My mom is in Arden Courts A ProMedica Memory Care Community. They've been very accommodating, very sweet, and understanding as my mom is one of the combative types of dementia. They gave her a 30-day trial period to see how she worked out, and they were able to help her, and she is getting better and not so combative. They're very clean, and they're also very friendly. They make it very comfortable, but creative. They have different stations where they can do activities, and they have activities, in the morning, afternoon, and at night, that they do with them. They do a lot with them and they're not just sitting there. The rooms are small, but I don't think most of them are in the rooms most of the time. The staff has all been really good. They have all different activities all the time, and my mom likes to interact with people. They learn new things as far as places around the world. I think they do cards and they do stimulating activities. They have different places around where they can go and bring back their memory as far as with tools or baby dolls with changing tables and stuff. They have activities that bring back good memories and have them physically doing stuff. I think the value for money is maybe a little bit more than average, but it's worth it because you get what you pay for. They're very good, attentive, and aware.

The first thing I noticed about Arden Courts is the way they treat their residents with dignity and respect. I also like that the residents have access to two outdoor courtyards which are shaded and nicely landscaped. There are many activities going on for most of the day and in the evening. The residents can choose to attend or do something else. There are four wings and each wing has its own dining room and tv area. It is a very comfortable facility. The staff are very nice and professional. I have peace of mind knowing that my husband is being well cared for.

I explored many facilities in the area before I moved my Mom here. I am impressed with the amount of activities and personal attention they provide to the residents. All of the employees seem to be integrated to knowing and caring for the residents. Unfortunately, I moved my Mom here and then 10 days later, it was closed to visitation due to Covid. I am impressed that the staff is still sensitive to her needs and more than willing to keep me informed. They have given me peace of mind that she is in such a caring and professional establishment.

My father lived out of state and needed dementia care placement. I worked with the marketing director at Arden Courts W. Palm Beach to move my father to Florida. She was instrumental in getting the paperwork completed with a facility in Georgia that was in no hurry to release him. The entire West Palm Beach staff made him feel at home immediately. In his mind he was not ready to retire. Nicole in activities gave him a badge and put him to work on the greeting committee. He found a purpose in helping others at the facility. I would recommend Arden Courts to anyone without hesitation. They have been around for 25 years because they focus on providing the best care and a meaning life for each resident in their care.

We're very happy with Arden Courts of West Palm Beach. We've interviewed several communities, and this one met our needs for many reasons. They could also take him right away. We liked the setting and the smallness of the place, and we're very happy so far. I was on the phone with the activities director and they have a ton of things for the residents. Yesterday they talked about old cars and cars that the residents use to drive, and they incorporated that into a history of vehicles. It was really good, although my dad is already well into his Alzheimer's and just prefers to sleep. But they really make an effort to integrate him into their activities and there's always a ton of things going on for the residents all the time. I spoke to Nicole in detail, and she seems very nice. My father doesn't seem to mind, but the rooms are small; that's the only negative. There are only twin beds. For loved ones who have always been on a full bed or a queen, that's a big adjustment, and could be a fall risk.

Dear Sofia, Jan, Nichole and all our wonderful friends with Arden Courts or West Palm Beach. I got back to Boca to find a little box and inside a wonderful, thoughtful and extraordinary photo album. It was filled with fun memories of the last 5 1/2 years that Pat spent at Arden Courts in Westpalm beach. The greetings and salutations from all the caregivers and everyone there was most appreciated. Everyone at Arden Courts did an amazing job of loving and taking care of Pat while he was living there and your thoughtfulness after he passed away is also appreciated. My sincere thanks to everyone. Best regards, Al Bova

Arden Courts of West Palm Beach is a laid out differently for memory care. It's a locked facility. The people are very friendly, and from what I've heard, they've been trained with dementia and Alzheimer's patients. I like the layout of the facility because it's one-story, and the common areas are very nice.

My mom is in Arden Courts for two months now. They have been wonderful. It is a very caring community. They are always calling me if there is a problem or issue that needs to be resolved. I am very happy and my mom seems happy there. It is a sealed senior living community so there are codes to get in. There are four different units in the building each are color coded. My mom lives on the plum unit. She lives in a double room and it is very nice and very clean. They have barber shop, an on-site food corporation, which is quite good. They have a piano for the residents. They have activities room, several TVs and my mom has her own TV in her room. It is very close to me and I like it.

Arden Courts of West Palm Beach was completely unsatisfactory. I understand that the care was excellent, but the atmosphere was like being in a prison. It was dark and gloomy. I also felt that they were understaffed and underpaid, so there was a rapid turnover of staff, which I do not think is a good sign. They did not have comfortable chairs in the common room. It was extremely depressing.

My father went to live at Arden Courts last August after my mother past away. I cannot say enough good things about the entire staff. The quality of care is excellent and they really know how to care for the patients as well as assist the family members with the issues that go along with caring for a family member with memory loss . My father is really enjoying being there and I am so pleased that he has such a good quality of life.

