I love Saint Anne (Saint Anne Home). What stood out was the caring and the Catholic atmosphere. They have excursions, dining, games, movies, and exercises. My parents have a 1-bedroom apartment. They have a salon, physical therapy, and an outdoor space. The food is very good.

My mother-in-law was in Saint Anne. The staff was excellent, and the food was good. When you walk through the door, it doesn't feel like a nursing home at all. We're happy with the service we got for what we paid.

We were looking for a nursing home for my father-in-law and we found Saint Anne Home. It turned out that it's the only facility that could accommodate his health needs and had openings available. He finally got in and he's living there now and adjusted real well. It's a really nice place. The staff are really kind and helpful. He's been there since January but he was in the hospital most of the time. He's enjoying himself and he's getting proper care. His health improved and overall they're doing a good job. They handle his medication and everything and he's doing real well. They have activities available for the residents like live musical entertainment. There are also different church services available. They have puzzles and I saw one of the nurses do the patient's nails.

Saint Anne Home is a large facility. There is a huge dining room and excellent food service. There is a very big court yard, which I love. There are nice benches, swings and a gazebo that makes for a relaxing evening. I think some of the rooms are too small, the one my friend stays in is. I like that there is a whirlpool, but it seems like there is never enough time for people to use it, according to the staff. The care is decent, but not all of the help has a nice attitude or are prompt with the service. I enjoy that fact that the activities department takes trips with the residents, because it makes me feel like my friend is not wasting away. It might be one of the nicest places in Fort Wayne for family members or friends, but the price is a little steep. Over all I think Saint Anne's is a nice place, it just needs a face lift and possibly some nicer CNA and nurses. I would recommend Saint Anne's over any other assisted living facility.

Overall, the appearance of this facility is excellent. There is none of the odor usually associated with this type of home. Employees for the most part seem to caring individuals. Housekeeping services are excellent. Food quality is the dining room is available from an excellent menu, and is of restaurant quality.I had a little difficulty getting return phone calls when I tried to make inquiries of the nurses on stall, but it was minimal. There are a wide variety of activities and excursions available to the residents, and seems to be very well organized. My uncle is a retired priest, and daily mass was available in a chapel on site.
