My cousin moved to StoryPoint Naperville. Everything is going well, I like the fact that it was available. The staff was friendly and approachable. My cousin has tried the food, and she said the food is good. They have activities. She doesn't participate in it but they do offer her to come down for the activities. They have a refrigerator, microwave, stove, and dishwasher that is already in the apartment. Also, a washing machine and dryer.

We toured StoryPoint Naperville. It was a very friendly staff, very clean, modern, and up-to-date. It looked like a five-star high-class hotel. The three-course meals look five star, very high quality from what we've seen on the display as far as the meals and all. All in all the place looked in mint condition. They did an assessment of her with the nurse, and they decided that she would need a possibly level two memory assistance in the memory care facility. They're just not furnished. You have to bring all your things in like, the bed, the chair, the TV and all that. We didn't go upstairs to the memory care facility, but they showed us on the first floor, and they were nice rooms with windows. The staff was very good, very knowledgeable in what they were showing us, and answering questions. They had all the questions and all the info and stuff while we were touring.

My husband has been at StoryPoint for just over a year. He has received excellent care and the staff has gone above and beyond ensuring that our needs as a family are met. He enjoys all the activities, especially the music. The facility is clean and inviting and feels like home for the residents.

My mom has been a resident for 6 years and is very happy at Story Point. She loves her large, sunny apartment. There have been lots of updates to the common areas over the years. It feel very welcoming to me. Mom has made lots of friends thru the many activities that are offered. I am very impressed with the menu offerings each day and how friendly the food staff is. They try very hard to keep things interesting. Jesse and Sandy are very creative with lots of activities and decorations. They’re fun and very nice. I would definitely recommend Story Point

My mother moved into memory care from enhanced independent living. Her studio room is spacious and comfortable. She seems very proud of it and is happy. The food is good and the family style atmosphere has improved her satisfaction with life at 94 years old. Staff are very caring and personable and she feels safe.

My dad felt welcome from the day he moved in. The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The rooms were nice and we were able to make it feel like home. Food was good, but dad did say entrees repeated often. The facility was always very clean and well maintained. Any time we had any maintenance issue it was addressed immediately. I could not have asked for better care.

The residents at StoryPoint Naperville looked happy. Their prices, I thought, were kind of high. But their food was pretty good. The staff was friendly. The apartments were not quite as big as some of the other ones I looked at. I saw their model apartments. They were nice but not quite as spacious as the other ones. Unfortunately, when I was there, someone had an accident downstairs. It didn't smell great, but I think it was just because of that. But it was a clean place.

StoryPoint Naperville introduced us to every staff member. Their tour was top-notch. The staff was very inviting. They even took us back to the kitchen area where they prepared the food. It was all open for showing like nothing was hidden. We had a strong consideration for that place. Their memory care section had only 12 people with a small dining and rec area right by the apartments. So it was nice and concise. The person who did the tour was very knowledgeable. He did a good job. The apartments were nice. Those were also top-notch. They had their own kitchen area with a fridge and sink and all that and it's a much bigger room.

When I walked into StoryPoint Naperville, there was a big group of people engaging in a social activity and they were having fun, and they were expressing themselves. It just seemed like a place where people enjoyed themselves. It wasn't quiet and sterile, but it was very nice. Everybody was nice. The staff was very good. He was very helpful and cooperative, and he listened. The place is pretty big, and so for my mother, that might be a concern with her getting lost like different elevators and different wings. It seemed very nice. The thing that impressed me the most was the people there were having a good time.

My grandfather moved into Story Point of Naperville this year and we continue to be impressed! The facility is beautiful and well kept and they provide amazing opportunities for engagement and activities at all levels of care. Food is very important to my grandpa and he always states that he is enjoying his meals. Most of all, the people are wonderful at Story Point of Naperville. The company truly values their employees and residents which assists in creating a great environment for all that enter the building. I know for certain that my grandpa is being well taken care of which is the most important thing. If you are looking for a community for yourself or your loved one, Story Point of Naperville is the place to go!!!

