Nurse Care of Buckhead was nice and clean. My mom liked where she went for rehabilitation. She got a shared room and she said it was nice. They also brought some little activities to do into their rooms. Our experience was pretty good. She said they were really good with her. The staff was really nice and professional.

I visited a place called Nurse Care of Buckhead. I didn't like it at all. I didn't think it was neat or clean. The staff was very friendly, but the cleanliness of it and the condition of some of the patients, I found to be not very good keeping. The parking lot was too small. I'm not sure what that facility was before it became a nursing facility. It's three floors and it seems to be a very large facility. I was not impressed at all. The staff during the visit was nice but they weren't as attentive to the residents as they should have been. I went to visit one of my friends there. She doesn't like the food. They have her on the feeding tube because she won't eat the food. I would not put my relative in that facility. I didn't find anything redeeming about that facility.

My dad is at NurseCare of Buckhead. They started with him being in a nice room when we first got him there, and then they moved him up to the fifth floor, which was more like the psychiatric floor. As soon as the elevator doors open, it has a smell of urine. My dad had to be rushed to the hospital because they did not change out his Foley and his kidney shut down. It was just a terrible situation. The fourth floor was nice and clean. They treated him much better on the fourth floor than on the fifth floor. His condition went down dramatically when they moved him to the fifth floor. The food is good. The presentation is good. They had a dining area, a physical therapy room, and an area for barbers and hairstylists.

Horrible, Horrible. Horrible. Unreachable, no cohesion, lack of concern, phone rings 30 times and still no answer, no follow up to complaints, no designated person to go to. Roomate walks around in his clothes, takes all of his things. People walking around in his clothes. Roomate was wearing his new hat last visited. Monogrammed Glasses were missing 3 weeks Roomate had them. 10 to 15 pieces of clothes just missing. His stuff in his roommates dressers and his boxes of snacks on his roommates side. No response from social workers after complaints. He is so angry and withdrawn now because he can’t stop what’s happening. I went to see my brother on his second day. His bed, hands, and mattress, were covered in dried up poop. Someone threw a folded sheet over the poop on the mattress, but it still showed on the sides. The floor in the main room, where patients watched TV was filthy. I was ignored by the staff. Told maintenance should be in tonight. Told I’m just a contractor. Chords are all over the place, horribly broken electric plug facings, a mess. I know he is receiving substandard and nobody answers the phones. We are all frustrated all the time and feel helpless. Trying to relocate, but it’s hard finding another location.

Terrible all around. My dad was a resident and received zero medical care, was left in his own urine and the staff was extremely rude. He is very undemanding generally speaking so particularly egregious behavior.

This place needs to be shut down. I feel like my Dad passed away because he was in this horrible place. He died 4 days after being moved to this place. He was transferred here directly from the hospital for physical therapy due to Cirrhosis and unable to walk. The first night he was there they didn't even bring him dinner. He had to ask for his food and the staff was rude to him on almost every occasion. He wasn't able to walk and no one helped him to the restroom. He asked for a bed pan on multiple occasions and they never brought him one. Instead he was forced to go in his diaper and they left him to wear it ALL NIGHT. Inhumane is how I would describe this place. I wasn't able to even go past the double doors to visit due to covid. The 2nd day he was there he called to tell me how terrible it was. I will never get over the guilt of sending my Dad to this place to spend his final days. Keep your loved ones out of this disgusting facility.

This is the most disgusting place in patients care their employees are very rude to their patients. They didn’t know I was on the phone and I heard the disrespect it’s wrong to ask for meds you been taking for years on a regular basis don’t they have your charts . All they want is to charge insurance or Medicare she sat in urine for two hours and it’s seems to me that the staff is taking the patients meds because how can’t a place were they charge insurance also $1200 a day keep meds this place is filthy the staff’ needs to clean up instead of being competent on caring please don’t trust the management team they just want you to sign insurance payment ASAP

My father was transferred to Nurse Care of Buckhead directly from the hospital. It's a nursing home/rehabilitation center. I was not able to visit the facility, but from what my dad has been saying since he's been there, that the rehabilitation portion has been okay and physical therapists come in, but his stay there overall has not been very good. The staff is very mediocre. They were just okay for the most part. I wouldn't recommend the facility. I was not able to go beyond the front door because of Covid, so I would drop things off for my dad, but that's it. It was just a basic entrance, elevators, a reception area, and some tables and chairs. I was not able to go beyond, not even really the reception area. Even going there, they directed me to go back out into the double entrance door to drop things off. If I took all factors into consideration, like the social worker and the staff that I spoke with throughout his visit, I would rate this place a 2/5. As far as the food goes, I would not necessarily be able to 100% take into account my father's assessment of it because I think sometimes he would have the food there and he would miss the mealtime if he was asleep. He said the food was just very basic and sometimes it would be cold. The food is just average.

My husband was first placed at Nursecare of Buckhead as a short-term rehab patient, but is now a long-term resident. I could not be more pleased with the care he receives. His mental state is deteriorating so he can be very difficult to deal with. I have yet to see any member of the staff handle his difficult times with less than caring and kindness. I live quite a distance away from the facility so it is very reassuring to know that he is so well cared for when I am unable to be with him. The building is older so the rooms are somewhat outdated, but they are clean and maintained as are the common areas.

My mother was a past resident of Nurse Care of Buckhead. After she passed away, they started to bill me for a debt I did not owe. I disputed the debt and requested verification of the debt, but they have failed to provide me verification or stop sending me the bills. I explained that my mother left no assets or funds to pay this bill. This is terrible, especially after one's mother has passed asway. I wish they would stop harassing me.

