorate her door space to make it easier for her to recognize her room. One of her big fears was that she wouldn't be able to find it, but they told us we could do whatever we wanted to her door and the space around her door, so that will make it a little easier for her. The staff was very nice. Everybody we met was very nice and very personable and I'm entrusting my mom to them. I was very pleased. It looked very clean to me. There's a nice inner courtyard and the room we're gonna have for my mom will be facing that courtyard, so she'll have a nice view. We'll put up a bird feeder outside her window, which she'll like.

I like that Digby Place was a smaller community, and the residents would get more attentive care. The one thing I don't like is the fact that everybody has to sit 6 feet away by themselves; one person per table. The staff during the tour was very helpful and very informative. They have a salon, courtyard, small library, and small living room or gathering place. It was definitely clean.

We toured Digby Place. It was really nice. It was a nice, clean place. The staff was very nice, answered all our questions, and did a good job. It looks very nice. We've seen the cafeteria, the individual rooms, and the courtyard.

My Mom lived at Digby Place for over eight years, and we had nothing but a good experience. She had Alzheimer's and always felt like she was home. The employees have always made everyone feel like Family and I have always felt at home myself.

Digby was small; that’s one reason why we chose the place for my parents. I didn't have a problem with the staff. It's only got 39 rooms in it. It has an entertainment room like a little theater for watching movies, a library, a visiting room, and a bunch of chairs for if your family comes in; you can go sit there. The building is square, and there is a nice and open middle area where people can go outside there. It's enclosed, so you don't have to worry. My dad has dementia so if you went out there, he could not go wander. It has a home atmosphere and very small.