My brothers & I were caregivers for both my parents for about 3 yrs. Things became difficult & unsafe. We found StoryPoint & loved the facility. They have been incredibly helpful in navigating this difficult transition. My dad is in independent living & my mom is in memory care. I can't thank the staff enough. Liz, Abigail, Lena, & Jamie have shown so much love & kindness to both my parents. I visit almost everyday & I am greeted with warm smiles & care. I am always updated & told in detail of my mother's progress. The facility is clean & always has fun activities.

It was a whirlwind of activity between mom's Alzheimers diagnosis and getting her into Storypoint. Staff were caring and instrumental in making it happen. Storypoint was recommended by the psych facility that preceded mom's move. I toured Storypoint and liked the modern look, the friendly staff, all the activity, and the other upbeat residents. There are activities like movie nights and socials. The shuttle takes residents places. Staff are friendly and helpful. A zillion on-site or visiting physical therapists, doctors and other Healthcare professionals means mom and others are in the best shape of their lives. While it's been a huge adjustment for mom, she enjoys it on balance.

StoryPoint Naperville was very good. I liked the place. The person that took me around and showed me the various things that has to offer gave a very thorough presentation and was very, very knowledgeable. I had a few questions and she answered all of them without hesitation. So, she knew what she was talking about and she did a good job. I was impressed. The place was very clean and well-kept up. I liked it. I really did. It was one of the top on my list.

I can’t wait to move in when it is my time! My mother is an “Independent” and we can never reach her because she is always at an activity or getting her hair or nails done or seeing her doctor - right there on site! Amazing employees - amazing food - amazing place!

I highly recommend StoryPoint of Naperville. My mother lived here for 8 years and absolutely loved the residents and staff here. The facility really supports many activities to keep residents involved and active. My mother volunteered at the Country Store within the facility until her passing. She never considered living anywhere else. This was home!

Storypoint was such a gift to my mom and my family. Every single person there treated my mom with kindness, thoughtfulness, and skill. The entire staff is just full of genuinely good people who were looking out for my mom from day one. They have also instituted excellent protocols so that residents are well cared for. For instance my mom went to the emergency room on multiple occasions, and each time I received a call to let me know, just to make sure I was aware. For any concerns, it was always easy to communicate with them and get a quick answer. At the point my mom needed more assistance, we were rapidly and easily able to obtain it. The facility is just lovely. My mom's apartment was beautiful, and with a view of tree-tops and sky. The whole place is well-appointed and meticulously cleaned. My mom really enjoyed the food, and her meals in the dining room were the highlights of her day. She was seated with people who she came to cherish, and looked forward to seeing them. I have to give a special mention to Stacey, who went out of her way on multiple occasions to give me such wise and heartfelt support in making decisions for my mom, for which I am truly grateful. It is people like her that make Storypoint exceptional. My mom was so fortunate for the time she spent at Storypoint, and I'm grateful to everyone who took such beautiful care of her. I can't recommend Storypoint more highly.

I am at StoryPoint Naperville right now. It's a nice facility. I have a big apartment and a very nice bathroom. The staff is good, and the nurses are good. Most of the nurses are pretty helpful. They do a good job. Once in a while, you get one that's not 100% up to par. The occupational therapist, physical therapy, and speech therapy are fantastic. You couldn't ask for anything better than them. They're all sharp. When I first came here, I thought the food was so good. And yet down the road, they brought in a new chef and then another chef. Sometimes it's good, and lots of times it's not that great. Another thing is they put in all new carpeting and all new furniture in the activities room. They're putting too much emphasis on appearance when they should work more on our food. They put all these paintings up on the wall and a billiards table. They do exercise every morning at 10. Once a month, they do a thing for all the birthdays of that month. They have Canasta, Pinnacle, Left Center Right games, and word games. I find it's the same activity every week and I get bored. There's just not enough mental stimulation for me.

The assisted living, senior living, and memory care are all in the same building at StoryPoint Naperville. The tour was nice. I met the activity coordinator for the memory care. They only have like 15 residents, so she seems to know every resident, what they like, and what they don't like, and what stimulates them to get them going. She's very involved with them. It was very clean. They have a library, they have an activity room where some of the seniors exercise, and I saw the dining area. I saw one of the rooms that they live in. It was all fine. I was very pleased with the facility.

