A family member of mine moved to Creekside Pines Retirement Community. The facility is very clean and they have cute apartments. They have good food. They get to order what they want to eat there. Their apartments are large. It's nice. They have outside tables so they can go out and sit down. They have a bus that takes them shopping on Monday, or to special events, or to their doctors and all. The staff is super nice. They do exercise, they play games, and they have church service. They are cheaper than any of the others.

I went to Creekside Pines Retirement Community. They were way out of my mother's budget, and then they had buy-ins where you pay a large amount in the beginning, and then you get a lower amount for your rent. It was a beautiful facility. It's brand new. I like everything. The rooms were nice. They had a regular apartment building. They had elevators. They had very nice coordinated activities going on almost every day. They had a beautiful dining room, restaurant style. They have an actual photo shop made just like back in the 50s. It was beautiful. They have beautiful terraces that the seniors could sit out on and just read. They always had something going on. There are lots of seniors milling around and moving around in that place. It was their capacity. They might have had two units available and one of them hadn't been moved just yet, but they were about to sell. That's how popular the place was. It's a nice place. They have all the amenities. There's just so many people there. The community development director was awesome. She gave us ideas on how to get in there. She took a lot of time with us and sat and talked and we asked all our questions. They feed them three meals a day. They have a bus service and everything.

I found a great place called Creekside Pines Retirement Community. They're very good to us. There are so many different amenities. All the staff here are very friendly. Everybody is willing to help you no matter what you're doing. They also have a mentor that they give you, and my mentor is very good. The other thing I like is the meals, three times a day. You're never hungry. If you need something, there's something out there like fruit or something for you. I also like that they clean the rooms every week. We also have a bus that takes us within 10 miles to the doctor. The activities are great. I'm going to a prayer-Bible study this morning. The food is very good. You have two choices, and if you don't like any of those choices, you can select from the grill. They have a great breakfast. They have variety. It's not the same thing all the time. Some people don't like it, but I'm not picky, and I'm thankful for it. It's independent living. You can come and go when you want to. You just have to sign in and sign out. You also have an alert button that you wear. If you fall or anything, they know that you did, and that is on a 24-hour alert. That's a really important thing.

Creekside Pines Retirement Community was larger. They're in the middle of a renovation, so they had the floors torn up as they were getting ready to put down new ones. They got a workout area, a library, and all kinds of places where you can play card games and watch movies. They offer all three meals. The staff was very knowledgeable and very nice, too.

Creekside Pines Retirement Community was great. My mom loves it. They have a lot of activities. She's on the first floor, so she likes it. They have exercise classes, and they take them shopping. They have therapy, theater, mall shops, library, and all different kinds of things. Most of all, the pricing was reasonable. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Their food is pretty good. They're very outgoing people.

I toured Creekside Pines. Kim, who did the tour with us, did an excellent job. The facilities are phenomenal. I would love to live there. I just can't afford it as far as my budget goes, but everything was just absolutely spotless, clean, and well maintained. The grounds were well maintained. It was just an absolutely beautiful facility. We checked the dining area yesterday, and we got our food to-go, and the food was very good. The dining area was very comfortable and cozy with plenty of rooms to make new friends during the meals. We saw the exercise room, and there was a resident who was getting some coaching during their physical therapy or physical activity. We saw the beauty shop that they have on the third floor, and that was really cool. The malt shop was not active at the time we saw it, but it was a very cool malt shop. Everything was phenomenal.

I like the fact that Creekside Pines Retirement Community was a complete facility. It had a dining room and everything that we're looking for, except it didn't have the balcony or a patio and was above what we wanted to pay. The lady who gave us the tour was very nice. The upgraded rooms were very nice too, but the ones that aren't upgraded aren't that nice. They had all of the amenities that we wanted. They had games, socializing, and just everything that you could want.

I visited Creekside Pines Retirement Community because it was in my price range. It's in a pretty small building and they have multiple apartments. The visit was great. Everything was great. I enjoyed the visit. The apartment had two large rooms, a kitchen on the left when you come in, a living room, a large bedroom with walk-in closets, and a bath. The staff member who gave the tour was very friendly and very nice. They have a restaurant where you sit down, and they have waiters who take your order and give it to you. There's also a 50's ice cream bar, a library, a theater, computer room, exercise room, and physical therapy. They have a 30-day activity program and you can sign up for whatever you want to do. They take you to the doctor or church and back. I had a meal while I was there and it was great; I had a good meal. The staff member went out of their way to make sure things were taken care of. They have a 24-hour staff on duty. They can also do your laundry. They have internet, which is free, and there are screened-in porches on both ends of the building on all three floors. There are areas outside where you can have a picnic, and if you have company coming for a few days they have a room to put them up in.

