The community is conveniently located across from Abraham Lincoln Memorial Hospital. Our community features 30 apartments, in 2 intimate settings of 15, to provide better care and attention to each of our residents. We offer 1 and 2 bedroom apartments for single or double occupancy, both with private bathrooms.

Copper Creek Cottages Memory Care provides specialized memory care in a safe and nurturing environment. We recognize every individual’s physical, mental and social needs and provide a secure environment that fosters independence for as long as possible.
Our home includes walking paths and visual cues, such as varied cottage home-fronts for comfort and memory recognition. Our amenities and services are based on a personal level and encourage residents to explore, touch and choose their activities.

Copper Creek Cottages is a little bit closer to what we're looking for, but we need something more dedicated to a higher level of memory care. My father is coming from a skilled nursing place. Everything was really clean and fine. Dad's got a couple of issues with aggressive tendencies and stuff like that. He's fairly advanced as far as dementia is concerned, and this facility was just a little bit less for the skilled care part of things than we had needed. The rooms were fine; they're pretty much what I expected. Everybody was nice, polite, helpful, and friendly. They had a courtyard area outside.