After living at StoryPoint as an independent resident for over 2 years, Mom needed to move to Memory Care. The Memory Care unit is small and well-staffed. The staff are excellent, very helpful and capable. They know how to work with residents with dementia and other needs. It is difficult work. The staff are dedicated. I am so grateful to them. That includes the front desk, facilities, and administrative staff, too. StoryPoint is the best place for my mom.

I like the StoryPoint Naperville. It's one of our options. I loved the welcoming nature when you first walked in, the brightness, and the decor. The staff seemed very attentive to the residents that were there when we toured. I liked the layout of it. It was very easy to navigate for anyone. Even in the wing for assisted living and for memory care, there was plenty of staff available. It also seemed very bright in the hallways and easy to navigate. It wasn't overwhelming, and it was homey.

Our mother has been an assisted living resident of StoryPoint Naperville (“SP”) for almost 4 years. Our family has been very happy as well as our mother with SP. All the staff and the management of SP are great. SP’s caregivers and nursing staff are “top-notched”. They are very compassionate and caring. Our mother is almost one-hundred years old with hearing loss and memory issues. In this regard, they are very patient and respectful when communicating with her. In addition, when our mother has had health-related issues from time-to-time, the nursing staff is very timely in communicating with me as to what the issues are and how they are being addressed. When entering the facility, you are warmly greeted by SP’s receptionists. In addition to welcoming guests to SP, they are tasked with answering questions that the SP residents may have during the day. I have always been impressed with their sincere warm and energetic interaction with SP residents in helping the residents find solutions to the issues that impact their daily living at SP. They are great in working with demanding residents and in communicating with them in suggesting how their issues can be addressed and resolved. It is very common on my visits to SP to see members of SP’s management team, including SP’s Executive Director, Director Property Administrator, Director of Nursing, the Director of Activities, etc., interacting with SP residents, their families and other visitors. They have developed and have maintained a very warm and friendly community within SP. The Director of Activities is very creative in developing new activities and happenings for the residents’ enjoyment. Two years ago, the SP facility was purchased by StoryPoint Senior Living. Since then, there have been several major improvements and enhancements made to the facility for the enjoyment and comfort of SP’s residents. The only regret I have is that our family should have more persisted in encouraging our mother to move into SP when she was younger because of the many activities that SP has and the warm and friendly SP community.

The staff at Story Point is excellent. The vast majority and I do mean vast majority take ownership and pride in their jobs. 100% of the staff are respectful, caring, compassionate and patient with the residences. They treat the residences like they are their own family members. When you first enter Story Point you are greeted by the receptionist. Not only are they there to assist guest but also there to assist the residents with scheduling appointments like transportation, hair appointments, etc. They also assist the residences with issues or problems that might come up that are non-medicial. They are very engaging with a smile to guests and residents. With guest they make you feel welcome and are always asking if there is anything you need to let them know. You can tell they really mean it. They are even better working with the residences. Sometimes the residences are upset or anxious about something. I have witness first hand many of times these individuals working to make sure the issues are resolved. But most important the resident is comfortable with how the situation was going to be resolved. They know all residences by name. The nurses and caregivers in Assistant Living are outstanding. They are extremely compassionate, sensitive, caring and patient with their residences. A few weeks back my mother had to be taken to the hospital in the afternoon and returned back to Story Point that evening. I stayed with my mother that night. Two caregivers heard about my mother falling the day before, came into her apartment to check on her before starting their shift that morning. Wow, that is caring!! Today was my mother's 99th birthday. The caregiver was assigned to my mother today really took pride and ownership to make sure my mother looked great for her family party. The caregiver was really excited that she helped my mom. That got me excited to see how the caregiver was so excited. When my mother is having a bad day the vast majority of the caregivers embrace the situation with kindness, patience, helpfulness and not run from it. I witness this with the nursing team as well. The caregivers are not treating my mother special. I have seen them treat other residences the same way. Very caring. The nurses really do a great job as well getting to know the residences. You ask them a question, they know what is going on with each resident. They are very approachable. My mother moved into the Assisted Living unit back in 2018 when it was still Spring Meadows. Honestly I could not write this review back then. The management team at Story Point has done a excellent job hiring the right people who are caring, compassionate, respectful, etc. These type of people is who you want helping your love ones. I

The thing I like about StoryPoint Naperville was that you could have more options for the food. I like the whole feel of the place, I like that everything was in one spot. I just like the vibe of the whole facility. They were playing Wii bowling, they have movie nights, and they have a lot of stuff that looks fine. We didn't have any meals while we were there, but they had a chef. If you didn't like anything on the menu that day, they would fix something for you if it was possible. The facility was very clean. If I would need to go to a place, I would pick this place. I also really like that the bathrooms were large enough to move in.

