The Gardenias Senior Living is very attentive. They take good care of Mom with her dementia. They have a hospice nurse that comes out every week to see her and they call me weekly to let me know how the visit works. It's very clean and organized. It has a little outside place where they could go out and sit. It's nice. The front is also nice. They always have it decorated for whatever holiday it is. They have a salon and a person that comes in and does the hair.

I went to The Gardenias Senior Living for my mom. It was very nice. The residents were eating lunch at the time, so they were all out and about. The staff was friendly. It seemed very clean. They had lots of activities, and they even have a hair salon and barber shop, so it's very nice.

The Gardenias was nice. It seemed like it would be a good fit for my mother, but I was not impressed with the flooring. The girl who showed us around was very knowledgeable and really nice. She called back and said they were going to be putting in new flooring on December 31st. It needed to be taken care of because there were places that I just felt like the patient could fall. I would not have picked that for my mother due to the flooring. The staff seemed very nice. The residents were doing activities. The staff was involved with them in the activity room. The staff was assisting and helping them. They weren't just sitting there doing nothing. Everything looked nice, except for the flooring. That was a big downfall. They had locked facilities, but they had lots of areas for the memory care. They seemed to have enough staff for the clients. There were places for them to go watch TV or sit and look outside. There was lots of light coming in, so it was nice. The whole place was nice, including the outside and the inside. The rooms were nice and big. The bathrooms were sufficient with the shelving and places to sit while they're in the shower.

The people at The Gardenias were very nice. They were very good and it looked very good. It was one consideration for me. It was clean. It did not smell or anything. The person who gave me the tour was Peyton and she was very nice and very good. The community was fine. There were people walking around. She showed me where they do crafts. They had the front door locked, but the backdoors allow them to go out into the yard. They had a salon and a movie theater there. They'd show them movies and there were recliners for them to sit down and watch movies.

Lovely facility with their coffered ceilings, large recreation room, large bedrooms, and great staff. Food is great and the staff is attentive. I had many meals here with my mom and greatly enjoyed it. Thank you staff of the Gardenias for the good job you do everyday.

Hello, my mother is happy here she has a large space and looks out at the courtyard. She enjoys the food and staff and everyone spoils her that she doesn’t want to leave to go out anymore. The staff is caring and informative and knows about caring for dementia patients better than any facility we have toured. We have not regretted putting our mom there.

My mom was a resident there for 4 years, great place, great staff, great care. They went above and beyond for my mom. I couldn’t be more greatful. The rooms are big and large, great food I had lunch with my mom many times there. The home theatre was my mom’s favorite place. Alice

Grandma is really well taken care of here. She has a big room with lots of area for her sitting area and bed and two closets. She has a big shower where she does not have to step over to get washed and it has a seat for her to use. It is wheelchair sized so she will be fine if she needs one. There are grab bars everywhere even in the halls, so if she won't use her walker, she still has something to hang onto. I know we have not been able to get her to consistently use her walker, but the staff tries really hard and makes sure she's offered her walker just like we have done. The staff is incredible and takes such good care of her. She was on hospice but graduated because she received such good care here and ate so well that she started gaining weight finally. The staff makes meals that are easy for her to eat and is pretty much already cut into pieces small enough for her to eat. She was eating only from Hardees before which was a horrible diet. Here she eats a wide variety of her old favorites and actually eats her salad which she never did before. They even give them dessert! They also allow them to keep their plates as long as they are working on eating. I'm really impressed at how well she regained weight since she was not eating when she lived by herself. I cannot tell you what a relief it is to have her taken care of loving people 24/7. They will call if they need me in an emergency, and they understand what an emergency is. I don't have to fret. My peace of mind is worth every penny we pay for such great care!

Mom has been there for 4 years as she has slowly declined. The staff has been attentive and kind and know her habits. They even know she prefers gravy on her rice instead of her meat, which I had forgotten! They have given her increased attention as she needed it, but have allowed her the freedom within the locked facility she desired. They do a great job!

We really like The Gardenias. It is a beautiful place, and the room is just right for Mom. I like that it's small, quiet, and not overwhelming like some places that we visited. It's a pretty place, and the people are very nice. The room is perfect with a wheelchair-accessible shower, a living room, a bedroom, and two large closets. We're really happy with it.

My Mother-in-Law is in this facility. I visited there before making this decision and she has been there for over 2 months know. It is a very nice, clean facility. The owners and staff are very caring/concerned about the residents and they take very good care of them. The facility is smaller in numbers than others & they always have plenty of staff. They do an excellent job!
