My husband moved to Overland Court Senior Living. They are very clean. Walking through, I can see them taking care of the other patients. They're just very caring. They're watchful. They came right away when we came in and introduced themselves to my husband. The cool thing they did was they put a big poster on his door that said welcome home, and all of the nurses signed it and wrote something. That was sweet. It's very pretty. The rooms are very nice. I like the fact that the rooms don't have a shower, they just have a half bath and a shower room.

My husband moved into Overland Court Senior Living. It's a great big space with a bathroom. The staff is very helpful. The food is OK. They do a lot of TV watching, but they have other activities. Their WiFi and cable TV sucks.

My father is now at Overland Court Senior Living. The staff members are super friendly. They're open about things and very encouraging. They had one studio available, and it was bigger than the ones that I saw in the other place. It's a good setup. It overlooks a private courtyard which is very nice. I like that there are no upstairs or downstairs because I'm worried about that with my father's wheelchair. The common dining area was set up in a restaurant-style. It is very open and very friendly. They have different activities that I haven't seen. The day my father moved in, they had 1950s food and decorations out, and they had a silent auction going on. It seems like they do a lot of activities in the dining room. It always has people there. It's very homey and very friendly. Also, my father likes the food better there than in the last place. They have a lot of options for activities. They will go on shopping trips, and they will take scenic type of drives. They have karaoke and they have movie nights. For amenities, they have a beauty/barbershop. They have a staff who does their laundry once a week. They have a bus that takes their residents to their medical appointments two days a week. They consider themselves open 24 hours. That way, family members can come in when it's more convenient for them, and that's always nice, too. They also have several courtyard areas, a garden area, and an indoor herb garden, which is kind of cool.

I toured Overland Court Senior Living. They were in the middle of a remodel, and it looked like they were updating it, so it was going to be nice. It was clean. There was hardly any staff interaction. The girl that toured me was very nice, but otherwise, we didn't meet any other caregivers. The room layout was very awkward like they had angles. It just looked like it would be very hard to arrange furniture in there. The bedrooms were bigger, which was nice. The bathroom was nice. It had storage, so that was great. But the rooms themselves were awkward enough; I felt like it would be very hard to furnish them. For amenities, they had the same things. They had an activity room, a salon, and a laundry facility.

We toured Overland Court Senior Living for my friend, and we were pleasantly surprised. It was clean. They also seem interested in the people living there and were trying to make it like a small community there. The staff seemed very informed. She was experienced in the industry and had been in it for a while. The rooms seemed spacious for what they are. For the most part, they seem to be individual rooms. They were able to show us not only some empty ones but also the ones that some of the residents were living in. They had been allowed to personalize them and hang things on the wall and those types of things. So, the rooms seemed fine, and they all had windows. The place was very clean and didn't have an odor.

The staff are all amazing here. From our very first warm and welcoming experience with Brenda, to the day to day interactions with caregivers, we are very pleased with the care our dad is receiving. He is now In memory care and is doing so much better than we ever could have dreamed. He loves the food and is happy. The caregivers are genuinely caring. We have popped in unannounced on several different times/days and the care is consistent all around. So glad we found Overland Court!

I would have really liked for my husband to get into Overland Court Senior Living. We're going to go on Medicaid, and they want 2 years of Medicaid before. I toured their assisted living, and it felt homey. It felt great, and it looked clean. The rooms that I looked at were nice. It looked like they were trying to engage everybody in some kind of activity. They were watching a movie when I toured through. Apparently, there are a couple of chefs on board that prepare the meals. There's a restaurant-type menu board that they give you. I did not taste the food, so I have no idea how it is. The person who assisted me was very pleasant, very courteous, and very professional. He was very good at giving me the information that I needed.

My mother has moved into Overland Court Senior Living. I chose them because they were consistent with what they were a couple of years ago. There's a lot of long-term staff. She's in memory care there. The staff is friendly, outgoing, and compassionate. She said the food was really good. They do puzzles, they have movies, memory games, and group activities, they can cook with the activity director, and they go on outings in the facility van. They have gardening which is something my mom likes to do. They have a courtyard, a walking path, and a raised garden bed. It's a fenced-in area that's locked. They have to be escorted out though.