I did a tour of StoryPoint Naperville. In the particular room we saw that was available, it was a view of a McDonald's. The staff member was great. We didn't get to meet as many different people that would have been involved there, but the facilities were very nice. They have all kinds of activities and did group therapy at least twice a week. So, there is therapy that would have been included, even if you didn't get your own personal therapy. It was a nice place, and the rooms were nice.

We went to StoryPoint Naperville twice to look at it before I had my mom look at it. The staff who talked to us and showed us around was like an angel. She just seems so caring. The facility was very clean and up to date. Everything was very current. They have a beautiful fitness center and chapel. I observed some people playing Wii bowling. We did like the fact that the laundry was in the room, so my mom wouldn't have all her laundry down to a separate laundry room.

StoryPoint Naperville is a safe, clean and beautiful facility. The staff is amazing! They are so very kind and helpful in any situation. All of the residents are friendly and seem to really enjoy the atmosphere. The rooms are clean and updated with plenty of light. They also offer many different activities during the week for those who want to participate. There are a few things that could be improved upon but overall it is one of the better independent/assisted living facilities around town.

I have been very impressed with Storypoint Naperville. From the 1st time I walked in, up thru the viewing, and finally deciding to move my mother into the facility, I have been impressed with the staff, services, building, and the level of care that is shown to all residents and family. Storypoint is focused on providing the best living experience for their residents, and it is evident by the actions of the leadership and all staff. Their resident centered philosophy starts at the top, as the Directors primary responsibility is knowing their residents and needs, and providing that thru great food, a wide variety of activities, and attention to the little details that are so important to the residents. All leaders are hands on, and no request is too small not to get the attention that it deserves. My mom is in Assisted Living, and the Director of Nursing and her staff are attentive and responsive to whatever comes up in their residents daily lives, and paying attention to any changes and reacting appropriately. I sometimes wish I could be a resident, since there are so many fun activities to choose from, and the food is outstanding. I highly recommend this to anyone wanting to move their family member, and have total peace of mind in their care and quality of life.

Story Point is a place for the entire family to spend time with their aging loved one. The staff and managers are always around and greet the residents and their family by name. They take the time to create fun and engaging activities and encourage the family to come and participate with their loved one. The care givers treat the residents with love and respect. It is easy for the family to communicate with them and they always return calls promptly. The community offers a wide variety of activities from wi games to book clubs and crafts and travel lectures. Something for everyone. I enjoy playing bingo along with my Mom. On Sundays, there is a lovely brunch and family members can sign up to eat with their loved one. Everyone connected with Story Point has become an addition to my family. The level of care, concern and love they provide to their residents is outstanding. I would highly recommend this facility to you and your family.

StoryPoint Naperville is a very nice facility with a lot of features and it looks like it has a lot of different activities for the seniors. We looked at their assisted living. It's a very established facility and they seem like they know what they're doing over there. A lot of professionals. I only met the person who escorted me and she was very knowledgeable and was great at sharing information. They were in the process of renovating. They seemed to be nice when they cater to their patients. They have a courtyard and they're creating a sports room. The seniors are requesting it. It's almost like a sports bar on the facility and it looks like it's going to be nice. They also have a store there.

I toured the assisted living of StoryPoint Naperville. I enjoyed that community very nicely. It's a very nice community. There's a lot of people around so that you wouldn't be sort of forgotten about. My only reason for not going there is because it's a long ride away from where some of the other ones I was at, and I don't have a car, so I have to wait for somebody willing to take me out there. That's one of the ones that I have left on my list that I may have to go to if I keep getting these cancelations. The rooms were a good size. They were very clean. The staff who gave me the tour was very helpful and explained everything very clearly. We saw all of the areas there. They have many more than what my brother would use. They have a very good size eating place for them, and then they also have a private one if you want to have a party or something. They have all kinds of activities and things that he could get involved in. I felt it was kept very well, very clean and nice. It was very easy on the eyes and I feel that it was a very appropriate place that I would put my brother.

