I would say Heartis Village Orland Park is excellent. The layout is very conducive to my mom having to use a wheelchair and needing assistance at times. The care that I've observed is excellent. The staff is extremely friendly, kind, and willing to go out of their way to help. My mom reports that the food is delicious and she has no complaints or concerns. She's in their assisted living and she has used the salon. The woman there was very helpful and accommodating. She even stayed longer to give my mom a haircut so we appreciate that she worked around my mom's schedule. I think it's a wonderful community for someone that needs assistance. It also offers various levels of care. My mom is highly functional, so she doesn't require as much assistance but knowing that somebody is there when she needs assistance is comforting.

Heartis Village Orland Park was an awesome place. Although the buy-in was expensive, that place was very modern and upstate. It was very nice. We even brought my mom back for a second visit so she could see the rooms. The room sizes were very nice. They're accessible by a walker/wheelchair and they have a lot of activities (both indoor and outdoor) where they try to involve the residents. They had extra amenities like you can come down and get a snack whenever you want (it was by the reception area). A lot of the residents were still able to drive, so there was parking for residents there. Then they also had transportation that was included. It was a ten-mile radius, but if you had an appointment, they would be able to take you to the appointment, and then you could call so they would come back and pick you up. That was a nice amenity that was included in the price, which was maybe why it was a little bit pricier.

Heartis Village Orland Park was a little bit smaller. It didn't have (I don't think) as much room for my mom, if she was to go there and get away from anybody. It was not as spacious, but it was very clean. Their workout room was part of the physical therapy part of it. I'm not sure if there's a separation or not. I know that they said that you can use it, but I think it was combined. We were able to check the menu. It was very good.

Heartis Village Orland Park have apartments where the residents could bring in a caretaker, and they can actually live in there. Then they have a nurse and staff, but it's totally different than the other facilities that are memory care. They had a lot of activities, and it was a very clean place. They had a professional gourmet chef on staff. So, the food looks a little more than just generic meals. The whole facility is brand new. The staff member who gave me the tour, she was very knowledgeable. They have a little theater in there, and the activities were just basic activities. I didn't see anything extraordinary for memory care there that she explained. It just looked like there were more gourmet meals versus family style meals, I would say; there was nothing cooking at that time. The facility is very clean.

I went to Heartis Village Orland Park. I liked that it was an updated and modern facility, and the staff was very friendly and offered a lot of activities for the seniors. I saw them playing cards. The apartments were very nice. They were very updated, modern, had plenty of space, nice and cozy. It looks to be a great development. If anyone is looking for a place to stay, looking for something up-to-date and modern, that would be a good place to stay.

Heartis Village Orland Park was gorgeous. I was very impressed. It was clean and well-kept. The staff seemed professional and all the information that was shared with me made it seem like a viable place when the right time comes. With the few people I met and everything, they all seemed very friendly and very good at their job. They have game nights, outdoor events when the weather permits, and stuff planned for multiple times a week. They not only provide three meals a day, but they had a snack area where my mom would be able to come by and pick up a handheld sandwich or a piece of fruit. That was nice as well.

We had been to Heartis Village Orland Park. We looked at assisted living. It was very nice. It was very neat, clean, and organized. The staff who assisted me was very knowledgeable, very friendly, and caring. They have a variety of activities. They have things going on almost all day long. They have multiple activities all day long, something that will attract just about everybody. The rooms were very nice, up to date, and clean. The staff members were great. The condition of the facility was really good. It's a new place. The only problem I had with it is that it is such a big facility, and some of the things were a little farther than I care to travel to as far as in the building.

I was impressed with Heartis Village of Orland Park. I liked that it was very modern and very up to date. I think the building is only three years old. It had a good location as far as what I was looking for my stepmother. It seemed to be well run. It looked to be very, very nice. My biggest concern is the cost. The staff did a very nice job of answering my questions. They had physical therapy, they had an activity room, they had a very nice atrium, and they had an interior courtyard for the residents, and it had a lot of windows, so it was nice and bright.

Heartis Village of Orland Park was all one level and the doors were secured. It was clean, in good condition, it appeared modern, and it seemed like a rather intimate size community. The staff was very informative, answered all my questions, and she even followed up with me. It seemed like a decent place. The room I saw appeared fine and average-sized. The area outside was maintained well and there's decent parking availability.

Heartis Village of Orland Park is new, so everything is fresh. The rooms are also the same. The person who assisted us during the tour showed us around and explained everything. She was great. They had a place for therapy, and we saw people coming back from going out for breakfast. The dining area was very pleasant, and supposedly they have a chef.

I toured Heartis Village of Orland Park. It's a beautiful site. Just for viewing it, it seems that it would have everything that we would need to take care of my mother. It was a nice place. I just did a walk-through, and it was pleasant and clean, and they offered many services. The staff took me on a tour of the facility. We went into one room that she said would be similar to a room would my mother was to stay there for the short period. She took me around the dining room area, and the courtyard. The rooms are beautiful, as well as the bed, the TV, the bathroom facility, and the walk-in shower. She also mentioned that they would have care and that they would wear their button in case they needed assistance for anything. They had an art classroom. They had everything that I would think a person would need to do activities. I know she mentioned activities if they want to participate in playing games or things like that. They have a movie area to watch movies, an exercise room, and a beauty salon. It had many, many amenities where you don't necessarily have to leave the building, especially for the hair salon.

We toured Heartis Village of Orland Park for my aunt and uncle, and I love this place for myself. They've probably been there three years. I like the newer models, the decor, and everything was new and more modern. They have those doors on wheels, they say they're on HDTV, they have the bathroom with the barn door, and it was beautiful. The staff who gave the tour was very, very nice. The facility itself is beautiful.

I visited a friend at Heartis Village of Orland Park two years ago. I saw her bedroom. It had a big front room and a nice little kitchenette. The place is absolutely clean and spotless. It was practically all new. They allowed her to bring her own bedroom set, which they usually don't. She insisted that it's the one she wanted to sleep in, and she couldn't sleep in any others; so they allowed her to. The rooms are of decent size. She has a little table with chairs and sort of a little front room with a TV. She can have her daughter in there, but I don't know if she could stay overnight or not. I didn't get to meet a lot of the staff, except for the lady at the front desk, who told me how to go upstairs.

We were very happy with Heartis Village of Orland Park. My father-in-law just stayed there for a few weeks while his wife was having surgery done, and he's back home now. It was very nice. Nice facility. Nice staff. We were very happy with it.

We visited Heartis Village of Orland Park and we were shown a sample room, which was very nice, new, up-to-date, and had new furniture, nice granite countertops, nice size closet, and nice bathrooms with a walk-in shower. The food looked good. The lady that talked to us was very informative and very nice. You could have meals every day or a few days a week; you're not obligated to have it every night or every day. The place was clean. The dining area felt like you were in a restaurant, not in an assisted living home. They showed us an area where they had art class and craft, and they had a cinema. They had organized things to do throughout the week, and sometimes they would take the residents out on day trips or to the store. They could sign up and pick what they would like to do. They would play cards, board games, and puzzles. They had a workout area where they can use the treadmill, a bicycle, and other equipment, and if they needed physical therapy, they can do it there.
