I toured Atria Park of Tucker. The memory care part is roomy and bright. They have what looks like a lot of things to do. I just like the overall look of it. The people were nice. It's very clean and the people are very friendly and nice to the people who live there.

I toured Atria Park of Tucker. The staff members were very accommodating and easy to talk to. The facility was pretty up to date. They got just about everything. I can't think of anything they could improve on.

My mother has dementia and at the last minute my family had to make a decision to place her in an assisted living facility. I visited Atria Park and immediately I was like this is where I would like my mom to live. Olivia and the staff were very accommodating and patient with my family as my mom was moving from another state. My mom is adjusting very well and even calls Atria her home. I feel a weight has been lifted off my shoulders. Thank you.

The overall experience of my LO was very good. He got to know several of the staff members and enjoyed camaraderie with them. He enjoyed movie nights and bingo. The only thing I would mention that needs attention is the age of the infrastructure. It could use a facelift, e.g. change out the hallway carpets for floating flooring, upgrade the main elevator - reliability was a real issue with it going out several times

My mother has been a resident of Atria Park of Tucker for 3 years. We couldn't be more pleased with the facilities, activities, staff and food. My mother requires a lot of hands-on care and the staff have treated her with skill, respect and caring. It was a blessing when we found Atria!

My sister was at Atria Park of Tucker. They have nice staff, but I feel like they are not comfortable enough following their policies for things when somebody acts out. Like they would call me about it instead of following their own policies. They were like, 'Maybe you could come and talk to your sister,' and I'm like, 'That's not my job. Your job is to follow whatever it is you're supposed to be doing.' Not that I wouldn't talk to my sister, but I felt like they just let some stuff slide. They weren't accountable for things they needed to be accountable for. The facility was nice enough. My sister is and was in some ways a hard case. She's got a definite opinion about everything. She has dementia. But she doesn't think she has dementia, and it made her very unhappy. They were very nice to her though. The staff liked her just fine because she could talk to people. But when she was in a place where she was acting out about stuff, they were not very good about dealing with it in a way that I felt needed to be dealt with. They had all the same kinds of activities and all that kind of stuff, but my sister did not take advantage of any of them because she wasn't interested in them. The food was not great. It was very institutionalized. It was a set menu every day. One of the things that my sister complained about was the food. Our younger brother is a chef, so we both like to eat really good food, so it was very difficult for her. It was like cafeteria institution food. It was not interesting. I ate there several times. It was boring as hell. She didn't have any choice about what she wanted. They weren't horrible but they weren't a good fit for her.

I have been here for about two month. I like it so far. The staff and residents are friendly. I have made a few friends. My apartment is much smaller than my home but it very nice. I enjoy the activities and the community is clean. The only problem I have is that some of the residents are hard of hearing which can be difficult to have a conversation at times. I have made some friend that are not hard of hearing and we have good times. My neighbor is great and my friend on the other hallway is great. I sit with her at meals. I enjoy it here and would recommend Atria to others.

Atria is very safe, clean and accommodating to the needs of it's residents. The staff appears to be very patient with it's Memory Care residents. The rooms are spacious and accessible. There appears to be better spacing between residents rooms.

We liked Atria Park of Tucker. It is closer to home. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very comparable to the other facility, and the cost was about the same. They have nice gardens in the back. It seemed to be very clean and very well-managed. They had different activities.

I like Atria Park of Tucker's location, the layout of the property, and that the property was in great shape. The staff was also very welcoming and friendly. I saw their assisted living and they have different things the residents could do like a little garden, a park, a walking area, a library, arts and crafts, and things like that. During my tour, they were performing arts and crafts and making some masks for Mardi Gras. Some ladies were doing that and there were some people doing puzzles, some were walking, and some were getting ready for lunch.

I highly recommend Atria Park of Tucker! This community was there for me and my loved one when an immediate need arose. From the initial phone interview to visiting the facility and meeting the professional staff, who helped to make an extremely stressful situation flow smoothly. They were most accommodating and we were able to secure a place in only a few days. The caring staff, private apartments, good food and welcoming residents make it easy to settle into this community.

I visited Atria Park of Tucker. It was clean and affordable. The people are nice, and they seem to have the services that we need. The staff was very friendly and welcoming. They have a patio, courtyard, and foyer area. They have a small kitchenette area with a small refrigerator, small things, and a microwave.

I liked the community the residents seemed happy. The facility was clean and staff was extremely friendly. I wanted to move my mother in, but unfortunately she decided to stay in her home out of state. If the opportunity for her to move in the future becomes available, I will definitely chose atria.

I am a resident at Atria. The food is always tasty, the staff is excellent, the community is always very clean and my apartment is okay. Everything is convenient. I like the staff. Donya and Betty D. are sweethearts. The other residents are interesting people although, some may not be able to hear you because they have hearing difficulties. I really like the activities and the daily chronicles. There are puzzles in the daily handouts and, I love the quotes that are in there

Atria of Tucker is the best place to care for your loved one. The staff and management has treated us like family since we walked in the door. My dad has found his new home, closer to me, closer to his medical providers and the care is consistent. His one bedroom apartment is quite spacious. There is a schedule of activities daily to engage the community and everything is very thoughtful.

