I toured. It was clean. One of the families was in the bingo room and her mom, so we could look at her room. They took us through the ladies room, and it looked homey in there. The family had done a nice job at setting that up. Everybody there was super friendly, super nice, especially the one who showed us around. She was just a sweetheart. The layout looked good and it didn't feel like a nursing home.

It was a very nice place, but it wasn't exactly what we were looking for at the time. The place is very clean. The staff is very informative. They gave us all the information we needed. They had either in-room dining or you could go into the dining room. They suggested going into the dining room so that the residents could mingle with other people instead of just being alone all the time. They had a salon and an ice cream parlor, which was all nice. There was a library in there, too. The dining room was very nice and very large. The place felt nice and warm. You could live there with no problem.

It seemed like a pleasant place. It wasn't really big with lots of activities that my mom wouldn't do, but they have activities. It wasn't a huge place like some of the others, but it wasn't too small. They had a lot of housing, but it looked like a nice place. The studios looked pretty nice. I wouldn't mind living in them myself. It looked like they had a good variety of food. It looked very clean. The ladies were helpful. I sat in the office and talked with a couple of them.
