My brother-in-law was at Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation for about a week. The staff was friendly. He ate pretty successfully there, so I would say the food was good. Some areas could be cleaner. There was damage in the ceiling, and so you were looking up at a blank space. And it seemed like they were short-staffed on the nursing end because it always smelled bad.

My husband was in Woodstock Rehab for 10 days and we were pleasantly surprised. The PT was excellent and caring, thanks to Erin and others. The nursing staff kind, thoughtful and on top of my husbands many medications, thanks to LaTonda. Melissa was a ray of sunshine and a hard worker and took her time to stop in when she could and even the maintenance man made the rounds talking to patients and taking time to cheer folks up. When my husband went in he could barely get out of bed. He’s happy to be home now using a walker. We will both have good memories of Woodstock Rehab. Thanks to all the people who do these hard jobs taking care of others.

I’m very happy with Woodstock Nursing. My mother has been here for two years and she is very well cared for and attended to. The staff is always pleasant and very caring, answers any concerns I have right away, and has a variety of activities for her to participate in. The rehab dogs are a plus when they visit! Lately they’ve been adding more landscaping and the courtyard is an enjoyable place to watch the birds and visit.

This is a terrible facility. I will say the therapy was good but everything else absolutely awful. My mother did not even receive basic hygiene. All her clothing and belongings were either lost or stolen. It was very hard to get them to release her.

I was here for rehab and am a retired NP. I found the care was of high quality . They would run out of meds rarely and would administer meds as soon as they came in. If you are expecting a hospital these rehab/nursing home places will not meet your expectations. If you want a place that is clean, they care and will give excellent rehab care then this is it. I have been in two other rehab hospitals and they were really terrible .

MY mother was recently at Woodstock Nursing and Rehab and it was the worst experience at a rehab facility she has ever had. They didn't treat her like a human, more like an animal. One day she called me crying because she asked for assistance to get to the bathroom and was told "we are too busy, just sit there and go". That type of response deprives people of their dignity. They did not communicate very well with family. There were a couple of employees who were outstanding, but most acted like they didn't care.

My mother was in Woodstock Nursing Home and Rehabilitation Center. It stank, it wasn't pleasant to go and see her there, and it looked very crowded. The people working there talked among themselves and looked at their phones.

Always running out of medicine for the patients not giving them their meds. Everytime I ask about quality of care they always say they're short-staffed

My husband is in Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. They give him excellent care. He is in the Alzheimer's unit. They are well staffed there. They call me with the least little things that happen to him, and they keep me well informed about what's going on. It is a small facility right at downtown Woodstock. They don't have have a lot of ground area, but my husband is behind locked doors because of the Alzheimer's. They don't want him to wander, so they keep a close tab on him. In the nursing home portion, they do have a nice courtyard where the people can go and get outside or sit outside. My husband used to do that when he was not there for Alzheimer's. I think their price is reasonable at most, and his Medicare/Medicaid helps cover the bulk of the cost. I think given the care he gets, I don't know if I would find any comparable care for less money anywhere. The peace of mind that I have knowing that he is well cared for is worth it. It's definitely highly recommended.

I was going to entrust my relative to their care. They accepted her, spoke w business office, etc. Arranged to remove her and they had denied her admission and never alerted me. I almost removed my mom from her facility and drove her there, where they would have refused her admission. They called me after my current facility emailed them I needed to know this. They maintain they left me a message, I validated no call no message. They gave me 2 differing reasons for the denial then blamed the current facility for their denial and their (Woodstock's) administrator. I tell this story to all and sundry to warn people not to use them. Beware.

When you go in for a tour the place was clean and everybody was so friendly. We finally admitted our love one. We were happy at first but the nursing staff is very unpleasant. The care in the place is not good at all, especially on the weekend. Not enough help at all. My loved one needed help and it took an hour to get someone. I am very displeased! !

I liked Woodstock Nursing and Rehabilitation Center. It was a nice clean place with two to three patients per room. The staff were friendly. I was trying to get my father in there but they didn't have a room for him.

Woodstock Nursing and Rehab was close to home. It was clean, the service and the care was good, and we had no problem with anything. They had a cookout during holidays, bingo games, and church groups would also come in. My father was well taken care of.
