My mom moved to The Canopy at Boynton Ridge. The price is more affordable. The facility is beautiful. It's kept up very well. It's very clean. The services provided are really good. The staff, the ones that I have dealt with, have been excellent. They have a great administrator, and it's been a pleasant experience. I have not tried the food, but I have been in the dining room with my mother and the other ones. Everybody seemed to be enjoying it. I saw a bingo game, and not only did they call the numbers, but they also had a little card so the people could see the numbers and match up what they were doing. That made it very easy for everybody.

We like everything about The Canopy at Boynton Ridge's memory care from the facility to the way it was set up. My mom would have her own miniature apartment. My mother is an outside person and the way it was built around a gated recreation facility is nice. She could go outside and have plenty of room to just do things, or sit and walk if she wanted. She would be safe. No worries about her wandering off or forgetting where she was and not being able to get back. They had all kinds of things that she could sign up for with different amenities like the one for hair services. They were a very nice facility. The facility was very clean and very nice. We were just very impressed with it. You can tell from the smell that it is clean. The food menu sounded great, too. They also told us how the residents would sit at the table and the staff would come around and wait on them like they were in a restaurant. It was neat. The staff who showed us around addressed all of our questions and was very sweet.

The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was a very nice place. They were very nice, and I was impressed with them. It seemed to be clean and neat. They seemed to be caring. The patients seemed to be involved and happy. The rooms were very nice, very clean, and nice size. I went into the dining area, and it looked good. The food looked good that day. Everybody seemed to be eating.

The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was very, very nice. We visited the memory care and it's new. It smelled clean. The people seemed engaged with their jobs. It looked like a nice little hotel. Me and my wife, we're both impressed with it. Mark was my contact. He hasn't gotten back to me, which is impressive. They know that's money in their pocket, too, when somebody signs up (you're talking six grand a month), and to his credit, he hasn't hounded me nor called me back, which I'd consider more good than bad. I guess he figures people will come and try to get in there when they're ready. They were fixing food when we were there. They had a little Mother's Day celebration. There were a bunch of workers there and you could tell they were just going about their job, were happy, and seemed engaged. The food looked good. We were talking about a buffet on top of nice dining tables and it looked inviting.

The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was a brand-new place and it was beautiful. It had a lot of nice details and a lot of nice amenities. I felt like the staff was a little pushy, but they were nice. They had a salon, a theater, a family dining room, a pool table, a beautiful outdoor space, and a little putting green. They had areas to do puzzles and things. They had their own PT and OT room where the residents could go to them, or the PT would go to the residents.

I have visited The Canopy at Boynton Ridge. I saw their shared room, it looked nice, and the bathroom and shower were nice and more handicap-accessible. In their memory care, there seemed to be more room to move around. It's an open area and people were out of their rooms. The person who gave me the tour was very friendly. I was very impressed with the facility itself. There was a nice outdoor place, they're up on a hill so there's a nice view, they had a putting green, gazebo, and benches. It was pretty nice.

My tour at The Canopy at Boynton Ridge was great. They showed me everything, and it all looked great. We went to the exercise area, the laundry, the outside patio, the dining room, and the activity room. We also saw a room that they call the Grande. It looked great. I saw the residents exercising, while I was doing my tour. The staff that I met was also fine. I didn't see any problems. Their building was well-maintained. It was painted nicely, and it was clean. The location was nice. It had a good view of the mountains. I saw that they had a bus, and it looked clean and new.

We toured The Canopy at Boynton Ridge and it was very nice. The staff who gave the tour was very nice. The facility was new, they had just opened like 2-3 months before, so everything was very nice and clean. The dining area was also new, clean, and nice. It's a very good location; it's got some beautiful views and mountain views, and they have a nice big screened-in patio for the residents. The only complaint I would have about The Canopy is that the living room was very nice, clean, and new, but there was no window in the living room, or at least the one I've seen.

The people at The Canopy at Boynton Ridge are very experienced, and they knew what they were doing. The staff we met even talked to me about hospice care and what could be added to our income for my sister, which I didn't know. She was telling me things that I was totally unaware of. I'm glad she did because right now, we're in a learning process and any tidbits of information that we can get from people are welcome. They took us on a tour of the dining room, which was beautiful. The place is brand new, immaculate, and pristine. It's really beautiful, super clean, and super modern. There's nothing wrong with being modern, but my sister wouldn't be comfortable in these types of surroundings because she is not a modern furnishings type of person. We have to consider that too because I don't want her to walk in there and think that she's in the hospital. The place is so modern that it would give you that feeling. The staff is caring, very friendly, and very knowledgeable about a lot of things concerning senior care. The place is beautiful, and it's easily maneuvered by people in a wheelchair. Other people may not have a problem with the prices, but they're talking $4,000 and up. We don't have that much money. It's just a little high for us, but it is a top-notch place.

We have decided to move my father to The Canopy at Boynton Ridge. I have visited it in person, and it was very good. It has a room with an attached bathroom and a walk-in shower. He has his own refrigerator, he is two doors down from the nurses' station, and it has a nice view of the courtyard. The person who gave me the tour was very helpful. Her name was Michelle; she was the marketing director. She was extremely helpful. She also gave us some advice on our current situation and where we could get additional help.
