Colonial Assisted Living at Palm Beach is an OK facility, but it's an older facility. I was impressed with the layout of the room. It's an older-type room. I just didn't like that the baseboards were kind of warped. It needed some pasting and a couple of things that needed to be done. But the rooms were very big in size. It's got a little living area. The price that they had quoted me, which I don't think was a bad price, was $3,500 for a single room, which is a pretty good price. The place had potential, it looked old and needed some work, but the rooms were big, and I was impressed with that. The staff who gave the tour was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. She answered all my questions.

I liked Colonial Assisted Living at Palm Beach very much. It was small. It wasn't huge like other places, and that's what I liked about it. The staff was very friendly. The rooms were very nice. They were hotel-like. It was an older building, but it was well kept.

I visited when I was looking for a place for my dad. It is a facility which is more like a hospital setting. It's a larger facility. They were very nice. People were very warm and engaging in conversation about their facility. They gave me a tour and introduced me to people there.

It is nice. I just thought it was a little too crowded and cramped together. The rooms looked really little and didn't look good to me. However, the people are nice, and it was like a big family. It was only four miles away from home.