My dad is currently in Overland Court Senior Living. I think the upkeep, the layout, and everything about it is excellent. It made a good first impression on us. It's not one of those new facilities where everything's brand new and shiny. It's actually an older community, but they have taken very good care of it. They not only have the inside wonderful, but the outside was probably the best we saw. They had more garden areas, and they have a walking path for their residents. We haven't met any person that isn't excellent or above. They have been amazing to us, and they have been absolutely amazing to dad. I couldn't say enough good things about them. He got to go to a happy hour one night. He was so excited about it. They had other activities going too. He just hasn't been there that long, so we're not that familiar with it. He's gone through a process of getting adjusted to not being independent and, it's been hard for him. They were so patient with him and kind. Today he's getting his haircut. He's had pedicures and massages that he really enjoys. He raves about food there. He loves it, and he thinks it's just excellent. For what he's getting and what we're paying for, I think that it was the best we went to. They're right on par with other facilities. Their move-in fee was a little bit higher though. They offered a discount for the move-in fee and five months of his rent. If he stayed there for 24 months, he could qualify for Medicaid or we could choose to have him qualified for 15 months.

My parents are current residents at Overland Court Senior Living in Boise, and have been there for a little over a year. Colleen, Melanie, Karen, Kayla, Alicia, and the entire care staff are amazing and I'm so thankful that my parents are being so well taken care of. We had a pretty awful experience at the previous property where they were living in Caldwell and I was so worried when I was looking to move them. Allen, Colleen and Melanie were the first people I met. They were compassionate, welcoming and transparent. Best decision I've ever made! My parents are doing pretty well, despite the Covid restrictions and this is a direct result of the entire team at Overland Court and Karen, the Activities Director, for their positive attitudes, love and compassion for their residents. Every time I ask my parents if their doing ok, their response is always the same. "We are doing fine and they treat us really well here". :) I can't say enough about Overland Court and Frontier Management. Thank you so much for all you do and for the wonderful team you have in place in Boise. I am forever grateful.

Our parents are both in the Memory Care Unit. The staff that works for Overland are caring, compassionate, observe detail and love our parents well. Today my sister and I needed to take mom to get her eye glasses adjusted. Debra from the day shift was passing by and saw that we were struggling to get mom in the car. She was scared. Debra offered to help, got into the car and helped lift mom up. She gave us some pointers. We were & are grateful for her continued kindness. Jan, Ewsay, Shanna, Christine, the Bosnia women, Tina, Sarah, Emily and the activities folks, and all three shifts are great ladies and give of their heart and serve well. Grateful, also, for the Memory Care unit's R.N, Katie. She affirms, instructs and makes you laugh when it is hard to do so. Thank you, ladies!!

My Mom was at Overland Court and her care was excellent. She had some serious behavior problems and the staff went way beyond what should have been expected by us. I would highly recommend this facility,

My mother has been in the assisted living at Overland Court Overland Court for two weeks, and the level of care is extremely high. I'm pleased with the attention that they give her. The level of attention, care, and communication with the family is very high, too. My mother's room has just been updated with brand-new carpeting and flooring. Everything in the room is updated. It looks like a brand-new room. They have a lot of activities. Yesterday, they had country-western girls singing. There is usually something going on every day, shopping, and other activities.

Overland Court felt friendly and didn’t smell. We were in the assisted living part first, which was very nice, and then we went into their memory care, and I was very impressed with everything. The people were very nice, and I liked the fact that they had a dog in the memory care unit. The rooms were adequate.

It just seemed like the people are a lot older in Overland Court. It was not as modern, and the inside was darker, but the lady who runs the place was great. She probably was more knowledgeable than the lady at the other newer place.
Very grateful to O.C.