My dad recently suffered a stroke and after looking for an assistant living facility for him to continue his rehab and recovery, I selected Altria park in tucker,Ga. After speaking to a member of the staff and being blown away by her level of support, concern and knowledge I knew this was the best place for my father. The entire staff was very nice and attentive and made us feel very comfortable. The facility is very clean and the room is very comfortable and immediately made my father feel like he was at home.

I couldn’t possibly say enough good about this community. When my dad needed to go into assisted living his GP that he’s had for 30 years recommended it. After doing some research it seemed to be the best bet around and now that my dad is in there that is 100% the truth! The staff genuinely cares about the people who live in the community. On our first visit the executive direct, Sam said that he thinks of it like it is the resident’s home and he and his staff are there to help. And that is definitely the mentality that I’ve seen. I highly recommend Atria Park of Tucker!

So far so good: I have yet to move my mother into the apartment, although I have rented it for a month to prepare it. With the exception of a weekend receptionist (who refused to open the loading dock door so I could take some boxes to the dumpster), everyone is polite, helpful, and responsive. Olivia and Juliet have been especially kind and helpful!

Atria Park of Tucker is our second choice. It's very homey and had a big list of activities. They had beautiful gardens for the residents to walk in. The apartments were comparable to the other community we liked. I only met a few staff members when I toured.

Atria Tucker was very nice and very slick. There's nothing wrong with them, but it was very obvious that it's a profitable business. The staff was great, and they seemed to offer a lot for more active people. It wasn't worth it for me.

Placing a loved one is an important and emotional decision. While the hourly staff of the facility are amazing and the residents are lovely, the management is terrible. Very dismissive of family concerns and feedback. When an elderly person can't speak for theirselves someone needs to be their advocate. For the cost of this facility they are very hands off, the food is poor quality and cleanliness is mediocre at best. My loved one had roaches in their room and when we complained we were dismissed.

Atria was very nice, and the people were very helpful. It’s an assisted living facility, and they also have dementia care. It had adequate facilities for seniors requiring assisted living. The grounds were very neat and nice. The dining area was very much like a restaurant dining situation. The food looked very good, and from what I understand from a couple of friends, it was very good. Everything is easy access, and the people taking care of the people staying there seemed to be very attentive.

WORST management ever. I was told I would be called after having a couple of questions after moving my loved one in, when asked after 5 days why I wasn't called, was told "that was pushed down on my list". It's all about money and not about the care.

I visited Arbor Terrace/Atria Tucker. It was very pleasant and well run. It had a light color interior and the plants were all alive. It looked like it was well taken care of.

The appearance and everything in Atria Tucker seem to be okay. I did visit this place for my mother. The facility didn't look much different from the one where she is in right now; however, the price is definitely higher. Everybody was friendly. I do know they have activities but I don't know specifically what those activities are.

We chose Arbor Terrace of Tucker for my mom because of its location and the cost. The food is very good and the staff is very nice and friendly. They've already had a housewarming party to welcome us and make us feel welcome. We are impressed with their details as far as their care is concerned. They give us information on exactly what takes place at a given time. My mom seems to be happy since she moved in there. I've been there a couple of times when the shift changed and they haven't been aware of what's been going on during the previous shift every single time, so they probably need to improve on this.

I found this facility to be clean, fresh smelling and brightly appointed. I never worried about her care since they always called me if she fell or there was a change in her medications. Her caregivers took care of the little things like hair and nails. Her laundry was always done on time and the group activities were available even if she did not take part of them. She particularly enjoyed the piano playing.

It was absolutely fantastic. I think my favorite part of it is the fact that most (if not all) of the apartments had their own patio, with window gardens, etc. The facility itself is actually a group of three different facilities ranging from retirement communities to full-on assisted living. Because of that, different rooms had different amenities, but the common thread was that they were all akin to a small apartment. Church services are given weekly for various religions, going so far as to have priests and rabbi come onto property to deliver their service. Additionally, there are a TON of activities beyond the standard "bingo hour" that encourage a lot of social interaction and the like. Not only that, but visiting as a family member is fantastic because of the absolutely delicious Sunday brunch they have their, wow! Hair salon, small drugstore-type shop, and plenty of greenspace... there's nary a reason to leave!

When coming here everything was simple nothing too major going on. Most of the seniors were watching television or socializing with a few of the employees. I did notice a photographer there taking free family pictures for one pose of the seniors that had relatives visiting them.

I visited here and observed a clean, neat, and professional living environment, It seemed to me that the staff really know what they are doing and care for the elderly. when i was there it was family fun day where the some of the staff helped the seniors and their family with different activities such as face painting, exercise, and taking family pictures.