Creekside Pines Retirement was very good. They had good facilities and the people were nice. They showed us around and let us have lunch, which was good. We met a lot of residents, which was good. We thought it was a nice place. They had nice rooms. It was an older place, and the rooms weren't the nicest we saw, but they were decent. They had a gym. They had onsite activities and then they took people to offsite activities.

Creekside Pines Retirement Community is an all-inclusive facility, and it's great if it's convenient for their family and friends to come see them. There were so many activities, but it was too far away and my stepfather wouldn't pay that kind of money to stay in a place. It's a very lovely place, and everything about it seemed first rate. The dining hall is open 24 hours a day, so it's a lot more accessible.

The price in Creekside Pines was a little high for us, but they were certainly good. The rooms were a little on the smaller side, but it was still decent-sized. The place wasn't very open, and the configuration wasn't as good as the previous community we visited.

When my father went to Creekside Pines, he was ecstatic because he said it felt like everybody was alive. They were very engaged and didn’t feel like they were just sitting around. We walked in, and it felt like home. Everything they have there is wonderful, like an ice cream shop that you go in, like in the olden times. The dining room was fantastic. They actually had a movie going on that night. The person who gave us the tour was great. It was a wonderful experience.

My mother has lived -- quite happily -- in Creekside Pines for over two years. There's no denying it's costly, but competitive when compared to other independent living facilities. This is what we like: Mom's apartment is spacious and comfortable. Electricity is included in the rent, as is heating and air, which residents control in their units. The staff is excellent: kind, caring, solicitous and honest. Meals are served restaurant-style throughout the course of the day. I don't think the food is as tasty and nutritious as it could be, but nobody goes hungry. The facility is beautifully maintained. I disagree with the person who commented that it can use an upgrade. Check out the library, theater room, game room, soda shop, Each floor has a lovely screened-in porch in addition to a ground floor bbq area, perfect for warm weather events. *** Creekside Pines provides entertainment, activities -- even a weekly happy hour with frequent specialty drinks! There are regular trips to stores in Dallas and Hiram, as well as transportation to local medical facilities. Having looked at a number of senior residences, my family is very happy with our decision to choose Creekside Pines.

My impression of Creekside Pines is very good. The rooms are nice. The living area is big. I just saw one-bedroom units. The dining area is nice. They play cards. Some people were sitting at a little ice cream shop and talking. The facility has washers and dryers. There is an activities calendar, and it seems like there are a lot of activities going on.

Creekside Pines was good. The room was nice, roomy, and bright with plenty of light. The cost was much more than what I make with social security. The dining area was nice and large. We had lunch there, and the food was good. The residents were in good spirits. The staff was wonderful; the lady that gave us the tour was very good and very nice.

I am going to move to Creekside Pines. I am impressed with their activities because they go to events and museums and things like that. That’s the main thing, plus their price is very good. The only problem with it is the building is dated and needs some updating. They have card games, exercise program, and seem to have everything that I will want. They have an open meal plan, so you can eat any time of the day you want. If you do not want what’s in the menu, they will make you a hamburger or a hotdog. It seems to be a perfect actually. The staff is very friendly, very easy to work with, and answer my questions when I email them or ask for something. They will take you grocery shopping, to doctors' appointments, and anywhere you want to go within 10 miles from the facility.

The staff is great. Food is very good. Lots of activities. Very nice place. Mom is very happy, making new friends, getting lots more activity on a day to day basis. Also pricing is very reasonable compared to other facilities. Compares very favorably to places that cost twice as much.

I am currently at Creekside Pines. The meals are served restaurant style. The rent is much cheaper, and I get cleaning service once a week. The staff is very friendly and very nice. They have an open door policy.

I thought Creekside Pines Senior Living was a nice place. The staff was good and really nice. We ate lunch there, and the food was good. Everything was convenient there. You can come down for 5 days, and I’m thinking about trying that.

Creekside Pines was very nice. We really thought they had a very exceptional meal plan. Breakfast is served throughout the day, lunch is served until four, and dinner starts from four on. It was very reasonable. The scheduling is very personal as well. You can select when you like to eat which is nice for a lot of people and very convenient. They only have one small elevator, and some residents have to walk quite away from the elevator to their rooms. That was the only drawback that my husband saw. The other thing too was that they were very isolated. They were in a small community, so they were away from many things. For us, it would be an hour to get to our friends or to the church that we belong to.

I chose Creekside Pines because of what they have to offer. It is homey. The staff treats me like family, and their door is always open. Every one of them is very cooperative, helpful, and friendly. The food is very good, and the common dining area is fine. We play card games and bingo. We have exercise, and we can go to water aerobics. They also have church services. If we want to go out to eat, they take us to local restaurants.
