I toured Sunrise at Huntcliff Summit I. The leasing agent was extremely knowledgeable, and she was able to answer my questions. The facility itself was magnificent. It was wonderful. Gorgeous layout. The apartments were fabulous. I liked it. The common areas were very nice, and there were quite a number of them. They had very good facilities and amenities. I also had lunch there and the food was wonderful. They had all the games. They had a library, a fitness center, and a bus that would the residents around locally to doctor's appointments and things like that. There was a hairdresser at the facility. The dining room was really good. They're gourmet. I met the cook there, and he was very pleasant. I met a lot of people there and they were all very, very nice. I had lunch with two of the residents who'd been there for three years, and they talked about how nice the place was. The leasing agent was wonderful, and the manager was very, very nice, too.

Moved in o Huntcliff Nov 2019 Just before Covid. Could not be more perfect for me. I have a 1 BR with he extra den/office. I'm using it as a dining room, I like to have company. About 1,000 sq ft. Plus balcony overlooking the wooded back yard. Being new as Covid hit was an experience. Lisa, CEO, could not have been more protective if we were her own parents. BTW Lisa has been here for 17 years(?) and is amazing. Knows every resident, as does almost all of the staff. Food, always a key issue is good, individually chef prepared. Always soup, salad, choice of entree plus several "always available" items if you don't favor that day's offering. Three daily sides plus staples including baked, sweet, or fried potatoes, etc. Outside activities are getting back to pre Covid levels but it is a challenge. Facilities-Like most of the residents, Huntcliff is showing its age. Decore' is comfortable but not fancy or shinny or chrome. I'm not sure about comparative value, I did not do a lot of price shopping. I know that there are both lower and higher cost alternative. Huntcliff fits my budget and life style. The most common one word description by residents is "friendly." I gave activities an average because "guy" things are more limited than I might wish. But so are the "guys."

My mom has moved into Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit, and it's just a very comfortable building. We visited about six or seven places, but overall, the apartment felt the best for my mom. The staff at the Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit seemed to have the greatest longevity, as far as people having worked there for many years, which my mom likes. A couple of times we were there before she signed the lease and met a couple of residents, and they all said they were very happy living there. They did have the best food of all the places we visited, and that was important to my mom. Overall, I think they are the best all the way around. They have a big apartment, actually, her apartment is a hundred feet less than my whole house. They have a pool, and they have classes. They have an art room where they do art classes, they do bingo, and they do all kinds of planned activities. In the four days, she was there, she didn't get to do anything but unpack and get oriented.

I visited Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit. It's a lovely facility, and their activities seemed really client directed. They were telling me about the opportunities, and if there was something that I wanted to do that wasn't on the list, I could certainly get it put on there. I must have run into a dozen residents. Nobody asked them or prompted them, and they just came up and told me how pleased they were and how wonderful they thought this environment was. They have a library, a book club, gardening programs, a heated indoor pool, an exercise room, on-site physical therapy, and a hair salon. There was so much. Anything that you could imagine that would be good for a facility to have, they had it.

Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit was a beautiful facility. It reminded me of Vegas in the 1970s. If my mom could afford to go there, that's my #1 choice. I was very impressed. They had a pool, a sauna, a garden, a concert yard, and balconies. It was fabulous. The kitchens were lovely. The staff during the tour was bubbly and excited. She has been there for a long time. Everybody knew her, was coming up to her and laughing, and she was so gracious and knowledgeable. The food menu looked fantastic. They had a Mardi Gras parade, and they were all dressed up and having a really good time. They had a wine room and some family members were there eating and socializing with one another. They had a garden and an art room.

Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit was very nice. It was my second choice. The staff was good. They had recently renovated a lot of the apartments and the kitchens. The whole facility looked clean, well kept, and maintained.

Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit is very nice, very open, and very clean. They can take walks and do crafts. It's a big facility. They serve three meals a day, and you can have snacks pretty much whenever you want. The staff is very friendly.

We liked the apartments, the renovations, the dining room, the activities, and the grounds at Sunrise of Huntcliff Summit I. They have an indoor swimming pool. They have walking trails outside. They have activities off site that they go to. They take them also out of town to other locations for activities. All of the staff was excellent; they came and greeted us. The chef even came out. The place is not only clean; it’s newly renovated. You move into a renovated apartment.

My relative has been in Sunrise for a month now. The rooms are nice and spacious at 900 square feet for every couple. The dining room set up is good and has ample selections of food. It is not very seasoned, but I guess that’s for the elderly and tastes good. They have cards, a putting green, and a pool. They take them shopping and to shows. They also have different events in the building itself.
