It is important to us that your loved one receives high quality compassionate care in a gentle and loving environment. In addition based on the resident's preferences' we provide socialization, activities and companionship . About us Leon & Arlyn Marler have decided to spend the rest of their careers "making a difference" with the elderly. Leon, at a young age, began assisting his mother in caring for his elderly relatives in his family home. From these memorable times he has a special place in his heart for elders. Leon sold his business & obtained his CAN in order to work full time with elder populations. Arlyn is an RN, RHIA & EMBA who has been in health care for 30 years, responsible for compliance with regulations & assuring that quality care is provided. When not keeping up with state regs & protocols for the homes, she works as an RN at a local hospital. Tammy Rider, Operations Director, is a seasoned Supervisor, who provides daily quality of care & services oversight for the 3 homes and acts as a support to our wonderful managers. She & the managers "in their spare time" also cover shifts for call – offs to assure our high staffing ratio is maintained. Calyn Ogie is the Human Resource Director & does bookkeeping/payroll. With her frequent visits to "her" beloved residents, she provides another "set of eyes" for quality care & services in the homes. They bring love, patience, dedication, and commitment for this special population. Eligible Elders To make sure that we care for your loved one safely & properly, we evaluate all prospective residents carefully to assure that their needs are met with regard to mobility, emotional stability, and his/her physical condition.
