The location of Revel Eagle is quite nice. It's right on the Boise River and the Boise and Eagle Greenbelt. The facilities are pretty good. I'm just having trouble with the lighting for the parking when coming in through the vines at night, and bothering my guests from time to time. For the most part, the staff is very good. They seemed all quite pleasant. I'm having some problems with my room cleaning service. They're supposed to come in once a week and clean, and I don't think I've had the same cleaner two weeks in a row yet. Some of them are good, and some of them do a very minimal job. The food is OK. The meals are fairly healthy. Spicing food is rather minimal. It's all pretty unspiced. They have a gym with treadmills and various pedaling things and weights. They're also adjacent to Eagles City Park and the soccer field.

Revel Eagle is beautiful. It's fairly new. The common area is beautiful. They have a little cafe inside if you want to get snacks or drinks. Libraries, computers. People can use the exercise room. Pretty much all the things that they offer that you would want. They have a theater. The only negative thing I would say about it is that we only looked at two units because that's all they had available for us to look at, and they were very small. So that was kind of a turnoff for me because I want to be able to take some of my favorite pieces of furniture, stuff like that. So they just didn't have the room. But the other thing I liked about it is, and this is a thing that most of the older retirement homes do not do it this way, most of them you pay for your meals within your rent, and so you get three meals a day and you have to pay for those whether you're there eating or not. And my husband and I travel, and we have a lot of family here in Boise that we go to their homes for dinner. And I don't want to have to be paying for meals that I'm not eating. It also is located near the Boise River, which is a very pretty river, and it has a greenbelt, and walking paths along the river that you can get to very easily from the buildings. It's just a very short walk to the green belt too so you can go on walks along the river. So that's another nice feature of it. The other feature is it's very close to two very nice restaurants. You could walk to them. They also have a van, and I see the van a lot when I go to one of our main chain grocery stores. And they have a van that takes the people that live there to the grocery store. So if you don't drive and you don't have a car, the van will take you anywhere. There are also movie theaters nearby, lots of restaurants, and grocery shopping. I would highly recommend it.

We found a place for my mom, and it's Revel Eagle. It seems like a better fit for her. We're moving this weekend, but so far, they've been great as far as being helpful and answering questions. It's not a nursing home feel nor an assisted living feel. It was more of a hotel-type environment with a restaurant. The condition of the place is new.

Patrick and his staff are first class!!!!! Moving my father in law to Idaho from Montana, we couldn’t have picked a better facility and team to work with !!!!! Gave all of us a piece of mind especially when it seems so overwhelming at times.

Revel offers so much for residents. Residents have a choice of activities everyday. We have a special outing every week. Last weekend they had a special brunch for us and a Xmas tree decorating, and we got to wear our PJ’s. We have beautiful grounds and we are on the green belt. Our menu has something for everyone plus daily lunch and dinner specials.

Currently having a problem finding help, but they are trying to remedy that. Meals are the main problem, to do with timing, etc. But, they are making a concerted effort to overcome all of this. For that they should get a five.

Revel Eagle is the one that we liked the most. They have 2 restaurants - one with a bar where they had appetizers for us to eat, very nice shrimp cocktails, and little finger sandwiches. The facility is absolutely beautiful. It's laid out and decorated very nicely. It's right on the river, you could smell the Aspens and watch the greenbelt from outside. There was a nice area outside for sitting or just walking around. The apartments were on one side and they were beautiful. The one that we saw had a range, a microwave, and a refrigerator, and they were stainless steel high-end appliances. The quality of the materials, the appliances, the flooring, it's all new and beautiful. Everybody there was just smiling and happy. The whole place was clean and new, in a great location. They have 3 different floor plans for the apartments at different prices. The staff who took us around was very nice, and knowledgeable, knew all the residents, and was very informative.

My Father was a resident of Revel Eagle for the last two years and loved every minute of living there. From the friendly, helpful staff who greeted him by name every day, to the residents who went out of their way to get to know him, to the fantastic food, it was an all-around amazing experience. They really care about the residents and go out of their way to embrace and accommodate their individual needs. They treated our whole family like members of their own family. I never had to worry about my Dad because I knew he was in good hands at Revel. Am so happy and grateful he got to spend his last two years at Revel, it made a huge difference in his quality and quantity of life. I am forever grateful to the staff and residents.

I'm already in Revel Eagle. It's convenient to where I need to be every day. It's a very nice facility, and very helpful staff. The food is excellent. Every day there are lots of community activities. They have a movie theater, a nice exercise room, and all of those things. Everything's in good working condition and very clean. It's expensive, but I'm budgeting strictly so that I can stay there. For what you get, the value is good. It's pricey, but for the value, it's very good.

I really liked Revel Eagle. Other than the fact that it was pricy, I liked it. Their prices have gone up since when I viewed it online. It showed I could get a one-bedroom for about $3000, but that's increased (which I realized everything has). It's out of my budget. The only thing I could afford there would be the studio, and that wouldn't be big enough for me. It's a very impressive community. They have two restaurants. It's very nice. The only person I really had any communication with was the director, who showed me everything. I sat and had lunch with her, and she was very good. The food was good. They had a lot of activities and a lot of things that they offer. They had an exercise room and a place where you can play games. They have groups that get together and play Pinnacle. They have outings, and they go places that you can join in if you wanted to do that. If you got bored, it would be your own fault. It's pretty new, so it's very nice.

