My family and I wanted to thank Sebos for allowing us to visit my brother. Jackie C., Guests Relations Director, setup a patio visit. It was great to be able to spend time with him, yet still keeping everyone safe. Jackie is a natural care giver. She was very nice and very professional. Due to the virus, we weren't able to tour to the facility. I feel much better after meeting her and the nurse that was attending him that day. Kudos to Sebos!

Sebo's has been a God send for me and my family. I appreciate all the staff. They are very professional, understanding, patient, caring and hard working. Especially, Jackie C. the Guest Relations Director has been wonderful! She helps me coordinate my brothers needs and answers all my questions. You can count on her to get things done. Since COV-ID 19 Jackie has coordinated window visits, patio visits and phone calls frequently so I don't feel disconnected from my brother during this time. He will be a year in September and I would recommend Sebo's to anyone who needs a good loving place for a loved one!

Sebo's Nursing and Rehabilitation Center was horrible. They had a community shower and they bathed my husband there. He told the director that it's a shame, it's filthy, and it had black mold on the walls. You have sick people and you're wheeling them into a place that's has mold? That's unacceptable. The building had a stench to it and while I was there I asked housekeeping to come and wipe a spill and clean it up for me. It was not clean like it should be. They also leave a lot of things in the hallways like cots and linens that the CNAs were using to change the beds. It was ugly. There were two to a room and his roommate was unable to get out of the bed so he had to wear a Foley. We came back into the room one day and urine was all over the floor. I went to the desk to let them know. I had to scrub the toilet stool myself when I first put my husband in there because there was a black ring on the toilet stool. I went home and got my cleaning items and my brushes and I scrubbed it myself to clean it up. The food wasn't any good either. They should improve their leadership and hold people more accountable so they can have a better facility.

I would say to check it out before you judge critics online. I have had nothing but a heart felt warmth visiting my dad there. They care, they treat them like their own family. It's a facility that exceeds my expectations.

My father is in Sebo's, and it is beautiful there. They are really good with my father. We didn't think that he would like a nursing home, but he loves it there. However, there is not many staff there, and I think they need a few more. Older people with dementia tend to act like children sometimes. It is like 1 girl with 10 of the patients, so it's a handful, and I feel sorry for her. I think they need a little bit more help on the night shift. However, I like that place. It doesn't look like a nursing home. When you walk in there, it doesn't even smell like one either.

The staff was nice at Sebo's Nursing. The rooms and the facility were fine. But I was not really happy with their services.
