We chose Chulio Hills Health & Rehab for my dad. All the people seem to be genuinely ready to help and have the residents in their best interest. The facility is not completely up-to-date, but that does not matter to me. How people treat my dad is what matters. The staff members enjoy their jobs and enjoy taking care of their residents. Their meals are great, although sometimes it's a little much for my dad to handle as far as pulling stuff off the bone. But other than that, the meals have been more than adequate. They've had a musician come, and they had a ball game party celebrating the Georgia team's win. I've already seen that they've provided at least one big activity per week and then they also have the activity room open all the time to do crafts and puzzles.

My grandma was there for almost 3 yrs until she died of Covid last week. Thank God she went fast and didn't suffer, but my complaint is with the staff & management. ALL OF MY GRANNY'S JEWELRY IS MISSING/STOLEN!! Insult to injury is the apathy from admin. After giving us a 3 boxes of "belongings", half of which belongs to someone else, they'll "look again" as the clean her rm. Very expensive and sentimental jewelry.

My father stayed at Chulio Hills for four days. The care was good, and they did the best they could. They were knowledgeable and very helpful. He was quarantined there. They had a beauty shop and they did games and things like that in the dining room, but they're restricted right now. The facility was nice and kept up. It's more reasonable than the rest of them; it's $7200 a month.

My husband is at Chulio Hills. The place is excellent and extremely clean. The staff is wonderful, and I have nothing but good things to say about them. They are very caring to their patients. The therapy people are marvelous. They have different kinds of activities, like people who come in to play music. The play bingo and do arts and crafts.

I like the friendliness of the staff at Chulio Hills. Mom was there for about 60 days and had a room to herself, but then they had to put her with somebody else, and she didn’t like that. She never used the dining room. They had recreation and scheduled events, but my mother didn’t really participate. They could improve by providing more single-occupancy rooms.
