Owasso Gardens is a Senior Apartment building for those 55 years and older. These units will not be subsidized, you can use a housing voucher towards the unit. Owasso Gardens will be opening in November 2021 and will have one and two-bedroom units. Applications will not be sent out until July 2021. This building will have a community room, craft room, outdoor seating areas, pickleball court individually controlled heat and AC and be smoke-free! Laundry and elevators will be located on every floor and pets will be allowed.
