Our tour experience with Huntley Springs Retirement Community was excellent. It's basically apartment living where you have your own individual apartment and a key to the door. I felt that the cost was reasonable for what you get, because they include absolutely everything. There's absolutely nothing that you have to pay for other than if you want to do something extra outside of the community. The facilities and the apartments were just beautiful. They have guest apartments, so if you had visitors they could reserve one of those, which I think is amazing. The activities were incredible. They have clubs and nice dining rooms. If you have a dog, you have to be on the first floor, and you have a walk out patio, which was important to me. The only concern that I had was, because it is on a piece of property that is set way back from the main road, everything around them was open. So someday, I know people are going to buy their property and I don't know what's going to be there. I don't want to be looking at the backside of a strip mall someday, but as far as the facility itself, it's very good. They have a workout room and they do chair volleyball and things like that. They have a concierge available 24 hours a day. Overall, I would highly rate the place. If you were someone that was looking to live in an apartment setting, basically that's what it is. Everybody was very friendly and knew each other. Even the maintenance people were very nice.

Our Senior years are stress free here and we enjoy activities, games and various entertainment. There is a vibrant social life at Huntley Springs and we enjoy getting to know a variety of people who eventually become our extended family. Highly recommend this community based on our nearly 3years here.

Huntley Springs is a life-saver! I thought my life was over ; then I had a minor fall and my children convinced me that I should not be alone. After looking at several "homes" I chose Huntley Springs because the residents there seemed happy and they smiled and laughed a lot. Now, at age 90, I am one of them!

My husband and I moved in Huntley Springs the first day it opened .It was our best move!! We have enjoyed everything about this place. Lots of food, good movies and plenty of activities. No cooking , no cleaning -it's like a vacation every single day. Love it!!

I feel very comfortable with the atmosphere because it is so relaxing and fun-filled. The food is delicious and nutritious. They even have a Senior Executive Chef. The staff truly makes you feel very much at home . They even resolve any questions or concerns in a timely manner.

Our experience with Huntley Springs Retirement Community was great. Julie and Pamela were both very nice. At the moment, they only had a one-bedroom available. They also had a studio and a two-bedroom. We went to every room. We saw two apartments, then we went to all the areas, the library, and the dining area. The staff explained to us how they have their meals set up and where you can go and get something to eat. They have premade food, like if you just wanted sandwiches or something. They also have full dining and they have a buffet on Sundays. We went in and walked into the movie theater and that was very nice. My dad couldn't finish the tour and he just said, "I would like to know what the price of this is," and the staff was very nice that she told him right out. She explained you could have animals and that was nice. The place was gorgeous, clean, and well kept. They had housekeeping and there was a washer and dryer in every unit and appliances. The one-bedroom we saw was nice sized. The staff members were very nice. They did not rush us, and they asked all the questions. My dad wasn't committed yet and it was really out of his price range. The staff understood and she was glad my dad came out and looked. They were very nice people and it was a wonderful place.

Huntley Springs Retirement Resort is awesome with wonderful food and wonderful people. The staff here is very friendly. They have a lot of activities going on and there is something for everybody. Every day they have a social hour. Then there's card games and a movie theater for 150 people. It's a very nice place to be.

Our parents will be moving to Huntley Springs Retirement Community. During the tour, the staff and residents were friendly, it was clean and they have great food. What I like the most is the waterfall when you walk in, the furniture, it smells good, and the decor is simple and inviting. The staff who gave the tour was knowledgeable, kind, thoughtful, and just a nice person. The food was good. They have a beauty salon, movie theater, and game room. It felt more like an apartment resort.
