When we went to Sunrise at Webb Gin, we met with the lady who was there, and she gave us a nice tour of the place. She was telling us about the dining rooms, and they had three dining rooms. I saw the bedrooms and everything else, and the living room. It's very nice. I was very impressed. They treated me great. The rooms were very spacious. It was set up very nicely. I'm in a wheelchair, so I could get around easily in the rooms. The bathrooms were spacious.

I toured Sunrise at Webb Gin and it was great. The people there were great. They were very friendly. They walked me through the whole facility. They walked me through their memory care section as well. They gave me lunch. They sent me home with food, and they checked up on me. They called me a few times just to see how things were going and if there was anything they could help with. The tour, as far as the staff and everything, everybody was great. The facility was okay. The best thing about it is it's all on one level. It's a bit dated so they need to update the whole facility. It wasn't as modernized as some of the other places I saw, but for the most part, all the residents seemed to be pretty pleasant and happy. The rooms need to be updated. Like the specific rooms that they sleep in, I think needs to be updated as well. They're in a good location, so there are lots of things to do around.

I went to Sunrise at Webb Gin. The feel was fantastic. I was very impressed. Everybody who worked there was joyful. They greeted you and smiled at you. They seemed excited and happy to see you. The whole environment was just a happy, joyful place. This particular facility was not quite as posh as the other place. They didn't have fancy shapes in the rooms, but the rooms are nice and clean. They have good window light. They're just your general room. They're all well-kept, all maintained, and all clean. Everything looks new and painted. I wouldn't have any problem. I would rather have a less fancy or less posh-looking room with the people that work there than have a fancy posh room with the people that worked at the other place. It's just a super great atmosphere in the personality of the staff.

I loved Sunrise at Webb Gin. That's where I like Mom to go. I spent about 3 hours there and they were wonderful. They were really good about "Let's sit down and talk about a game plan." The staff looks impeccable. They're sharply dressed and they're all smiling. I don't think I walked past one that didn't say "Welcome" and "Hello." They all wanted to talk. They were super professional. I loved the fact that they do not use an outside temp service, and that all their staff are employed there. They have long-term staff and that tells me a lot about the company. So, that was great. They had all kinds of really cool things going on. They had just gotten them with a penny auction for the people. They were all having lunch when I was there and they would ask, "Can I get you anything?", and "Do you need anything?", "Do you want something to drink?", making sure I was comfortable, as comfortable as if I was a resident there. The rooms and the place itself were nice. It looked like a home and there were plenty of places for the residents to go sit if they just wanted to go sit in the sunroom. It was good. I loved the setup. I loved the fact that they have a private dining area that you can reserve for family meals to keep your loved ones included in the family events. They had a movie theater room and walking tracks for the dogs that were pretty that were out in the back. It's all in the woods and it was very nice. They also take them out. They're right next to a shopping center so for those ladies that can walk over there and have lunch and shop there, they could go (with supervision). I thought their amenities were top-notch. The apartment we looked at was beautiful.

My mother-in-law was in Sunrise at Webb Gin. She was in assisted living. I liked their consistency of care. They tried to have the same caregivers work with my mother-in-law, so that she developed a relationship with them and was able to feel more comfortable. They were very respectful and pretty prompt about answering the light when she would call. The facility was well-managed. The people that help with their medications were very helpful, since she didn't do her own medications anymore. She had a caregiver that helped her with some of her activities of daily living. She was very pleased with the people that cared for her there. I had lunch with her one or two times, and I thought the food was very good. Her room was very good. There was a wall separating the small bedroom from her living area, which had a little kitchen area and a place where you could have a table and chair. She had her recliner, a lamp, and a little desk. She could have everything she needed around her. It had an accessible bathroom, which was very good for her, too. They had bingo and worship service. They had a van, if you wanted to go to local stores like Target or an outing. They had other activities. They had little exercise groups. She liked the bingo. Occasionally, they would have social events, like little wine and cheese parties. They would play music. She would enjoy that. I can't think of much they could have done better. The staff was very good. They were very good in keeping the place clean. They were wonderful. It's just the cost is hard for some people. You pay extra fees for different services that you get. It gets a little expensive over time if you have a parent that needs a lot of help, but I'm sure they're doing the best they can.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was very nice. Right at the top of my budget was a room that my wife would have to share with someone and I'm not sure she would like that a whole lot. I have a very close friend whose father lived there for several years though and he was always talking about how well they took care of him. I think they're probably the best of all that I went to see, but my wife needs pretty close care and they weren't sure if she could eat in her room (and if I asked for it, they would charge me extra to bring her food) and couldn't guarantee that she would always get what she wanted. The lady who gave the tour was just fabulous. She was wonderful. The facility was made to accommodate 25 to 40 people, so they had big rooms and big cafeterias. It looked very functional and clean. There were a bunch of ladies in one of the rooms (where they gather and watch TV) and they were all getting ready to go somewhere as a group and they looked very, very excited to be going somewhere.

