While she resided at this facility, there were three different employees in the role of Memory Care Manager. In the same time frame, there were also three separate employees in the role of head nurse of the memory care side. Grace Caldwell Independent, Assisted Living & Memory Care is very attentive to my dad's needs. They have such a caring staff. They go on field trips, they do crafts, and exercises. They have a nice common area to watch TV and for visiting and a nice enclosed patio.

Grace Caldwell Independent, Assisted Living and Memory Care was wonderful. They have an exercise place, arts and crafts room, and a hair salon. Their one-bedrooms were big and very nice compared to the other facilities that I saw. They have everything you can think of. The hair salon, the activities room, and all that will be great for my mom and my stepdad. I think they would love it. They have just way more stuff for a cheaper price.

It was new and it's only been there for two or three years and they just built on more. I had a friend in there. The staff was incredible to her. They were very good to her and helped her a lot. I was very pleased with the care that they gave. The rooms were too small, but everything else was nice. She was in assisted living, so she needed assisted care, which meant that her diet should've been the diet that she needed, which was for a diabetic and they ended up feeding her so many potatoes and ...

I toured Grace Assisted Living at Caldwell for a tour. They gave us a chart or a calendar of what activities they were going to do that day. I don't think they were locked down compared to its sister community, people were moving around more and we liked what we saw there. My mother is at Grace - Caldwell Assisted Living. Management has been very cooperative and very willing to give her what she needs. If she needs to get out and walk around her son can come walk around with her. They're very lenient with doctor appointments on such short notice. It's perfect. She has her own apartment and her own furniture. They keep it very clean for her. Anything she wants to put on the walls, they come and do it for her with no notice.
