This place is so bad and I don’t see the state allow them to open. My love was there for 2 months starting with front desk they was not attentive to the entrance door u had to wait to enter. The nursing staff was rude and they took their time assisting the patient. He had to wait for a long time to be changed and to be helped when needed . He didn’t get the therapy and care . Building was not kept clean . The food was cold and the nursing staff didn’t take his vital signs on a regular basis. The staff did a lot of eating themselves and feel there was lots of time wasted on the staff. We never got to see the rooms

As soon as you walk inside the facility you feel the bad energy coming off the receptionist. My dad had a stroke and was paralyzed on one side when he got there. They would have him sit in a chair all day he would stop nurses for help they would ignore him. The facility was too full to where my dad shared a room with 2-3 other people at once upon a time. It was only one nurse I felt like possibly cared about my dad and that was Ms Rochelle, the rest of the staff? Was rude, barely spoke when you spoke to them. And was ignorant if you asked about how your relative was doing and progressing. I have complained and nothing happened. My dad would call us at all times of the day via his phone to show us how he would be in places and no one wouldn’t come check on him once they rolled him there in a wheelchair. I wouldn’t recommend, I only put the 1star because I couldn’t leave it blank. The food is the same thing every week it’s nasty. They never helped my dad AS MUCH as they was supposed to with any physical therapy my uncle would come there and help my dad with his physical therapy. I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. They didn’t have any events from my knowledge for the families to participate in with the patients (my dad)

My family was here for a year & when she got home she had black dirt build on her body from not being bathe. Only a wash up in the bed. Feet havent been touched. Didnt give her no therapy. Her legs barely can move after being there a whole year. Their attitude was very rude sometimes. Please look for a better facility for your love one if you really care for them.

this place is a rip off. The service is poor. The staff is definatley not qualified. They leave the patients unattended that is not able to walk or process with their process. They do have a therapy session there that is very limited. The administatrative team does not give the family members enough information on the patient that is in the facility. The facility is a nursing home, as well as therapeutic. If it is not mentioned about the therapy, they will be billed by the family. Their should be a audit or management team to look over and examine the choas that goes on at that facitly. Not safe whatsoever.

The primary reason for choosing this facility is the location and its vicinity to family members. The facility and staff are clean and accommodating. Bonterra's staff there is attentive. The rooms are kept clean. They are small, but that is just my opinion. They do have church services brought in for the people. They have other type of interactions with them that they can participate in.

This place is horrible. The entire staff is very unprofessional. They leave patients hours on end. They are always, I mean always short of help. Patients lay to be feed and changed for hours. On the weekend is worst. Take in consideration all aspects of a good place to put your love ones , especially if you can not bd there everyday to watch them. Be fair warned about this place. I really wish someone had warned me and my family.

Bonterra Nursing Center is very clean, and well kept up. They've been very nice and helpful. They are really on top of his personal care and medication. He has a room he shares with another guy but it's very spacious, very clean and well kept. The staff seemed to be pretty good. They get in touch with the family. I'm very impressed with their services.

The home itself is fine and the nurses are kind to the patients. It's the administration that is the problem here. It took days to get medical records transferred to our family doctor and when they finally sent them, they were incomplete. I had to make several trips on my own time to get all records and never even got an "I'm sorry" from them.
