They were very attentive in the admission process. Helping answer all of our questions and making sure we felt welcome and comfortable. The staff are always pleasant at my visits and are helpful in answering my questions. They seem to really care about my loved one. I would recommend them to a friend or other family member!

The facility is clean and the staff are attentive to residents' needs. Residents are encouraged to attend activities such as bingo, church, and sings.

Staff and administration are very easy to work with and are helpful. From the time I walk in the door, I’m greeted with a smile by staff in the front office. All the staff (nurses, cnas, administration) Ive encountered have been pleasant, will smile and offer to answer any questions I have. Frequently, there are volunteers doing activities with residents (church and bingo).

I would like to start by saying that every time I call this place, they answer the phone with a smile and let me know they are "Having a Great Day"! When I walk into the facility,it is clean and I'm welcomed by a friendly face and warm smile. They staff is very hospitable. Within, the facility, they have a huge monthly calendar filled with activities for the residents to participant in every day. The activity director does a great job gathering everyone to get involved with their peers. I hear that bingo and the gospel sings are a big hit at this facility. The facility is clean and well kept and when there are spills, I have witnessed immediate attention taken to quickly resolving the clean up. On sunny days when I visit, you will find the residents hanging out on the front porch in the rocking chairs or in the court yard enjoying the serenity and taking in the sunshine, which is good for the soul. They have an array of flowers and a beautiful fountain with fish swimming to admire. Down in the therapy wing, you will find patients, working hard reaching theirs goals and having fun while doing it. I hear that therapy works them hard, but the patients say they would not have come so far without their push and motivation.

Staff is friendly and environment is very clean. Activities to engage patients are frequent and fun. Therapy provided here is great quality as we get patients to care for in Home Health from their short term stays here, and these patients continue to make great strides at home in recovery

My brother was sent there for therapy after an accident. The food was inedible. He had to ask for a bath. The place is no longer clean as stated in the other review and smelled horrible. The grounds are limited too with nothing to look at all day. This would be my LAST resort!

The facility was extremely clean and very brightly lit, yet it felt very cold and uninviting. While being clean is a good thing, the facility was cleaned to the point that it felt sterile, almost like a live-in hospital. The facility not only looked like a hospital but it also had the chemical odor that hospital hallways often smell of. The staff of the facility seemed as nice and attentive as they could possibly be to the residents but they also appeared to be hopelessly outnumbered by the elderly people living at the facility at the time of my visit. After looking at the facility and the small amount of staff members, I had to wonder if they did not spend most of the their time cleaning and maintaining the appearance of the facility instead of tending to the residents even though I saw no signs of neglect in my interactions with the residents.

the staff was very nice. They took good care of my relative for 2 years and visied everyday to make sure the patient was being groomed properly and the living conditions were appropriate. Overall the providers were very respectful and attended to problems in a timely manner.
