I moved into Heartis Suwanee. I like that they have a lot to do. The most important thing for me was the restaurants that I could go to and eat at because I don't really cook for myself anymore. The facility was very clean. The people are friendly. So far, so good. I have lots and lots of cabinets. There's a washer and dryer. Everything is just nice and clean. I have all the convenience of home. They have breakfast, lunch, and dinner, and you get to choose two. They have a swimming pool in the courtyard. They have an open area upstairs with a barbecue. It is expensive, but you get what you pay for.

Heartis Suwanee was nice. It's kind of big. It has five buildings. The staff said they have 85 independent units and they're nice. I thought they were a little more expensive than others. They want $4900 for a two-bedroom, which I thought was a little high, but they're real nice and everybody there seems to be happy. It's well maintained, I could tell from my one-day visit. The staff was very nice. Emily was very prompt. The woman at the concierge was just as sweet as she could be. The minute I got there, I said I was looking for Emily and she called her and said, "She'd be right here." I did not eat the food, but the people that live there think the food is good. They got a nice-looking pool table and a room for that. It's kind of like an atrium and it overlooks the lobby.

Food is not as good as it used to be. New cook burns food and serves smaller portions. Long waits to be served. Carpets are dirty. Windows are dirty. Spotty concierge service. Unreliable maid service.

Heartis Suwanee was very clean and the place was nice. The only drawback for us was even though it wasn't that far from Downtown Atlanta, the highway and getting around and getting to the place, the traffic was kind of messy. The dining facilities looked very nice. The other features there in terms of salon and gym and stuff all looked appealing. The rooms were OK, size-wise. The amenities looked sufficient for us. They're nearby restaurants and shopping malls.

Heartis Suwanee was right in the middle of town. It was a nice place but it was just too far from us, so it was not somewhere where we would like to live. We saw an apartment, and it was fine. We didn't think it was big enough. I think the facility was fairly new. It was very nice and clean. The staff were very nice and very helpful.

My mother will be moving into Heartis Suwanee. When the staff called me, she was very polite. She asked me to explain my mom's situation and what she was looking for. She went out of her way to make me feel comfortable. She met the budget. It was basically the budget that I was looking for, for my mom that included everything that she needed. She didn't have to worry about anything additional. Everything's just going to come up to that one payment. She made me feel like everything I was looking for is just one-stop shop. When I went to see it myself, I was just blown away. The area was beautiful. It's up and coming and developing, and when you walk in, it's not like walking into an old folks home or senior living. It's like walking into a hotel. That was one of the other things that caught my eye that I was really amazed about. They had the concierge and someone at the front desk. You didn't have to go look for anyone when you walked in the door. The staff who talked to me was very passionate and very caring. We talked for a long time. She let me just express a lot of things that I had to express about my mom and everything that I was looking for for my mom. She really touched base with everything. The apartment was beautiful. For the price, it's worth it. It's an apartment that your parents that worked so hard all their lives would want to retire in. It's everything she wanted and more. I haven't had their food, but by the time I went it was lunchtime. I've seen a lot of residents just sitting there enjoying their meal. It was nice. It was very clean. They have the independent building, and then right next door, not too far, you have the assisted living. They'll just move next door if they get to that point.

Heartis Suwanee was beautiful. It's gorgeous. It's everything that you would want in an independent living. Out of everything that I started to look at, it is by far like a five-star resort. The people that greet you and take you on the tour were just amazing. It's absolutely amazing, but what I'm struggling with is that the amazing part comes at a cost. It is probably the most expensive one we've looked at, and right now I'm looking at an alternative. My father who passed away was a veteran and they aligned themselves with a place called Patriot Angels. Hopefully by talking to them we might be able to have them help subsidize the cost of living in a place that would be that expensive. They have a restaurant, a weight room, a hair salon, and a massage place within it. It's just fantastic. It had very high ceilings, which were gorgeous. I looked at a studio apartment, a one-bedroom apartment, and what they call the one-bedroom plus apartment. I would want to live in any one of those. They're clean and efficient. My mother still cooks and they all have kitchens. They have everything when it comes to activities, from bingo to all of the units facing a common court area where they have music and bingo. Mom could literally not even leave her unit. She could sit on her balcony and listen to music from local bands. They also have dances, bunco, mahjong, and pretty much anything that you could think of. They have an entire list of activities, both on the premises and what they can sign up for to take them off the premises. They even sent us a little gift when we left. So, they're very, very polished.