I loved Revel Eagle. Right off their property, they have a bridge that goes across the river to the Greenbelt. One other side is a wonderful park that has a great place for children and a nice restaurant. So, you don't have to go that far to have access to those amenities. The inside was just fabulous. The dining is done by points. They're given so many points a month and you can eat any time between 7:30 in the morning until 7:30 at night. They had two restaurants and I liked that you could pick what you wanted and they would make it for you. They have a place where you can get massages, a barbershop, a beauty shop, a really nice exercise room, a game room, an elevator, and a sunroom inside where it's all glass and the sun comes right in. They also have an outdoor pit where they do barbecues in the summer, a garden area if they want to grow anything, pet areas, a movie theater, and a wonderful craft room that's separate from other activities where you can just do and make things. Everybody was so friendly and nice. Patrick was wonderful. He was very helpful. He was willing to show us a lot of different rooms and willing to answer any of our questions. He really did his best to make us feel comfortable. It's a beautiful place.

My mother felt at home and loved and the service was impeccable. If anyone is looking for a home for a senior, we couldn't recommend Revel enough! Everyone has a passion for what they do there, because you can tell with their 5 star service.

I liked Revel Eagle. Unfortunately, they don't have long-term care, but they said you could stay there and get people to come in and assist you. They were OK and the people were very, very nice. It's just a really old building. Some things have been upgraded and others haven't, but they're working on it. It's all independent living. It's a beautiful place and very reasonable for everything they've got because everything was just brand new. It's nice. The apartments were a little larger too than the other two places, simply because Revel Eagle is new, and they built larger places. The staff did a fantastic job. They were very personable and went over everything well. When someone moves out, I think they paint the room, pull out the carpet and put new stuff down. We were there at 3:30 in the afternoon, so they had a person playing music and everybody was gathered around. It's top-notch. They served us a nice little plate of crackers, cheese, and olives, and some kind of bread during the tour.

I have only lived here a couple of months but so far I feel I made a mistake. For the cost, ,he apartment are a bit small. As far as activities to me are slim to none. There is no social director, no Spa, I haven't received weekly house keeping, I'v been insulted from magement down to house keeping. The management does not accept my phone call or return phone messages. The safety measures are inadequate, their staff needs to be retrained on how to treat the residents. Having a health emergency and a trip to the emergency room, followed by a reaction to the the medicine, their was no one here that would or could help me. No I would not recommend this place. The only plus this place has is the food and location.

I toured Revel Eagle for my father, and it was great. I would go to that place if it was for me. It was great, but It was just a little bit out of my dad's price range; unfortunately he couldn't go. I loved the staff who assisted me on tour. They were great, very positive, upbeat, and awesome. The place is very clean, and beautiful. It really felt very comfortable, and it had nice amenities. I think they had two different places you could eat. They had quite an extensive program. The gal who plans the activities was very impressive. They just had lots of things to offer. The place was really very nice, and I was just very impressed.

I toured Revel Eagle. It was a good experience. It is a really beautiful place. It is in a nice location. It is handy to all kinds of shops and it's fairly new, too. The lobby and all the multi-use rooms were large, big, and beautiful, but the apartments were very small. They had a beauty shop and a couple of different dining rooms; one more formal and one more casual. They had no swimming pool and no garages for cars, but they had a theater-type room where you can watch movies. They had a fire pit outside and a nice large patio.

I went to the Revel Eagle twice. I chose it for the location, and I'm planning to move in by the end of the month. The staff was excellent, I was very impressed, it was clean, and neat. They served me lunch, and it was excellent. It's multiple apartments on multiple levels, I will be on the third level, and some of the apartments have views and balconies, which I have. It's got beautiful, big walk-in closets. I liked everything about it.

I lived at the Revel Eagle. It's a beautiful facility, but I didn't like the apartment living type yet. Their activities were wonderful, and they had a lot of outings. The food was phenomenal. The employees were very friendly, very helpful, and kind. The appearance was breathtaking. When you walk in, it looked like you were in a 5-star motel. They had a lounge and a big dining area. It's a wonderful community if you like the apartment style living. I would recommend it to anybody. It's right on the Boise River, it had large trees and walking paths, and it's right next to a huge park. The apartments were a little high priced, yet they didn't build it with higher quality materials.

We toured Revel Eagle when they had a big open house and there were a bazillion people there. We were welcomed and they were throwing the red carpet out for all of us who visited. We were fortunate to get someone to talk to us individually amidst all the guests, and both ladies we talked to were very helpful. They fed us and it was delicious, but it was an open house so they had a little something of everything and it was all wonderful. We were treated very nicely. They also have lots of amenities and activities. It's a newer community than the other places we visited; they actually just had a ribbon cutting before we got there. It is an independent living community.

Revel Eagle was the first place we visited when we didn't know the significant difference between independent and assisted. It is very open and new. It is the best place that we visited for amenities; however, we need the assisted living feature. The staff members are very professional, very kind, and very easy to interact and talk with. Probably the best amenities we saw were the salon, the fitness room, the movie room, and the café-bar/bistro type of facility.