Over 2 years ago my wife, who has Alzheimer's, and I were looking to downsize to an assisted living facility. We toured 11 facilities in the Naperville, Lisle and Aurora cities. We looked, not for the places we wanted to go to, but where we didn't want to go to. We worked from the bottom up and found Story Point on top of our list. The marketing team was very accommodating and walked our 3 daughters through the facility individually. We even came in unannounced one time to see how the building people acted to surprise visit. We were at Story Point when the Covid virus broke. Many of the locations we had visited were reporting 10, 20 even 30 deaths and infections. The Medical Director and Facility Director acted very professional and did a lock down. No one in and no one out. Masks and temperature checks for everyone. Some residents thought it was too strong a reaction at first, but many of those residents may not be with us today if Story Point, in my opinion, did not do this. I can sleep at night knowing this location puts its residents well being first. I would highly recommend anyone who is looking to downsize or needs assisted living care to visit Story Point and see in person what made us move here. My wife and I have no regrets!!

This is my second senior living community. I am impressed by the friendliness and commitment of the staff to our residents. The management team is very strong and truly functions as a team. They are committed to following a plan of continuous improvement. We are undergoing extensive renovations and I am very pleased with my two bedroom, two bath apartment. There are a variety of activities for residents and the planning team puts a great deal of energy into developing appropriate activities. Community trips are available and our recent fall festival was a huge success. While my food rating is average, the leadership team is focusing on improving the quality of the food and inviting participation from residents. We have recently hired two new chefs who are dedicated to improving our culinary services. The facility provides transportation for medical visits and shopping at local stores. The housekeeping staff does an excellent job with the weekly cleaning of our apartments. The maintenance staff is responsive to requests for repairs and available to assist with activities such as picture hanging, assisting with television issues and assembly of items purchased by residents.

I like StoryPoint Naperville, but they did not provide the trial service. They will refurnish or remodel so it will look nice, clean, and have plenty of space for each room. I like that too. They have a bigger garden, and the open spaces were bigger for the people. Besides, they don't need to stay in the room all the time. They have lunch in a bigger restaurant. Because they're remodeling, everything is new. They have a lot of activities. They even have a piano there. When we were there, the staff told me that every morning they have some exercise classes, painting, and one of the residents will teach people piano, and those kinds of thing. They have a movie theater, and they play movies. They have all kinds of things. They also play bridge. One thing: when we were passing the restaurant, it smelled so good.

I have no problem with StoryPoint Naperville, except my mom doesn't like the food. The price is right and the apartment is nice. She has some issues with the people who work there; they're not that friendly. They're probably overworked but they're showing that in their work, so that's not good. It used to be Spring Meadows, and they're just taking over, so I'm not sure if things are going to improve at all, or if it's going to get worse. They have independent living, assisted living, and memory care. Because of COVID, they really haven't done too much. They're just starting to open up the dining room and things like that. The whole time my mom's been there, they've been under COVID protocols. They have a bus and they're supposed to take them shopping if they want. She is in an independent living apartment, but they are providing assisted living care. So the apartment is nice and spacious, and it has a washing machine and dryer in the unit, a stove, and a refrigerator. Compared to a lot of other places that I've looked at, there's a lot of room in it, so the value for the money as a place to live is great. She has people who come in and give her medication, take her garbage out, and bring food and stuff. I would say the CNAs are not very good. I think they had a birthday event downstairs (supposedly), and someone came in and played the piano for them a couple weeks ago.

We checked out StoryPoint Naperville. It was a great visit, and it was a nice place, but too crowded, and too busy. They showed me everything, and that was very nice. I think they had a full kitchen. The staff member was very nice, she was great. They said they were remodelling. It was clean.

I didn't really like the location of StoryPoint in Naperville. It was in a middle of a busy road. The staff member who welcomed me there was very thorough. She was good. The facility wasn't great, but it was fine. It was just one building. There was not much to it. I remember they had doctors on the staff and they could do lab work there, which I liked. The place though was more institutional. I saw some residents in the lobby. They were pretty old. They didn't seem young and active like some other places.