Nurse Care of Buckhead is lively, professional, and clean. It is great. The staff is friendly and very knowledgeable. The rooms are standard rooms that you would see in a nursing home, but they're very clean and very well maintained. The dining area is very nice, like a restaurant. They also have a rehab exercise center, a balcony, and different stores outside the place.

I am an EMT in the area and we frequently transport patients from piedmont hospital and surrounding hospitals here after there discharged for either nursing or rehab. I informed them of a Cockroach infestation in the room we were taking patient to on 5th floor and nurse Laughed and shrugged. I am not talking 1 bug I am talking every time you move they scatter. They also never have isolation carts outside of rooms when the patient has an infectious disease (MRSA,Klebsiella,C-diff,ESBL,VRE,Shingles, Salmonella). Also every time I bring a new admission to their room here which should be sterilized and disinfected top to bottom I come in to a room where the bed may or may not be dressed and sticky residue and particles from previous patients food on the dinner tray, visible skin flakes on the night stand, bed rales and control always have grime and sticky and unknown filth on them. I go to nursing and rehabs all over the state so my eyes are costumed to see the uncleaned rooms and equipment where as most patients and family are not used to seeing facility rooms so they don’t notice; If it looks tidy they assume it’s clean.! The staff are mostly lazy and uneager to be of any assistance to us or patients. This place is well below bottom of the barrel or minimally acceptable.

The rooms are outdated and smelly. The staff is rude and uncaring. I purchased my mother a new gown and someone stole the gown off of her back and put on a cheap hospital gown. I was livid! Everyone played dumb after we signed that family does the laundry and it should not have left her room. We are still trying to find the dress. Someone needs to cut me a check. Keep your love ones away if you care for them.

My stay here has been pretty good. Rehab was very pleasing as well. As far as the food it was okay , it just didn't seem like it was enough on there. Housekeeping kept my room clean. Overall my stay was a pretty good stay and I would recommend Nursecare of buckhead to anyone.

I was at Nursecare for recovery after hip surgery. I can honestly say that I received great care there. My therapy was excellent. Staff was very nice and friendly. I plan to have another surgery next year, and this is where I plan to go afterwards.

MY Aunt was at Nurse Care for 5 Years. She passed on her Birthday December 30th 2016. I can say they did a good Job in caring for her. We visited her every week while she was there. One thing I learned about Relatives being in the Homes, you can't totally put them in the care of the Nursing Home. You have to treat it as if you are visiting them at their home..The more Assistance is given by the Families, the better they are cared for. The more they see the Relatives the more Appreciative the Staff feels. If you look and feel concerned,They will also! Thanks to the Entire Staff at Nurse Care of Buckhead,

My mother's room had duck-tape holding together the broken window in her room. When she needed pain meds, she would hit a the button to call for a nurse and on average it would take the nurse 3-4 hours to come and deliver the medication. I would not recommend this facility for anyone.

My grandparents' pastor recommended this facility after my 92-year old grandfather was diagnosed with dementia. I prepared myself for the worse prior to my first visit to the facility. FORTUNATELY, I was very surprised. The facility, and my grandfather's room, were very clean and the staff members are very nice, helpful and approachable. My grandfather even looked well-kept: clean clothes, clean socks and smelling fresh (and no one knew that I was coming to visit, so they were not "keeping it fake" for an expected visitor LOL). My only advice to anyone considering this facility is to be responsible for your family member's laundry yourself (now my responsiblity). Many of my grandfather's clothes were never located after they had been taken to be laundered. If you cannot be responsible for the laundry, then do not invest in expensive clothing for your family member to keep at the facility. It also helps to write your family member's name on the OUTSIDE of all of their clothing (and shoes) with a black marker. This will alleviate this issue to an extent.

I chose this facility for my mother. I haven't had any major complaints since she's been there. Everyone seems to be doing their job. The place is clean and everything. It's a beautiful place.

My mother had to complain to the staff for not exercising my 94 year old aunt as prescribed by her doctors. For 20 days, they were given directions on how to exercise her. The initial 3-4 days they did not exercise my aunt at all. That is until my mother complained on behalf of our aunt. In addition, a nurse cursed at my 94 year old aunt because she didn't realize my aunt had soiled herself so bad. This was incredibly unprofessional. On a later occasion, my aunt had to wait over 20 minutes for them to take her to the bathroom. This place is horrible! I am my great aunt's niece and expected a professional service. I am in no way biased to submit a negative review, but this care facility is just horrible.

The facility was very clean and the staff seemed genuinely warm and concerned. The doctors were knowledgable and took personal time and engagement with each resident. The dining room was charming and the food was very tasteful. There were several activites for the residents to participate in, including an outside vegetable garden. There were also weekly outdoor trips on the van planned. Security was adequate, and there was also a hairdresser and manicurist on the premises. I was thouroughly impressed with the level of care provided.

Both of my grandparents were taken care of by Nurse care. They were well taken care of until the days that they died. My Grandfather had severe Alzheimer's and the nurses were knowledgeable, caring, and accommodating to our needs. He was a resident for 6 years. Over the years he had they best care and was rarely ill. The nurses are kind and make an effort to get to know you well. My grandmother had a lot of trouble adjusting to not being at home, but after a while she settled right in. This was partially because of the immense amount of entertainment offered to the residents. From BINGO to cards to crafts something is going on nearly every day. The room are spacious and single rooms are offered if that suits your need best. Visiting was something we looked forward to in the clean up to date gorgeous facility.
