My mother is in rehab at Crestview Health & Rehabilitation Center. We are familiar with the staff because she has been there once before, so she was quite pleased to be able to get back into Crestview. The staff has sort of been accommodating as best they can since she has a cell phone, and I've been able to communicate with her through that, and they've assisted in that communications with her. She seems to be very pleased with the staff and the support and help that she's gotten in the rehabilitation. We were pleased with the room. She does have a roommate, and she seemed to be pleased with that.

This facility has changed for the better over the years. They have a new Rehab unit that is doing very well with stroke patients. There is no odor and the front staff is friendly and helpful.

Visiting a family member from New York , My initial reaction was a shock , The room was crowded with four residents in a shared space , ventilation was poor , the air thick and stale . A staff member was attending to ADLs of a non verbal resident in the open with four of us visiting . Staff were inattentive , with 4 of us parading the halls . no one offered to help of ask what our mission was . More importantly , our love one is not happy with the place.

Crestview Health & Rehab Ctr was where my mom stayed for about five months. It was very crowded and my mom was not happy there. The rooms were dark and small. However, the staff were friendly and helpful. The building was old and needed to be renovated and updated.