Sunrise at Webb Gin assisted living was a bit dated, it just felt not very warm, and too much like a facility rather than home. I like the convenience of the location though. I saw one room and it was small and dark. I saw their dining area and the TV room too and there's nothing remarkable about them.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was an older facility. It was very clean and comfortable. The scenery was nice and the rooms were a decent size. The person who gave the tour was very nice, very knowledgeable, and very thorough with the information she provided. They take outings when the weather is good. The dining area was nice, and I liked the fact that their menus are online so they can see ahead of time what the menus are.

My mom will be moving into Sunrise at Webb Gin. It is clean and looks to be well taken care of. It is a good place for her. They just keep them out of their beds. They don't just let them stay in their beds all day. They have activities for the day. The people, the building, the facilities, everything was top-notch. The food was good. The staff members were very attentive and very friendly. They always say hi to people even if they're in the midst of a conversation or walking down the hallway. They were very nice.

Sunrise at Webb Gin is a very nice facility, I liked that they always have a manager on duty there, even on weekends. I talked with the executive director. His name is Jim. We liked the rooms, everything looked good as far as the facility was concerned. However, I thought the pricing was kind of very hard to figure out. It was very complicated so that kind of dissuaded me. The staff was good. The units were in good shape. Some of them were more spacious than others. They only had, I think, like a two-room suite available. So you could either use them as a companion suite or just kind of like a two-room apartment, but they were very nice. Some were undergoing renovation. So he explained to me that in some they were replacing the carpet, replacing the curtains with blinds and things like that. So I got an opportunity to see that they maintained the units well.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was nice; my sister who was with me thought it was dark inside and she didn't care for that. There were lots of pictures on the walls and the room seemed to be the average size of a bedroom. They had a kitchen space where they could access some snacks, games were going when we were there and there was an outdoor patio for visits during the COVID crisis. I thought it was nice and not overly institutional. The staff that assisted us during the tour was very nice, the director gave us the tour and we saw staff members interacting with guests. They had physical therapy and a beauty salon. The place was clean, someone was cleaning the kitchen and saw that the front of the microwave needed to be cleaned. I don't know if it's not part of what they should clean or she hasn't gotten to it yet. It was a brief tour but we saw the patient rooms and the common areas.

I toured Sunrise at Webb Gin. We didn't get to see the memory care section, but we saw the main facility. They were very nice. My sister didn't like that it was so dark and there were a lot of add on costs that drove the cost up a lot. We saw a small group playing bingo. We saw some outside visitation families with community residents. The patio looked nice. We just saw little bits of outside areas.

My father moved into Sunrise at Webb Gin. They're very good, he's happy with the food, they give him food three times a day, he pretty much keeps on schedule, and is involving himself in quite a few of the activities every day. They have balloon volleyball, they have bingo, cards, comedians come in, sing, tell jokes, and they have a devotional club. The staff is very friendly, his room is adequate, clean, he's got enough room to move around, and you could probably put some more stuff in there for him.

Sunrise at Webb Gin is traditional, nothing fabulous. The place is clean and nice, and the staff is very friendly. Their dining area is also nice, I haven't eaten the food but the atmosphere they provide is really nice. My mother-in-law enjoys activities like balloon volleyball, word games, and going to the movie theater. The value for the money is just about average.

Sunrise at Webb Gin assisted living was nice and clean, and staff was friendly. My only reservation was the cost. The rooms were nice and a nice size. The meals were included and you do have transportation. They have activities for the residents.

My mom moved into assisted living at Sunrise at Webb Gin. So far, so good. It's a nice place. They have activities and go out. We don't have any complaints right now. It has a nice and friendly atmosphere. My mom has gone on outings and does exercise programs, cards, and games. There is stuff going on all day, every day. My mom has a double room but the only thing we don't like about it is the bathroom is not made for two people and set up as a single person's bathroom. It doesn't have the proper amount of cabinets and drawers nor stuff for two separate people. The room size is sufficient, though.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was very nice, but the cost was too high for us. The rent is reasonable, but the cost of care is getting to be too much. They sent a nurse to interview my parents. The place is very nice and clean, and I like that you need a code to get out. They have two very nice dining rooms so you don'6 have to go far. They have somebody come in to do hair for the residents. They also have assisted living and memory care.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was very nice, very clean, and smelled very good. Everybody was friendly. I spent 30 minutes touring the place. The facilities looked great. There was plenty of room and places for activities. The dining room was right in the center and the kitchen was right there and it was very organized looking.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was very nice. It was very modern, and it looked very clean. If they had a room that met my dad's criteria, I think that place might have been a consideration. We ate there, and the food was better than the other place I went to. The staff was very nice, and the place was more professional compared to the other places I've seen.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was beautiful, and the location was perfect because we were able to shop next door. That would have been perfect, but the price was more than the other place we visited. It was accessible to us. There was a fantastic staff. If they were cheap enough for my father to get in, he would go there. The one-bedroom unit was clean and adequately sized. I saw people eating, and the food looked very nice.