I am so appreciate of the care giving and administration staff at Overland Court Senior Living. My mom spent the last two years of her life at this home. I could not have had asked for a better experience, The caregiving staff was so wonderful to my mom, as well as to me, during her stay and I will forever be thankful. I would specifically like to mention Jim V., the director a the facility, who was always helpful and attentive to my mother's care. He has hired an excellent staff who truly care about the residents and their well being.

My loved-one was at Overland Court Senior Living for three weeks. This facility was very helpful. I liked the ratio of care. I also liked that the living quarters were separate from the general area. I really liked Overland Court Senior Living. The rooms were for memory care, so they didn’t have a kitchenette. It was a nice single-room. The staff was phenomenal. They were very caring people.

I had been to Overland Court, and we would go there again with my niece. We were impressed. We looked at the rooms, and we would look at them again on Friday. The director was very impressive, and I met the nurse. I felt that they were doing a good job trying to provide activities, ones that they were able to do. I did not see a lot of people in the rooms lying in bed or sitting. As long as they could do things, they tried to do that. They had a separate staff to do, like, the cleaning and the kitchen. It was a larger facility, so the CNAs do not have to do any of the chores; they had designated staff for them, which I thought was really impressive. I did not like it when CNAs had to do everything. In lots of smaller places, that's what happened, and they did not have time to take care of the residents. I would recommend them to others.

Our mom has been living there for 1-1/2 years. We were do impressed with the staff. Mom was coming from rehab facility for a leg injury and surgery. They were awesome. My family was also dealing with an illness concerning my niece, we were told before we even moved mom in. "You two take care of your niece, we'll take care of your mom". They helped us every step of the way. They are truly amazing. Mom loves it so much. They have so many activities it's difficult to be had all of them. I highly recommend this facility for anyone looking for a safe and loving space for their loved one.

Overland Court was very impressive. The staff was very helpful. The gentlemen who I believe was the director of the facility gave us a tour. He helped us not only with the facility, but also with some auxiliary information. We saw the rooms, and we liked the way they were laid out. They were spacious.

First of all, Overland Court smelled. It looked clean, but they are not keeping it clean, and their rooms were really tiny and cluttered. I wouldn't recommend this one to anybody.

My mother was at Overland Court for a couple of years. That was a wonderful place, and I loved it; she loved it. The food was excellent, and we had choices. We didn't just have to eat whatever they put in front of you. There were a lot of people there. Her room was very nice. She had one of the larger ones that kind of had a division between her living space and her sleeping area. I loved the staff; they were great.

Overland Court Senior Living was our second choice, but it didn’t have any openings right away. The visit was pleasant, and they did a nice job. The staff certainly did seem friendly. I was satisfied. They liked to get their residents involved in activities, and it was a very bright, cheery, and sort of friendly atmosphere. They had gardening which was nice for people who wanted to do that.

We chose Overland Court for my mom because it had several of the things that we were looking for such as the price and the amenities. It is very comfortable and very attractive, people are very caring, and we just like it. They have activities all the time like bingo and cards, and then they had a Halloween party and a contest, they have music, concerts, people come in, and movies. When I walked into this facility, I felt at home. It just had a homey feeling. The thing that I like about it is when someone comes in, even if the carpet looks just a bit worn, they'd replace it. So when you are moving into an apartment, it looks new. They are always clean, and the tablecloths always look fresh.

We placed my mother in Overland Court. There are around 80 people in it with ages the same as my mother. Everybody has their own little studio apartment, and they have some larger ones for couples. They have a lot of activities. They do something every day, and they don’t let them sit around. They take them out on drives also. They offer church services there. The food is good, and they offer snacks all day long. The place is very clean. They come in and empty the trash every day and make the bed. Once a week they really clean the place, change the linens and do the laundry. The staff is all friendly, and the people living there seem to be happy and friendly.

Overland Court was a newer facility. It was very beautiful, light and bright. The rooms were in the right size and the food was wonderful. The people there seemed extremely pleased.
