My mom moved into Grace Assisted Living Twin Falls. It's very clean and well put together. It's updated and cheery. The staff is very professional. Her home, a little apartment, is very well put together and functional, and the meals are really good. She gets her medications on time. And she's thriving, she's doing well. It's a studio apartment with a large bathroom and then a little kitchenette. She does not cook for herself, and she goes to the dining room. I think we're getting good value. She has done some activities. She has gone out on some outings. She went to a concert, and they also have musical groups that come and sing, and that usually is on a Friday night. We ate our first meal together with her. I didn't know what to expect, but it was delicious.

Definitely better places to live. My mom was there and in the first year they raised the prices on her three times. They complain that they are understaffed and therefore they do not provide the services they say they will. Just a big corporation looking out for their bottom line and do not care about residents. My mom was a fall risk and had to go without showers because they were short staffed and was given the wrong medications because they will let anyone pass them out. IF I could leave a 0 star rating I would.

My sister is a resident at Grace Assisted Living. The facility is very clean, the workers very friendly and helpful and they are very kind to my sister. There are lots of activities, a welcoming area to sit and just rest and a nice place to walk outside.

Grace Assisted Living is terribly large. There are terribly lots of people, too. It would be very confusing for someone new and have memory issues to move in there because there are halls everywhere. The rooms are very nice and there are large studios. The dining area is very nice large and set very nicely, too. The staff members are also very nice.

I'm celebrating 2 years at Grace Assisted Living come June 1st, 2017. I have enjoyed my apartment and the staff here which are all extremely friendly and are there for you if you need them. C.L.

Extremely disappointed with services. I helped put a loved one in to their facility and it was a headache from the start. We discussed with the staff all the specific routines that our loved one would need and they stated they could do them so we went with them. Unfortunately for our loved one, her needs were not met. The staff did the bare minimum of care. The staff were supposed to bath our loved one twice a week and they did it once each week. Clothes were not put on properly and sheets were not changed regularly. A part of our loved one's plan that needed to be administered to avoid infection was not implemented as promised by many staff. As these issues were not being taken care of, we met with Tyson (administrator) and he stated that he would have the care plan put into the computer system and reviewed by staff, but things didn't change. A lot of smiles and positive talking/promises, nice new building, but lack of follow through by staff. If your loved one just needs to be feed and be given medication this is place for you. If your loved one is not independent to do most life skills, don't expect it to be done in a consistent manner with this organization.

Grace Assisted Living is like a hotel when you walk into the lobby. It's clean because it's fairly new, and the administration seems to want to keep in touch with people. They communicate with me and are open and seem to listen. They seem attentive to dad's needs and concerned about his comfort. The food is good. They have the numbered tables, and with each meal, the residents move down a number; if they start at 22, the next meal will be served at 21, then the next one at 20, and the next 19, so on. That's how they're fed. The meals are well prepared and good, and if they don't like what's on the menu, they can always order sandwich, so there are alternatives for them. They have activities like bingo, cards, puzzles, movies, and all of that kind of stuff, but as far as Dad goes, he doesn't engage himself most of the time in activities. Another thing about Grace that's good is that on Tuesdays and Thursdays, they'll take the residents to their doctors' appointments.
