We made an impromptu visit to Southern Pines. Everybody was friendly and accommodating. Everything was clean. The rooms and the dining hall were clean. It was very impressive, and they seemed to care about the patients. Joshua gave us a walk-through, and he was amazing and knowledgeable. It was a great experience. My brother and sister-in-law went back yesterday and toured again with Ali and I think she's the admissions director. She was great. She walked them through again and told them a little bit more information since we were impromptu on Sunday. They got more depth and they've just been great.
