My friend lives in Goldwater Care and the care they provide has been pretty good. Meds are delivered to her and then insulin shots every so often. They're on the ball. She's in an individual room, but she has to walk quite a ways to get her meals. She's at the far wing of and it seems like it's a quarter-mile walk to get there. The facility is more institutionalized. They don't have that homey touch to it. It's kind of like a sterile environment. It looks nice on the outside, but it's kind of cramped on the inside.
