The facility is clean and bright. The staff is helpful and caring. The food is tasty and there appears to be plenty of it. My wife's room is nice but austere compared to home which I suppose should be no surprise. Frankly, I'm very glad to have gotten Kate into Creekside. The level of care is much better than I could provide here at home. I also brought daughter #3 and her new husband up to Creekside after they got married. Her husband is a Lt./Paramedic in the Cincinnati Fire Department. He said that Creekside was one of the nicest facilities he's been in and, as a fireman, he and his crew go into them all the time.

Living Well
Our Personal Touch Care Program is a holistic approach aimed at maintaining residents' well?-being and self-worth. It is a program that encompasses all aspects of our resident care.
While many think of "Activities" as pre-planned group events, such as exercise, crafts and music events where almost everyone participates, we think of "Activity" as everything the resident does throughout the day, whether planned or spontaneous. This includes our residents personal care, conversations with others and even time alone.
We spend a great deal of time assisting residents with personal care and the daily routines can become more meaningful when we are making sure we are using sensitivity and creativity to create the special Personal Care Moment.

I toured Creekside Inn Memory Care Community. Everybody was very nice. They had a beautiful facility. The only big drawback I had was they had shared rooms where they had no space and that wasn't going to work for my mom. They were very well laid out. They had a nice setup and everything. They had a game room, and areas for them to do group or individual activities. Lovely areas to look out at nice garden areas and stuff. They had a very nice-looking patio area. The staff was very cordial, very nice, and very informative.

I visited Creekside Memory Care on two separate unscheduled occasions with my sons and their wives. We all agreed that Creekside is the place we want for my husband when the time comes. All of our questions were answered during the tours and we found the facility clean and odor-free and nicely furnished. The staff were all pleasant and professional. Creekside remains the first and best choice for us.

I did a tour of Creekside Inn Memory Care Community. I didn't care for it because the odor was bad walking through it. The staff was decent, but I don't care for when you gasp for air when you're going through a building. The size of the room was pretty good. They had a nice living room for everybody. The place was kind of a mess around when you first drive in because they are adding on to the building. But other than that, it wasn't that bad. The dining area and the menu weren't bad. They say they do a lot of activities, but I didn't see an activity director or anything in that place. They didn't have all that much of an area for people to go outside in the back area, compared to the other place they had. The staff were really nice. The people in the front office were nice, and the gal who took us around, was decent to talk to and answered all of our questions. Except for the smell and not having a decent place for people to go outside for memory care of people, I would rate the facility a three. My dad loves being outside, and it wouldn't work for him. They're adding on, so it's kind of hard. It didn't look like they had much parking room, but they are putting new buildings in there.

My father is at Creekside Inn Memory Care Community. He seems to be doing OK. The upkeep is excellent. There was a lot of helpers there. Everybody was very polite. Their receptionist was just really fantastic. The head person was great. The only problem I had was the head nurse has not returned my call. They're not allowed to have food or sharp objects in their rooms. My father has a roommate, which is good for him. The rooms are big. I got to bring in his TV stand and his TV. They supplied the bed, nightstand, lights, and stuff like that. It looked really clean. They get two living rooms for meeting and televisions. They got card games. They have vans that they will take them out for field trips. They also would take them to the doctors. They got all kinds of activities. They have kids that come in and sing. It's always different every month. They got a beautiful outdoors where they can sit outside. It's beautiful landscaping. From inside and outside, it's beautiful. It's $7,100 because my father is in stage three and they have up to stage four. I think the price is a little high, and the reason for that is because we still have to supply every single thing for him. His three meals, snacks, and activities are included, but I think it was a little high compared to other places. However, he seems to be fitting in OK.

Creekside Inn Memory Care was beautiful. We toured it for my father, and we loved everything about it. It was clean, it was bright, and it was very well-staffed. The rooms were beautiful, and the courtyard was beautiful, but for us, it may be a little bit out of our price range. The gal that took us on the tour was very good. They have a grand piano there, and it was amazing that they play music for them. They do a bunch of different games, trivia, and we saw some puzzles. We saw a lot of really nice lawn furniture out in the courtyard. The place was nice.

Creekside Inn Memory Care Community seemed to have kind of older decor. I was only able to view one room from the outside because of the virus. It had very nice surroundings. From how it was laid out, I could see that it was very nice.

Creekside Inn Memory Care Community was a clean place. They get new people in, but before they get trained, they're losing them. In three years, they've had three different administrators. People were getting fired left and right. I would not recommend that place. During the first year my dad was there, he got excellent care. It went downhill after they fired the administrator and a couple of managers.

Our dad was at Creekside for the last 16 months of his life. Creekside staff assisted in bringing our dad in from out of state and were kind and compassionate through out his finally stages of Alzheimer's. We cannot find sufficient words to express our appreciation for the staff and care they gave our dad!!!

I placed mom at Creekside Inn. It's a nice facility, and the staff were very nice as well. The food was good. They were also less expensive compared to others.

Creekside is more suitable for Alzheimer's patients, but it is a lot more expensive. The rooms were much smaller. The staff was fabulous. They're wonderful and really good. The representative was very helpful. If people need advice even if they're not going to stay at Creekside, he's a wealth of information, and he is really very liberal with his information.