Everyone at this Arden Courts is very committed to the residents and thier family members. The people thier really care and it shows in everything from the social activities they plan to the regular hygiene they provide to my family member. In my case my uncle is living thier and he can be very Challanging as he is stubborn and has advanced dementia, so the smallest things like shaving, showering or a manicure can be extremely difficult... The staff uses great care and often creativity in order to be allowed to assist him these in these tasks. Holidays and special events have been very much a family affair at this Arden Courts right down to the food, decorations and even music. I would not hesitate to recomend this place to anyone with a family member in need.

Outstanding Facility. My Mother is a Resident. Always well groomed, assistance with her ADL'S is never an issue. Our Family was in the Long Term Care Field for 40 years. Many choices in Assisted Living, Arden Courts definitely meets expectations, and then some.

Arden Courts is a top of the line memory care facility. The staff at this facility is very professional and extremely kind. I have visited and toured so many facilities in Palm Beach County and recognize that Arden Courts stands out as an outstanding model of exemplary healthcare for those with memory impairments. I feel so much appreciation for all the staff at Arden Courts. I feel so blessed that my mother has been taken care of so well here.

Oddly enough, this was the first place I looked at when suddenly put in the position of finding a safe, lock down facility for my Aunt. I continued to interview about 10-12 other places just to be sure I wasn't making a hasty decision. After seeing first hand the lack of compassion, much chaos and unorganization that many of the other large places had, I called on some people "In the business" for their opinions. They were not very familiar with Arden Courts, but had heard nothing bad either. My gut feeling was that Arden Courts was a "home away from home" and every time I went back, unannounced, the staff was wonderful, the residents were always treated with respect and dignity and the place was always spotlessly clean. I noticed that they had a teriffic program for the Alzheimer's residents and that they were free to roam the small 56 bed, 4 cottage style area as well as the lovely landscaped fenced outside area at their leisure. My Aunt was deemed a "runner" at that time, which meant she was at risk of fleeing since the onset of her condition. This place was perfect for her. She would be able to roam around all day in and out of many doors that always lead to the same place and she would never realize that was exactly why it was designed that way. The Lord works in mysterous ways because my Aunt took a fall at home and I was able to transition her into Arden Courts right from the Hospital. She soon began calling it her "Home' and fit right in. Grant it there have been times when things were not perfect but this illness is not perfect and each person is in a different stage of the disease. During this time I had court ordered Psychologists, Medical Doctors and special case workers that came there to interview my Aunt, myself and the staff. They also checked out the facility thoroughly and came to the conclusion that they would now recommend this place to others in need. Being from another County, they did not know about this little jewel. The Staff at Arden Courts must have been sent from Heaven because they are the most caring, loving and patient people I have ever met. My Aunt enjoys the everyday activities that they provide which stimulates her long term memory without causing her stress. The indoor and outing activities are just amazing and the well balanced meals are yummy. (You can even request special menus). I truly feel that I may have found a less expensive place for my Aunt, but I have peace of mind that she is being well cared for in a wonderful environment. It's better than being with family all the time because the skilled staff is there 24-7 and not just for the residents. They have support groups and private sessions for families. They plan family and Holiday events that are spectacular and you can see that everyone feels comfortable and assured that their loved one is really "Loved". Thank you all for taking such good care of my Aunt. I couldn't ask for more that you guys give.

This is a wonderful establishment. I moved my mother there a few months ago after receiving a number of recomendations about the facility. As her dementia progresses they have shown an amazing ability to join her in the "journey". I especially like the quad set-up of limited residents in one of 4 wings. It is the closest thing to home I had seen in a professional residence.

My husband has been a resident of Arden Courts for over 2 1/2 years & I am so pleased with the level of care he has received as he has progressed with this disease. The staff are well trained & supervised to deal with the many challenges they face with dementia patients. They are patient, gentle & caring & treat each resident with respect & understanding. The residents are carefully monitored as they move through their daily routines & are allowed much freedom in their choices throughout the day. The facility provides open doors for residents to roam at will & enjoy the gardens & walking paths, provides stimulating activities during the day, provides outings for those able to participate, & has opportunities for family members to be involved with special dinners, entertainment & a support group. I can't say enough good things about Arden Courts.

My family and I moved my Mom into Arden Courts this past January and since then my stress level has dropped. I am so comfortable with the care she is receiving at Arden Courts. I believe her stress level has dropped as well. I believe she is getting exceptional care and the staff seems to genuinely care about the residents. This facility specializes in memory care and the staff's patience and concern makes me so confident that Mom is doing well. We've had incidents where we were out of town and there was an emergency. The staff took care of everything and we made decisions together via phone. In all, Arden Courts has made Mom's life better as well as ours. I would definitely recommend Arden Courts for your loved ones.
