My relative is at Harborview Satilla. They have nursing care facilities. I've seen her meals, and they looked very good. She is a picky eater, but she eats all of them. The ambience of the facility is pretty. I think it's a good facility. As far as my experience with nursing homes, it meets medium to high standards. The nurses come in quite frequently to check on the patients. The overall setting is good. It's not depressing; it's very uplifting. They have activities. I've seen residents in their dining area playing games and doing things. The staff members are very cordial. They acknowledge you, and they're very active with the patients. They're not all just sitting in their station; they're working the halls and they're with the patients. They have also worked with my relative's payments as far as the insurance she has. Everything has been solid. They schedule calls with us to give us updates. The heads of each department are all on the phone giving you updates, and I like that a lot.
