My mom is staying in Magnolia Senior Living Loganville's memory care. Everything was in good condition, clean, and looked like it was well-kept. I was pleased with it. I think the staff was caring. Everything that we wanted from them, as far as attention for my mom, they adequately provided. They have devotion every morning, and Bible study once a week. They have a garden where you can take your loved one out for fresh air or sit outside under a canopy and have private time with them, whether they're in a wheelchair or if they're able to walk alone. They always had tablecloths, cloth napkins, and silverware. Tables were always set for every meal and cleared right after the meal was completed by the residents. The food was balanced and tasty too. I don't have any complaints.

I toured Magnolia Senior Living at Loganville. When I walked away, I felt like this was a place I would be comfortable bringing my parents to. I met several staff members, and everybody was very friendly. I met a few of the residents, and all of them said, oh, this is a great place to be, it's a great place for you to bring your parents. I also saw a lot of activities going on. Of course, it depends on the time of day you go because you could walk in and not see anybody, and at other times, there's a lot of activity going on. Everybody was very knowledgeable and friendly and willing to stop a second and answer questions, and that made me feel very comfortable. I remember they did have a courtyard. I don't think it was enclosed because it wasn't memory care. They had several places outside where people could just be outside and look at garden areas. All of them said they do like field trips, take people out to shopping areas or other things.

We had an in-person tour of Magnolia Senior Living Loganville. The rooms were larger than in the other facility. Even their smallest room was larger. The facility looked clean, but it looked more old-fashioned. The staff was very knowledgeable, nice, and enthused about her job and her members. The food looked fine. The members eating seemed to be enjoying it.

My tour at Magnolia Senior Living is very nice, it's very clean, they're very engaging. My friend's only reservation was that because she's coming out of a 3-bedroom place, she felt that the efficiency was too small. They have a seating area for them, and all in all, I thought it was a beautiful place, it's very nice and quiet, and they could do things. I would recommend it to anyone who has someone interested in something like this. And as she grows more to her dementia, it's probably the perfect place. The staff was very nice, very informative and kind. It was not a bad experience whatsoever with them. Other than the efficiency rooms being too small, they provided everything a person would need. So I thought it was a wonderful idea, and it was fine. The dining area was very nice, and the place was very, very clean.

I was most impressed with Magnolia Senior Living. The atmosphere was very friendly. You could hear the kitchen staff laughing and just enjoying their work. The people I met loved their job. I met the activity director, and she said she just loves people. She was very professional, but yet she was very personal. She just welcomed me like I was a friend. She's very happy and very cheerful, and you could tell she loves what she's doing. Everybody was professional, courteous, and helpful if I needed anything answered. The dining room areas were clean. It wasn't like going into a cafeteria. They had linen tablecloths. It just looked high-end.

Magnolia Senior Living only had assisted living and memory care, and I didn't like the memory care facility. I thought that it wasn't very well kept up. It seems like it could use a bit of a renovation for the memory care side. The lady that showed me around was very helpful and informative. It needs to be renovated. The assisted living part was better and seemed to be better kept up than the memory care part, but I saw some things with that as well. Overall, I didn't think it was a great experience.

We chose Magnolia Senior Living because of its atmosphere and the staff that we met there. It is my mother's choice. She feels comfortable. She likes the people as well as the facilities. My mother has only been there for two weeks, and the staff members have been very good. Food is adequate. The size of the room is larger than some of the other places, but the layout could be a little bit better. Activities are very good. My mother is very happy with them.

Magnolia Senior Living sucked and we were not impressed. The door was locked when we first got there. You walk in and you see the dining hall right in front of you and it's sort of clumped together. The chairs and tables were all smashed together. It looked like a nursing home and it was just not at all what I expected it to be. The rooms were fine. The manager was sort of brisk, obnoxious, and shoved us onto two aides who gave us the tour. It was like she didn't have time to show us around and she made some disparaging remarks about independent living. I wouldn't put anybody in there. They need some serious customer service.

We visited Magnolia Senior Living. The place was new, so the cleanliness was excellent. The rooms were small, and there were very few amenities, so it wasn't the community for us.

Magnolia Senior Living was really nice and I loved their room setup because it really looks like a little apartment. It gives the residents a little bit more independence. They have a lot of nice things in the recreation area and they offer a variety of different sports and hobbies. The dining area was really nice, and when I went there they were having a luau. Just to see all the stuff and how much care and thought they put into, you'd think you were in a fine restaurant. The staff was really lovely, nice, and pleasant. Even when they were busy, they were patient, went over things with me, and the lady there even called me afterward just to check to see if I found anything. I'd definitely recommend them. They had so much for the residents to do.

Magnolia Senior Living is a nice place. Mom gets physical and occupational therapy. They are attentive, and I don’t have any complaints. They offer complete services, and Mom is well looked after. I don’t have to worry about her being alone. Somebody helps her with her bathroom needs, meals, laundry, and cleaning her room. It's nice. Her room is spacious and has a private, attached bathroom. She has her own things in her room, which makes it feel more like home. She has a view of the courtyard, and her bathroom is handicap accessible.

I was welcomed with a warm caring staff. They were able to answer any and all of my questions satisfactorily. They put me at ease and assured me my Mother-in-Law would be well taken care of and understood all of the needs that she had to have to have a smooth transition from my home to theirs.

We’re very pleased with Magnolia Senior Living. The staff is great, and we haven’t had any complaints, though we’ve just been there for a couple of weeks. My mother seems pleased with the food. Her room is kind of average; it’s not as big as some but bigger than others. As of right now, I’d give it a 5.