Dad was at Heartis Suwanee for respite under memory care. It's a small community with large rooms. They got great food and great activities. He had three full meals plus snacks. They present the residents with a menu before the day and let them pick what they want. They had daily devotionals, trips outside, and games. It was very new and modern.

Heartis Suwanee was nice. It was smaller than the other place, and they didn't have as many residents. The nurse, Camille, was professional and competent. I took a tour with Venus. You could tell she cared. They all cared about the people there. They were all professional and answered all my questions. They had lounging areas and a movie theater. They offered a lot of activities. The residents have outings on Wednesdays. They had a gym and a place to do therapy. They had really nice facilities.

We toured Heartis Suwanee and it's one of those I liked the most. The building had multilayers to it, they're three to four stories. I like the units, how they looked, and the appliances themselves. But the multi-levels concern me the most, I'm not sure if the elevator workings would be favorable for my mom. The best thing that I liked was the newness of the units, and the least I liked was that it's a three-story building. The one individual that I talked to the day that I was there was very forthcoming, very responsive, and very positive. They had quite a few activities for the seniors, outdoor space, and other amenities like a salon. It's located close to hospitals, restaurants, the fire department, and all that kind of stuff.

Heartis Suwanee was more like a condominium feel where you get in an elevator. It was brand new, and the rooms were nice and clean. It's right across from the Suwanee Town Center, so it's a good location. The rooms were brand new and clean. I didn't see any people doing activities or anything. The staff has been very friendly and helpful. That was probably the place where we're going to put my mother-in-law, but she didn't qualify to go there. They have a big courtyard and they have a big balcony on top. I like the location. I didn't see anything wrong with it.

We went to look at Heartis Suwanee. My mom felt it was very commercial, and she did not like that feeling. We had met with the salesperson who took us around, and we had a good feeling about it, but she was in a hurry. They never even followed up after the visit, which surprised me. They had a full-size refrigerator in the apartments. Everything looked clean, and the facilities looked fine. The dining area was restaurant-style. They have a nice courtyard.

Heartis Suwanee was a beautiful facility, very bright, and secure. The staff was incredibly courteous. The rooms were large, new, and looked very up to date. I did not try the food, but the dining area looked very comparable to the other place I toured. It was very, very wide, big, bright, open, and atrium style dining. It was very spacious and looked very nice. They have movie nights, exercise, bingo, field trips, crafts, and game nights. They have everything under the sun, that you can imagine that a senior might be interested in doing. The location was not bad, but it's at a busy intersection and was inconvenient to me. It did not have the same sedate feel that the other place did. The Heartis was wonderful inside, but the surroundings where it was is very newly created, so there was just a lot of open space to a very busy intersection. The staff that gave the tour was outstanding. She was incredibly helpful, courteous and energetic. She brought in a nurse for me to talk to about things. The facility was brand new, very bright, very clean, and very spacious.

My second choice would probably be Heartis Suwanee. It was further away from my house. It was a beautiful place with good activities. The people seemed happy. The facility was immaculate. The library is across the street. There is also the town center across the street, so when the COVID restrictions lighten, there will be shopping and things to do there. The rooms were very nice but a bit small, so I don't think they're necessarily priced correctly for the size.

My mother-in-law moved into Heartis Suwanee. So far, it's been awesome, the staff I dealt with is friendly, responsive, they're been where they're supposed to be, and I never had to search somebody down. It's brand new, so the accommodations are very nice, and my mother-in-law likes the food, she said it's very good. Dining is restaurant style with tables, tablecloths, servers, and so it's very nice. It's definitely worth the trip, it's a beautiful facility with lots of stuff to do for an active adult. My mother-in-law moved in there without knowing anyone, and within a few days she was in outings with other women and making friends, so it's a very welcoming community.

Heartis Suwanee was beautiful and brand new, but it was a little disorganized the first time I went. They did a better job with the second tour. The residents I met seemed nice. It's modern and really nice inside.

Heartis Suwanee was lovely. We liked it very much, but it was very large and overwhelming for my brother. The rooms were very nice and very upscale. It's a very modern and new place. They can take a lot of residents there. They have two buildings, one for couples that just want to retire and be independent, and another building for those that need care, memory care, and hospice. It's a huge building and my brother is very small and quiet; he would not have fit in. They had all types of activities, and they had a beautiful outdoor place where they could all meet up. They could even have pets if they could handle them on their own. They also have a bus if they are able to go for activities. We were very impressed, but my brother would be lost there. The staff was very nice and informative.
