What I liked most about Solaris Healthcare Zephyrhills were the staff. They were kind and caring, so nothing else really matters. It was serene. It was clean and nice. It smelled good. The person who gave the tour was amazing. She was the administrative manager. She runs the intake and everything. They had some great services, and they had activities for the residents that live there. It seemed like a very lively place.

Zephyrhills nurses are not trained to identify danger for anyone. They only adminstor medicine. Neither knows what the other is doing. Don’t follow through with doctors’ prefers to give a patient prescribe meds. CNA only know how to clean with wipes. Facility has employees that shouldn’t be dealing with the care of anyone. The administrator is disrespectful and stands behind the mess that is going on with the facility. I’ve been told that I better not give him any problem when it came to the care of my mom. Totally felt like a threat. I’m in fear of my mom being there. Not able to check on your love one they don’t answers phones.

Not to satified

My husband was a resident in Fl Health and Rehab. He had a stroke and he was unable to use the entire right side of his body. The staff ignored me when I told them my husband was sick, they said he was fine. At four in the morning I was woken up with a phone call telling me that the Rehab Center was transferring my husband to the hospital because he had a temp of 104. Later found out it was a urinary tract infection. I feel if the staff had paid attention to my warning, my husband would not have had to be transferred to the hospital.

I admitted my father this pass winter to Zephyrhills Health and Rehab Center. I was very afraid to place my father in a facility. Once he was admitted all my fears were wash away.. The staff is wonderful and caring and the Therapy department was top notch. My Father only had to spend a couple weeks in facility but was treated like a king. I can not say enough wonderful things about this facility. If you are looking for the best for your love one you should choose Zephyrhills Health and Rehab Center.

I was in Zephyrhills Health & Rehab. I was there to recuperate after surgery. I received excellent care from them. I had no complaints whatsoever. Both nursing and rehab staff were just wonderful to work with. I can't say enough about them. Food was fine. I think this facility is run by Seventh Day Adventists, and thus, they don't cook or serve pork. However, if your family wanted to bring something for you with pork in it, you can have it brought in. Their food was okay though. They did have substitution for pork and it was a little interesting to adjust to. I didn't have trouble with it. Overall, I would absolutely recommend this facility.

My father was recently at a facility in Dade City. When he return to the hospital he did not want to return to this facility. So when I spoke to the Case Manager at PRMC and told them we would not be retuning to a facility who did not treat my father right. I had two choices. Take him home with me or find another facility. The case manager recommend Zephryhills Health and Rehab Center. We been in this facility for 2 weeks and it is bright and clean. The staff treat my father like family. I thank god everyday that he was able to rehab at Zephryhills Health and Rehab Center. By far the best facility in East Pasco.
