My cousin lives in Harmony at Savannah. The apartments are very well-appointed and very spacious. There are elevators that are close by to accommodate those with mobility problems (my cousin has a mobility problem, she's on a walker). The place is very attractive. The staff that I had met were very nice and accommodating. One thing I don't like about the place is that their parking lot is not friendly to the residents. People with cars have to park way out at the far end, whereas donors who pay and help support Harmony at Savannah get to park way right up front and they're generally not people with mobility problems. So I think that's a fault. They have two handicapped spots and they're taken up by people that are visiting, not people that live there. Outside of that, the facility is well-run and has services available. It is excellent. The activities look like they're available on a regular basis and part of it requires that you make some friends and have people to do things within the facility. They also have movies, speakers, games, and lots of rooms dedicated to different board games and meetings. I've looked at other places and I think that it's a fair price she's paying there.

I have visited Harmony at Savannah, it's expensive but it's lovely. The person who gave the tour was fantastic. The facility was new and it was clean. It's one of the nicest places I've ever seen. Harmony was fantastic and well-run, and the staff is very helpful. It seems like an ideal place for my daddy. We had a meal there, and it was fine. It was well-maintained, the staff was very good, and we had nothing but good things to say about Harmony. They have a lot of amenities that would be of interest to my daddy. For example, they have a pool room, they have a lounge downstairs where they serve beer and wine, which is quite nice. They have a nice large path in the back area of the property where you can go walk around, which is important because when people are old, they need to get out and get some fresh air every once in a while. This place has a very nice, very large area in the back with nice paths that go around there so you can get out and have some nice fresh air, enjoy some nice scenery, and it's quite lovely.

Harmony at Savannah was absolutely beautiful. If I was going to be moving within the next year, that's probably what I would have chosen. The rooms were nice. The people were nice. I got a good feeling about it when I visited it. They had the exercise rooms. It was a nice and newer facility. It was back in an area of Savannah that was nice. There was a lot of good things about it. I looked at the menu. I saw the dining area, and it looked pretty decent. Everybody I met was wonderful. They were extremely nice, friendly, and helpful. They offered pretty much anything. They had daily functions, card games, and outings, like shopping trips. The rooms seemed a little bit bigger than some of the others and laid out better.

Horrible management. My mother loved living there but the Executive Director is never there during the day and doesn’t address issues.

We got to see Harmony at Savannah, and it was lovely. Everybody was great, the facility and people were great. My brother had a golf cart, and the other place we chose was adjacent to it, while that was not the case with Harmony. The place was awesome, and the physical appearance was great. They were cautious, wearing masks, and were following protocol.

I moved into Harmony at Savannah. It's a very nice place and I'm very happy here. We eat together in the big dining room, and that's one of the reasons I moved here. The staff is nice, everyone is nice, the rooms are nice and big here with big bathrooms, and you don't have to crawl over the edges of them, you just walk in. There's always something here all the time, and they have a big library.

We toured Harmony at Savannah. It was a great place. It would have been my first choice, but they don't have any staff to do tube feeding. The people that guided us through took a lot of notes about my husband, and they tried their best to work something out so he could be approved to go in there, but it's Georgia State regulations. We saw a room for the memory care and they were very nice. They have lots of activities.

My mother moved into Harmony at Savannah. It's been a great facility, it's been very good. The staff has been very accommodating, and very good to work with. Her apartment is beautiful, brand new, and has every amenity that she needs. She said the food has all been very good, and she's a picky eater.
