My brother moved into Wickshire Canton. It's a very good place. I'm very happy with them. They're very good staff. They work well with their residents. It may be an older building, but it's one of the nicest places I've been in. I find it to be a very great place for my brother. When I first walked into this facility, the first thing they did was show me a facility that was not brand new but had caring, smiling people who had been there for a while. They had staff that's been with them for years. This had people that cared about what they were doing. They had something very fun. It was nothing cold there. Everything was about the warmth. They have now brought in some other things that they are working with that the residents need, like a gym. They have a salon. Two days a week, they take them out for shopping.

It was very nice. They had a physical therapy room. The staff was good.

My parents are here, and they are fine. They are 100% happy with it. We chose it because it is close, and we can come and see them. I really like it there. It is a nice place. Everyone is very good to them. I don't have any complaints. I will recommend them; as a matter of fact, I already have. They are treated very well there. They are in memory care, and they have excellent care there.

The guide was very upbeat and informative. The public spaces were very bright and airy. The rooms are a little small but still adequate. The staff was attentive and friendly. The gardens are beautiful.

My mother has been a resident for a couple of years. We are very pleased and would certainly make the same choice again,

It has been a great experience for my Mom. She has made many friends. The employees have become friends also. They take great care of her.
