The staff at this facility lost My mom's hearing aids in December 2021 and have yet to find or replace them and they keep stonewalling about it.

I have a friend admitted for rehab after a stroke. He is 60 years old with a sound mind. He is treated very badly by all of the staff. They do not give baths in a timely manner as he went 11 days without one. The staff take forever to answer his call bell and talk to him very rudely. He has received very little rehab. There is not enough staff to accommodate all residents. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. The state needs to investigate. He feels like he is in prison. Also his bed is broken and they will not replace it. Such a sad situation.

Overall, the people that resided in the nursing home seemed happy. My grandmother always seemed cheery, which is a good reflection of the staff. The staff was always friendly and willing to help with any needs that we had.The facility did seem to smell a lot every time that my family visited it. This was a big turn-off to me! But on the other hand, they did make the facility non-smoking, so that helped a lot with the smell I suppose. The food that they ate seemed to be all right, but I remember that my grandmother always wanted to eat out. I think that food is a very important thing in nursing homes. If the food is good, then the residents's attitudes will be good. There always seemed to be activities going on - old minds are still active minds - this was good, because my grandmothers always needed something to think on.I would recommend this nursing home to someone that needed a comfortable, affordable (but not lavish) place to live in. The staff made up for any of the downfalls.