The apartments were very spacious, and the kitchens were very nicely remodeled with full size refrigerators, cook stoves, sinks, beautiful backsplashes, cabinet trays, and in-unit washers and dryers. They also had several floor plans, all of which were very spacious and accommodating. The staff was very involved. There were a lot of activities in the communal areas. I liked that it was a smaller community with a lot of assisted living residents of varying ages. The age range would've been socially beneficial to my mother. It was mealtime when we were there, and everything smelled and looked beautiful; all the residents seemed pleased.

We moved my uncle here, and it's all very good. We have no complaints at all, and we're very happy. The overall care is very good, they have activities, and he participates in some. The meals are very good, the staff is very good, and he likes them.

Everyone was really friendly. It was very clean. The apartment that my father was going to move into had been all updated and was spotless. It was small, but there was plenty of room. It had a washer and dryer in the unit which was great. It would've been really wonderful if it would've worked. They had all kinds of activities and an exercise class was going on in one of the big rooms when I was there. There's a nice meeting room where people can sit, drink coffee, and read the paper. It was nice.

It had more of an Alzheimer’s unit. We couldn’t go in it as it was locked up, so it felt more like they were a little further gone. The rooms were very small, and it was very much like a big apartment building with a lot of commotion going on. It seemed like a hotel lobby instead of assisted living. The people were friendly and playing cards. They had a really nice community and took them out on a bus if they wanted to go out places.

My parents moved in. They were able to get a 2-bedroom, 2-bath unit, and those seemed hard to find. It was spacious and relatively large, probably about 700 sq. ft. My parents like the food. My dad’s only complaint is there aren’t a lot of gluten-free options, and he has gluten intolerance, but he’s able to order off an alternative menu most of the time, so it’s working out OK. They seem to have a lot of activities. They do have a beauty salon. They have a small store to get things like milk and bread. They have a shuttle service that takes the residents to nearby stores like they’ll go to Target one day and to a grocery store another day. I think they have someone who comes to give communion once a week. Everyone seemed very friendly, and it’s a very active place.

I thought it was nice, but we couldn't afford it. The lady who helped us was really very pleasant, very nice, and gave us a lot of information and a nice tour of the place. It was very clean and beautiful. The apartment she showed us was very nice.

It was very spacious, and they had washers and dryers in the rooms. They made available for seniors to go outside to swim. We looked at a 1-bedroom and 2-bedrooms; however, my husband was concerned that his car will be out all the time. They could take us for doctor's appointments, or a doctor can come in if you're really sick. The staff was friendly and willing to answer questions, so it worked out fine.

My parents are moving in a couple of weeks. Our overall experience with them was wonderful. Their tour advisor was just amazing. She was very informative, extremely helpful, and respectful to my parents. She’s made the whole transition very easy. I really can’t recommend her enough. The rooms had lots of windows and were very bright and airy. The food was fine.

The room was the right size for one person. I liked the in-room monitors and the emergency call buttons in the room. The staff was very pleasant and answered all of the questions that I asked. When I went there, it was at a meal time, so I was there when everyone was eating. The food looked nice, and the dining area was clean with a bunch of smaller tables rather than large tables, which facilitates more communication. It’s so close to my house, and it’s the one that I liked the best.

It was very nice. This is the one place that did have the washer and dryers in the apartment. The apartments were good size, it had a full kitchen, it was clean, and it was updated. It was not the place for my mother because they didn't have Spanish-speaking residents. But it was a very nice and that was the only issue I found with that place. I talked to Kathleen. She was very nice, very polite, and she walked me around and showed me the different units and explained to me what features were included in the unit, like the meals, different games and things that they could do. I think they have an area for a salon. She walked me through the place and she spent a lot of time talking to me so that I understood what was going on. But to me one of the most important thing is the unit my mother will live in. The unit was beautiful. They were updating the units and so they were very nice, clean and bright. They had windows, full kitchen, a nice bedroom, living room, dining room area, they had a washer and dryer right there by the bathroom. So I thought it was very nice. The bathroom was nice and big, so if you needed to get a walker in or a wheelchair, you can do that. I think their eating area was nice. If I remember it correctly, they even had nice white table cloths on the table. They also have bingo, dominos, reading, exercises, Wii bowling, and church activities.
