We went to PruittPlace Buckhead. They were awesome. We loved it. We toured it and it was beautiful. I would have been happy to bring my mother there, but she has two Down syndrome children, and we wanted her to be in the home with them in her last days. Nevertheless, they showed me two rooms, a small room, and a medium room. They showed us around where they eat and where they have recreational activities. We met the rec director, the salesperson, and the girl at the front desk. It was very nice.

I recently moved my loved one out after 4 years of great care. I saw a steep decline in maintenance of the facility and in staffing levels starting about 5 months before the purchase of Brighton Gardens by Pruitt. Once Pruitt took over in February 2024 there was a mass exodus of staff, including some who had 10-15 years’ experience there. By March there was a rat infestation. I arrived one morning to find my mom sleeping in the same clothes from the day before and a soaked Depends and mattress. The residents were being herded into a living area by day to sleep in their chairs in front of a tv. I couldn’t get mom out fast enough. Reported to Georgia ombudsman.

I went to PruitPlace Buckhead. They were in the process of doing some renovations, making it better. So it was nice. It was a positive feeling. The person giving the tour was very helpful. I didn't taste any food, but the dining area looked fine, and I met both of the chefs, the head chef and his assistant chef. They have activities like arts and crafts, physical therapy, and exercises. They have movies, television, and a library.

My friend chose them because of the space mostly, in the hallway, in the dining room, in the entrance. The others were too claustrophobic. They're spread apart nicely. It's just a better community. The sales guy is just the most wonderful man in the world. We got my friend the one-bedroom with the den. We could move all her furniture. It has a big bathroom, which is nice if you're in a wheelchair. It's comfortable. There's a huge walk-in closet and a linen closet. It's perfect. I have no complaints whatsoever about it. The staff is more than fabulous. You go one time and they remember you. Every single time that you're back, they remember your name, they remember who you are. They're just wonderful and most of them have been in there for over 20 years. The staff is the cream of the crop. My friend is bedridden, so her three meals will be served in her room. It comes in China, silverware, and a tray, so I'm excited about that. She gets a choice of what to eat. It's beautiful, and the people are so nice. It's just great.

I loved them. I loved the staff that I met during the tour. I liked their memory care, but it was just smaller compared to the facility that we chose. They had a salon, an art room, and a craft room. The rooms were fine, but they just were a little bit dark.

My friend liked them. They have many features that she is looking for. They are very welcoming. When you walk in, they have printed little posters with your name on them, welcoming you. We had an opportunity to speak with the nurse as well as the one who arranged the tour. It appears that they are very sensitive to the needs of their residents, from the meal selections to the activity selections to just the facility itself. We were very pleased with what we saw. It's assisted living, but they just seem to have more choices in everything. They even have a dog there and he's a rescue dog. He has three legs and he makes it seem like home as he's kind of like the little community dog. He knows which ones like dogs. He's very cute and very friendly. My friend liked that. We got to talk with the nurse, the one who gave the tour, and the lady who was my navigator when I had gone to the wrong address. They were just very hospitable, very generous with their time, and answered all your questions. I was very pleased with the staff. The building was originally built by Marriott, so it's nice. We were pleased with that. One of the rooms my friend looked at seemed a little small, but it was a studio. When we were leaving, they gave us a bag of freshly baked chocolate chip cookies, but we weren't there during mealtime.

I went to see it and toured their assisted living. The layout was so wonderful and great. It would have been perfect for my mom because everybody has their individual rooms. There are so many activities and she would have been treated like a queen. Leslie was my tour guide. When we walked in, I saw the people, the caretakers and the residents, and they were happy. They were doing activities like social ones, and some physical therapy. They just felt active for me. Some people were in the dining room and they were just getting ready to eat meals and have a good time. The surroundings and the area were peaceful, and the rooms were very spacious. The outside area had generators and security cameras. I just felt like that would have been the perfect spot for my mom. I just felt safe with her being on that property. The staff that assisted me was great. I would say that they succeeded my expectations, and they really care about their residents. Leslie wanted for me to take my mom out there. They want to go prepare lunch for us, but now she wants to stay home. They did offer to have lunch during my visit, I just didn't try it. I saw in the pamphlet that they have the three meals and they had the list of the food for that day. It had things for breakfast, lunch, dinner, and snacks. They had a pretty big dining area too where people were spaced out well, and it was very nice. I saw that they kept it very clean when I walked in and toured the place.

I like them. I like that it was all on one level and that it was bright and cheerful. I like the tenure of the staff and the residents; they've all been there a good while, which makes it feel homier. I like that they have a lot of activities and a lot of plans. I like that they have a house pet because it's wonderful for seniors. I like that they had well-planned thoughts and ideas for their memory care unit; that's a big deal for me, since that's what I'm looking for. Even though the memory care is separate, they still have a garden, and they still let them get out and go for a walk with a chaperone. So they have lots of opportunities for those in memory care, as well. I didn't get to interact with too many of the staff because they are still being cautious with keeping us separated. I got to see the facility, but I was kind of separated from everybody.

My mom stayed at Brighton Gardens while recovering from a medical condition where she needed physical therapy, good food and a caring staff. She got all three at Brighton Gardens and her recovery during her six months there was exceptional. We cannot say thank you enough to the kindness and caring of the entire staff. We would highly recommend this to anyone in need of their services.

We liked them quite a lot. We ended up not choosing them only because we decided that a location closer to where we are would be the best. We liked it better than most of the other places we saw, and it was one of our favorites. We just liked how the entire place was laid out. We talked to them about what they did, and that seemed to be pretty good too.

We used them in the past, and they are pretty awesome. It's a beautiful facility, and while we were there, they were revamping it. They provide excellent care and excellent family involvement. They had an excellent memory care facility, on-site physical therapy, visitations by your doctors and nurse practitioners, and they have the optometrist come in. They take patients to doctors' appointments, to eat, and to shopping. They have a lot of things that are for seniors.

It was a very nice, clean, and beautiful place. The staff was very nice, and the rooms looked good. I don’t have anything negative to say about the place.
