My father has moved into Keystone Woods. It has such good reviews from everyone. It was clean, and they've got very nice people. The room he's in had just been redone and it was very clean and the right size for him. It has a kitchenette in it and we just like the looks of it well. The staff is outstanding. They have been so nice and so helpful. Anything that we ask or question something about, they've come right quick to the answer and they treat my dad nice. I had a chance to eat there a couple of times and the food has always been good and warm if it needs to be. It's just really good. They have had a band come in and play since he's been there. There's someone that comes and helps him walk every day. They have trivia questions. When it was nice out, they had a man and his wife out on the patio and played music for them. They seem to do a lot of things.

My dad has been a resident here for almost a year and a half. He’s made a lot of friends here. He’s become much more social living here than when he lived in his home alone. The staff has been very caring. They offer many activities & entertainment to keep the residents engaged. They’ve gone above & beyond to keep the residents safe during this pandemic!! I so appreciate that!! My dad is very happy here & that makes me very happy!

My mother lived here for 2 years and never did our family have to worry about her well being. We knew she was safe, properly taken care, had enjoyable activities to do, not to mention her meals were better than what I ate at home. Her apartment was was kept cleaned and maintained by staff. If you're looking for a place for your mother or father, look no further than Keystone Woods.

I can’t begin to express my gratitude to the staff at Keystone Woods. My mom joined their family about 3 weeks before the COVID shutdown. It has been very difficult for residents, staff and families but I am so glad we chose Keystone Woods. They have worked so hard to make the best of a bad situation. The compassion, dedication and care they show on a daily basis is amazing. I go to bed every night knowing my mom is in a clean safe environment In the hands of truly caring people.

Our mother has been a resident at Keystone Woods since Feb 2019. She has a beautiful apartment that faces north. Having grown up on a farm, a view of the cornfield gives our mother a sense of comfort as the seasons change. Mother receives wonderful care from all of the staff which keeps us informed about any change in Mother's health needs. I would recommend this facility to anyone who is looking for a fabulous assisted living facility!! The dining facility offers delicious food. The beauty shop helps to keep Mother's hair style in shape. And, the activities help to keep the residents engaged! What an awesome home for our mother!!!

My mother is a resident at Keystone Woods. This is an excellent facility! The staff is very caring and professional. They treat my mom with dignity and respect, and moreover, love. Throughout the pandemic, with all of its challenges, Keystone Woods has always had the well-being of its residents at top of mind, working hard to compensate as much as possible for the inability of families to come in and care for our loved ones. This is a formidable task. I depend on the staff to stand in for me and take care of the little things that I normally would do for mom, and they are doing a wonderful job. Mom enjoys the atmosphere at Keystone Woods where she has peers to connect with, enjoyable activities to do, and ready assistance when needed. It quickly became her “home” once she got settled in. Your loved one will enjoy this facility, and you can rest assured that they will be in good hands.

The entryway of Keystone Woods was absolutely beautiful with the piano and all the things they had there. The dining room was great. The facility looked really nice, and they took us through and showed us a few rooms with people living in them, the different sizes and the different layouts. Everything looked fine. My sister could go to the cafeteria or they could bring the food to her room. The food looked very good; it didn't look like nursing home food. The staff was wonderful. The guy took us through the laundry room and every single aspect of that facility. It's a nice and neat building, and the outside of it including the landscaping was well kept. There's a lot of entertainment and a lot of activities for the residents to go to.

Keystone Woods felt empty. There were no people, no activities, and no sounds. You couldn't feel people moving around. The person who accommodated us during the tour was a very nice guy. He took us around and showed us everything. However, out front in the main lobby, there was a piano but there was no sitting area. Mom has neuropathy, and before we had gone in, she had a bad fall, so she had a bad black eye and had broken a crown. They said because of her neuropathy, she was just too high of a fall risk that she needed to go 90 days without falling. However, this is why she needs to be here instead of at home, because my house is not conducive to elderly fall risk. Even after that explanation, they insisted that she had to go 90 days without a fall. It made absolutely no sense to me when they have wheelchair bound patients that have to be transferred and you're talking about a woman that mainly uses a walker and does not require transfer assistance in any way.

I've been in several nursing homes, but this was the first assisted living facility I had been in. I was very impressed with the facility. The residents seemed to enjoy being there, and the overall mood was very cheerful. Apartments seemed very spacious all things considered, and I liked that they had a variety of sizes. Having an in-room refrigerator is very important to my grandma, and Keystone Woods provides that. They had a very full social calendar that covered a broad spectrum of activities, from exercise to shopping to religious services. My grandma was especially excited about pet therapy days, because she has always been an animal lover, but hasn't felt up to caring for a pet in a long time. The facility seemed very clean and well cared-for, and we loved that there was a pond (complete with fountain, gazebo and geese!) in the back. My grandmother ultimately decided to stay in her home for a little while longer, but Keystone Woods is definitely on her list if she ends up changing her mind.
