My mother was at Dalton Square for three months. We were well satisfied with them. My mother didn't want to mingle a whole lot, but they had activities all the time for those people. The food was excellent. The staff was excellent, too. My mother was very happy there and we were happy with them. My mom had an apartment with a bedroom, a nice walk-in bathroom and shower, a little kitchenette, and a little living room area. So that was very, very nice. They also had activities going on all the time.

I toured Dalton Square. It was a little expensive. The rooms were definitely adequate, very clean, and functional. They had taken a lot of thought into the layout so that they could help someone who is not fully mobile. The rooms were bright and airy. The whole building was very bright. It's a very vibrant community. The staff was awesome. They answered all my questions, and they spent a lot of time with me. I was very appreciative because I didn't really know how to navigate independent or assisted living, and they helped me with that. They were very, very good.

We're interested in Dalton Square. The staff we met was friendly. The rooms and the dining area looked very nice. Everything looked clean, nice, cozy, and kind of homey like. I saw their menu and what I saw looked very good. That day, they were having some kind of entertainment in the cafeteria. A guy was telling some jokes, and it seemed like everybody was having a good time. They were having singing in, and everybody was joining.

Dalton Square was very nice. The people were very nice and friendly. The facility seemed to be very comfortable. Everybody I talked to there liked it. The staff was extremely nice, friendly, and knowledgeable. The rooms were nice, clean, and fairly well laid out. The dining area was fine. When we were there, the atmosphere was pretty quiet. The people were sitting around and outside. They have single rooms and double rooms.

What I like about my tour here was their willingness to help me in any way they can. They showed me the whole thing, but we found that my husband needed a memory care unit. The room looked very clean, very nice, had no odor or no smell, and it was perfect. The staff who gave me the tour was very helpful and was full of information. She leaned over backward to do anything she could do, and she set up interviews with different people in there that we needed to talk to. She just went way beyond what I think she's supposed to do, and I couldn't thank her more for what she did. She was very good. Everything was very clean.

We like them better than the others, we were considering it but it was just a little bit farther to drive. We like the staff and we found the community to be warm and inviting. We felt like they answered all our questions like we wanted them answered. My dad was with us, and a director walked out and kept him occupied. We wish they had a bigger and larger outside area, but it was fine.

It was really nice, and it seems like they had a lot for my dad to do. The apartment rooms were kept up and looked like they were clean. We all agree that it was a nice place. We only spoke to one lady. I think she was in marketing. She was really nice and gave us a lot of information and a lot of pamphlets to read about the fees and other things. The facility itself was really nice and the people that live there looked like they were well-groomed. We didn't see any that were unhappy at all. I like the location. That area is close to doctors' offices, close to the hospital, and close to the high school. In the evenings you can hear the band playing. They do the same things they used to do. It's a really nice area. The staff we interacted with knew what she was doing.

Our experiences with them so far has all been very good. My dad is in the memory care unit there, and the staff back there is awesome and all the nurses are great. He has a nice room, a walk-in shower, and a toilet. They also have activities they do with him during the day, and the place itself is very clean. He is on a pureed diet, but everybody else says the food is really good.

Everyone that I talked to was very professional, caring, and tried to accommodate what I was looking for. The place was very clean, and all the residents looked like they were well cared for and happy. It was a beautiful place, and I was so impressed with it. They had a wonderful dining room, and they had 2 separate areas -- one for the people with memory problems and one for people who required less care. They had a beauty shop where somebody came and did haircuts, and the lady I talked to there was wonderful. They made me feel like family. It was a caring, nurturing, and encouraging environment.