We loved Sunrise. We were ready to sign her up, but it’s too far from where we will move, and we want her close to us. It was close to other things, so she would be able to walk, and there were shopping areas right across the parking lot. They had huge windows in the rooms, and they had short halls with little courtyards and places to sit. They had a cement walking trail in and around the place. They had the best smelling food. It was really top notch, but it was more expensive.

The staff at Sunrise seem very caring, easy to get along with, and very loving to the people in the facility. They have games like bingo, they take those who are able physically and mentally to restaurants once a week if they want to go, and play different types of games to try to keep them stimulated. They have a nice garden.

They seemed to be very organized, and I liked that Sunrise at Webb Ginn had a place for the seniors to go. It seemed really homey during the day for meals and such. They had activities, but my father wasn’t so much interested in that. It just wasn’t the right fit for my father.

We liked Sunrise at Webb Gin a lot,and from our standpoint, it was the best one. The staff was very friendly and very welcoming. It was decorated very nicely, and it was laid out to make it easy for the people that live there. Out of the few different places we visited, they were the most active, and they had full activities calendar with lots of options.

My sister is currently at the Sunrise at Webb Gin. They are a pretty standard facility with the different steps of assisted living, and they seem to fit seniors well. I am not really happy with the menus; the quality of it doesn't come up to what she was used to before when she was in another assisted living place. The caregivers seem to be very consistent. They have a good ratio of seniors to the attendants, so they get prompt and consistent care.

Sunrise at Webb Gin was very nice, very clean. I would say that I didn't think the people were quite as friendly. They were nice, but they weren't as exuberant about their jobs. I have a friend who lives at Sunrise, so I go there on a regular basis. She is very happy, and they have everything there. But it is missing a little warmth, the homey warmth. I think everybody is cared for. Everybody was nice, but I didn't get the warm feeling of home. It was sort of like we were in a beautiful institution. It is well managed, well kept, well staffed, but it still had a little more of an institutional feel to it than people who are relaxed. I didn't have a relaxed experience there. It was good. It wasn't bad, and I didn't have a bad experience there, but I just wanted to feel comfortable. If they had the availability, it was actually the closest place, but they didn't have the exact availability that I needed for my mother.

I immediately felt that this was a professionally operated facility the moment that the receptionist answered the phone. The staff is polite and extremely knowledgable about caring for those who can no longer do for themselves. I was welcomed in for a personal tour even though I arrived late in the day. The atmosphere is that of home and comfort throughout. I was looking for a facility that offered hospice care for my mother. Of all the facilities in the area Sunrise at Webb Gin is by far the best.

The staff at Sunrise are very nice. However, I wasn't thrilled with the activities that they offered to their residents. The place was dark. It was painted orange and I felt like the ceiling was coming in on me. It just had a different style that I didn't care for. They had empty rooms for the visitor to see which were spacious.

I like Sunrise at Webb Grin. It is not too big of a place. It is nice and clean. They have three different buildings. There is one for people with Alzheimer's or dementia and another one for people that just need a little bit of help. The rooms are nice. It is just that they are not quite as big as I would like. They have plenty of scheduled activities for their seniors. They also have a chef and I think they don't use salt in their food. I have visited two other facilities but I like Sunrise better.

I felt that the facility was very nice. The area is a nice place to have the facility. When I got there I noticed how polite the staff was to me. The staff explained to me everything that went on there and how what type of schedule they ran. The inside of the facility was very nice and welcoming. It almost felt like home. I do not think that I can come up with any thing negatove to say about the facility. This may be the case because it is a new facility. I do plan on going back to visit later on to see if any thing has changed either for the better or for worse. I would love to see if the staff really interacts with the residents on another level other than helping with everyday needs. I would like to go back and volunteer in the future but I would have to find out if they accept outside volunteers.

The staff of Sunrise has taken care of my mother for 9 months. They are kind, patient, and loving with her. It could have been a very traumatic move for her since she was moved from her home to another state. You could see the calmness and contentment in my mother's demeanor within the first week. They keep me well informed of my mother's condition on the days I cannot visit with her.

I really liked this place. At the time they were encouraging them to exercise and do crafts. The staff was very pleasant and helped me find my way around. The place was very clean and the staff was very friendly. I was given a tour and met many of the guests. Everyone living at this facility seemed very happy and had wonderful things to say about the environment, staff and food. They felt safe and well cared for and enjoyed being able to socialize with the other guests. They also enjoyed the activities and felt they had a nice place to gather with visiting family and friends. The rooms were spacious and provided plenty of room to bring personal belongs and make it like it was a home away from home. Everyone I spoke with loved being there.
