They treat my mother like an inmate. There are so many rules, that I think they have finally broken her spirt. I have tried for a week solid to reach my mother and no one answers the phone. When I call to talk to rather social worker she is NEVER AVAILABLE. I have left my name and number and she won't call me back. This place doesn't deserve even 1 star, bot there isn't an option for zero. DON't put a loved one there.

I am a resident and I am writing this review while I have been waiting for 1 hour and 45 minutes for someone to respond to my call light. This is a very common problem because the facility is so poorly ran they can't keep staff and the staff they do manage they keep 75precent should not be allowed to work and the 25 percent that are good are so burned out they are looking for other jobs. Don't be fooled by landscaping and a fresh coat of paint. They are supposed to check on the residents 3 times a night we are lucky if they stop in once before shift change the odor in some of the rooms is stifling to a healthy person. If these people's families knew how there family members where being forced to live they would be outraged I can't believe that the corporate office has not done something about this seeing as they are located just a few miles down the road if I had somewhere else to go I would please don't do this to your loved ones

They gave a poor quality of service. They lied about my stepmother being able to walk, when she clearly couldn't. She couldn't even get out of the car when we brought her home.

Lilburn Health and rehab is a horrible place to call home. My grandmother was mistreated, left unattended and undernourished. They would leave her sitting for hours without checking to see if she needed to be changed, bathed or fed. The door to the facility is often left ajar allowing patients to sneak outside on their own. The facility smells of feces and the floor is often slippery. There is never anyone at the nurses station when you need them and when you do find someone they get short with you about having to help you. The food is so bad that most of the patience dont eat it and even if they do ask for extra they dont get any. If you or anyone you know is considering using Lilburn Health and Rehab I would not recommend this facility at all. The staff is unfriendly and inconsiderate. I would never put any of my family members into this facility again. It was a horrible experience!
