My mom stayed at Elevate Care Palos Heights, and I loved it. It's pretty large, and the nurses were so caring on top of taking care of my mother, joking with her, and making her laugh. They interact. They work hard. They have a room where they do crafts, and my mother was doing physical therapy. The first day that I went to visit my mother, they were fixing the women's hair. I thought, oh, my God, that is so nice. They had blow dryers and curling irons and all that, fixing up the hair so they could make them feel good. It was worth it because it was close to my house.
